Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a collective packaging box (transportation box) that stores a plurality of individual packaging boxes. More specifically, the wireless tag is attached to each of the stored individual packaging boxes, and serial management of the individual packaging boxes is performed from outside the collective packaging box. It relates to technology to be performed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, serial management of individual boxes of cameras, electronic devices, and other products has been managed using bar codes, numbers, and the like. In addition, when distributing products, it is common to handle several individual packaging boxes in a collective packaging box (transportation box), and serial management is performed by collecting the serial number of each individual packaging box. The label is printed on the outside of the box, or a label printed with the serial number of each individual box is attached to the outside of the box for management.
[0003]
If the RFID tag is used in the individual packaging box, the serial display displayed on the individual packaging box becomes invisible from the outside by putting it in the collective packaging box, but serial management can be performed by reading with the RFID tag reader. it can. The wireless tag is an element including an IC that controls data communication, and an electromagnetic induction coil that obtains operating power of the IC wirelessly from the outside and outputs data to the outside. Such a wireless tag can be read from and written to an article without contact. Therefore, it is widely used for logistics management and warehouse management.
[0004]
Conventionally, when a wireless tag is attached to a large number of objects and these are managed, a multi-read method has been adopted. In the multi-read method, since a plurality of wireless responses cause a collision, it is necessary to take measures to prevent this. For example, in a multi-read method in a wireless tag system, there is a technology that takes a larger number of time slots than the number of read wireless tags, prevents a collision of responses from a plurality of wireless tags, and greatly shortens the reading time. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1). In this technology, in the multi-read state of the wireless tag system, responses are continuously returned to the reader / writer from the wireless tag in the order of the time slots, but when no response is returned for a certain period of time, the wireless tag has a wireless tag. It is determined that there is no tag data, and a command for calling the next time slot number is transmitted to the wireless tag.
[0005]
Also, as an identification wireless tag, an LC resonance circuit consisting of a coil and a capacitor is provided. On the other hand, when performing communication, a resonance frequency setting circuit and time slot setting as a collision preventing means for identifying individual signals without interference from a plurality of signals A circuit and an encoded data setting circuit are provided, and further, a memory circuit for storing identification data of individual signals and a control circuit for controlling each circuit are provided, and identification data is identified by frequency, time zone, and encoding There is technology that can. This technology is a method for preventing collision of a plurality of wireless responses by a multi-read method, and is a method for identifying identification data by frequency and time zone or encoding (for example, see Patent Document 2).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a technique for performing serial management by using a wireless tag in which a serial number is recorded in an individual packaging box when a large number of individual packaging boxes are stored in a collective packaging box (transportation box). It is. Previously, the work of transcribing the serial number etc. written on the individual packaging box to the outer surface of the collective packaging box or pasting the label was performed, but this was omitted to provide technology to improve work efficiency The purpose is to do.
[0008]
On the other hand, in this case, a collective packaging box capable of serially managing the individual packaging boxes in the collective packaging box by a simple means that does not require complicated devices and procedures such as a multi-lead method is provided.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides an internal information management in which a wireless tag indicating a serial number is attached to each individual packaging box, and the presence of the wireless tag is displayed on a portion corresponding to each wireless tag on the outer surface of a collective packaging box that collectively stores and transports these It is the collective packaging box characterized by attaching a mark for. Here, the internal information management mark is a mark that cannot be understood by a third party, and is hidden in ordinary characters such as a caution printed on the outer surface of the collective packaging box, for example. It is displayed in the state.
[0010]
By using the wireless tag for the individual packaging box and placing the individual packaging box in the collective packaging box, the serial display displayed on the individual packaging box becomes invisible from the outside. At this time, it is specified by printing a mark that can identify where the wireless tag attached to the individual packaging box is located at the position of the collective packaging box or indicating it by a cutting edge display so that serial management can be performed. The output of the part can be read. In addition, by specifying the portion to be read, it is possible to prevent a plurality of responses from colliding with each other, and it can be managed by a simple wireless tag reader.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, the prior art will be described with reference to FIGS. A large number of individual packaging boxes 11 are packed in a collective packaging box (transport box) 1. At this time, the individual packaging box 11 is given a barcode, a serial number 12 and the like, and since the serial number 12 and the like are not visible from the outside of the collective packaging box 1, conventionally, as shown in FIG. In addition, the external display 13 by transcription is performed on the external surface of the collective packaging box 1, or the serial management is performed by attaching the serial label 14 as shown in FIG. In FIG. 11, (1001), (1002), etc. are shown as enlarged characters for easy understanding, but are actually displayed as small characters.
[0012]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, for example, in the present invention, the wireless tag 4 is attached to the individual packaging box 3 and the individual packaging box 3 is placed in the collective packaging box 1. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, characters 2 such as “Caution for handling” are printed on the surface of the collective packaging box 1, and the center positions of the respective printed characters “take”, “handle”, “note”, and “intention” Corresponds to the mounting position of the wireless tag 4 of the individual box 3 inside. In FIG. 2, the wireless tag 4 is shown attached to the upper surface of the individual packaging box 3. However, since the wireless tag transmits and receives information through wireless communication, it does not have to be shielded by a shielding material, so it is covered with a covering material. It may be. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the wireless tag 4 may be attached to the back surface 5 of the lid of the individual packaging box 3. Since the wireless tag in the collective packaging box 1 is detected by a simple RFID tag reader having a small capacity, it may be attached at a position where it can be easily detected near the mark on the outer surface of the collective packaging box 1.
[0013]
In FIG. 4, the characters 2 “Thank you for purchasing this time” are printed on the outer surface of the collective packaging box 1, and these characters 2 are changed, for example, in size, size, character coloring, character shape, etc. According to the characteristics, those specific parts indicate the mounting position of the wireless tag. The embodiment is illustrated in FIGS. In FIG. 5, a large character 2a and a small character 2b are arranged, and a wireless tag attached to an internal packaging box corresponds to a position corresponding to either the center of the large character 2a or the small character 2b. It is a thing. 6 shows an example in which a character 2c with a frame indicates a position corresponding to the wireless tag, FIG. 7 shows an example in which a character 2d with an underline or color indicates a position corresponding to the wireless tag, and FIG. 8 shows a font. This shows an example in which different characters 2e indicate positions corresponding to wireless tags.
[0014]
Although the above has described the display by printed characters, the cutting edges 6a, 6b, 6c as shown in FIGS. 9A, 9B, and 9C may be used. FIG. 10 shows an example of the collective packaging box 1 in which such cutting edges 6b and 6c are provided corresponding to the positions of the internal wireless tags. Such a mark can be used as a mark for internal information management, and since it cannot be understood by a third party, there is an advantage of encryption.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, individual operations such as transcription, marking, and labeling for displaying serial on the outer surface of the shipping box are not required, and the work cost and the parts material cost can be reduced. In addition, since there is a mark indicating the position of the RFID tag in the shipping box, the RFID tag reading position is clear and it can be read reliably with a RFID tag reader with low output, without requiring a complicated device such as a multi-read system. Workability is also improved.
[0016]
As shown in the embodiments, a cutting blade or the like can be used instead of printing characters. In this case, printing becomes unnecessary, which further contributes to cost reduction. In addition, by encrypting the mark indicating the position of the wireless tag, there is also a secondary effect that, for example, the portion indicating the product name or the like can be made difficult to understand by a third party and the possibility of theft or the like can be prevented. .
