本発明はポテトチップス等のスナック菓子袋を所定数帯体に貼着し陳列する形態において、陳列時に前記帯体を吊り下げるための孔加工に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、ピロー包袋(縦ピロー、横ピロー)で包袋された多数の袋を所定幅のテープ材に接着することにより、所定数を吊り下げるという陳列形態で販売されている。テープ材の上端部には、ホールパンチ加工によりテープ材を吊り下げる孔部が形成されている。
ホールパンチ加工を行うにあたっては、完全に打ち抜いてしまった場合、ゴミが発生するという問題がある。したがって、ホールパンチ加工をする場合、打ち抜く円形の一端を残しておき、滓(カス)が発生しないような加工を行っている(たとえば、特許文献1)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一方、本発明の出願人は、図7(a),(b)に示す複数の商品Mを貼着する構造や、その加工機を提案している。前記商品Mは、展示面Fの上端を下方に折り返した面F1が帯体(陳列具)Sに貼着されている。かかる新規な陳列形態において、図8(a),(b)に示すように、前記帯体Sに孔部Hの一部のみを連ねて残す加工を行うと、次のような問題が生じる。

図8(a)に示すように、ホールパンチの打ち抜きしない一端を孔部Hの上部に設けると、フックに吊り下げた場合に、加工していない一端H1に応力が集中し、帯体Sが破れ易くなり、したがって、袋Mを保持するための強度が不足する。
一方、上記問題を解決するために、図8(b)に示すように、孔加工の打ち抜きしない部分を孔部Hの下部に設けると、図8(c)に示すように、加工時にそれが起き上がり、帯体Sが機械に詰まるという問題がある。

図1に示す計量包装システムにおいて、2は組合せ計量装置、3は製袋包装機、4は帯体取付機、5は搬送コンベヤである。

前記組合せ計量装置2は、多数の計量ホッパ(図示せず)内に供給された内容物Mの重量を組み合わせることで、内容物Mを一まとめにして、目標重量または目標重量に近い重量とし、下方の製袋包装機3に当該内容物Mを落下させる。

図2に示すように、前記製袋包装機3は、いわゆる縦型ピロー包装機で、シート状のフィルムFを縦シーラ(縦シール装置)32で溶着して筒状に形成し、上方から落下する内容物Mを該筒状のフィルムF内に充填した状態で、前記フィルムFにおける内容物Mの上方の端部をエンドシーラ33で溶着する(シールする)と共に切断して包装する。製袋包装機3は、内容物Mを一定のサイクルタイムで連続的に包装する(たとえば、特開平4−128105号公報参照)。
包装済の商品Mは、図1の前記帯体取付機4に送られ、後述するように、帯体ロールSlから巻き出された帯体(陳列具)Sに貼付される。帯体Sに貼付された商品Mは、搬送コンベヤ5によって下流に搬送される。

図2において、フィルムFはフォーマ30により筒状に曲成される。製袋包装機3は、フォーマ30の下方のプルダウンベルト31がフィルムFの側面を下方に引っ張ると共に、側方の前記縦シーラ32がフィルムFの流れ方向に沿った端部同士(合わせ目)をシールしてフィルムFを筒状に成形する。

加工装置10:
図4の前記加工装置10は、パンチ11とカッタ12と、図5の帯体Sを案内する狭い案内スリット100とを備えており、前記案内スリット100で帯体Sを保持しながら、切断加工と穴空け加工とを行う。
前記パンチ11は、図5(a)の帯体Sに孔部Hを形成するものであり、図5(c)に示すように、筒状の刃11cを有している。図5(b)に示すパンチ11が上昇して帯体Sを横断すると、図5(a)に示すように、帯体Sに孔部Hが形成される。ここで、図5(c)に示す刃11cの周方向には、切り欠11a,11bが形成されている。そのため、図5(a)の帯体Sは、前記切り欠11a,11bにより、それぞれ、帯体Sに連なった第1連設部U1および第2連設部U2が形成されると共に、残部が切断される。図6(a)に示すように、加工時における帯体Sの繰り出し方向Xにおいて、帯体Sの前方には第1連設部U1が形成され、後方には第2連設部U2が形成される。なお、第2連設部U2の幅は、第1連設部U1の幅よりも大きくするのが好ましい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明によれば、帯体に孔部が連なっているので、滓(カス)の発生を防止し得るのは勿論のこと、孔部の上部の第1連設部において孔部が帯体に連なっているから、孔部を上流にして帯体を搬送しても、孔部が起き上がるおそれがないので、加工工程において、孔部が機械に引っ掛かって帯体が詰まるのを防止し得る。
しかも、孔部の下部の第2連設部において孔部が帯体に連なっているので、前記第1連設部の幅を小さくできるから、孔部をフックに突き刺す際に前記第1連設部が切れる。したがって、前記第1連設部が残存することによる応力の集中を防止できるから、陳列具の破損に対する強度が向上する。
