本発明は、便秘症状と痔疾の改善に適する排便促進・痔疾改善器に関する。

【従来の技術】
便秘や痔の症状改善のために、赤外線を肛門部に照射する技術（例えば特開平１０−１９２４２５号公報）や、患部に対し温熱と振動を与えることで治療できるようにした技術（例えば特開平９−２８７２６号公報）などがある。前者の技術は赤外線を放射する発熱体の上に腰かけを設け、この腰かけの肛門該当個所にアナを開け、座ったまゝ赤外線照射を肛門部に直接するように構成したものであり、後者の技術は、発熱光源を耐熱アクリル樹脂で覆い、アクリル樹脂の中に振動体を入れる構成としたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来技術のうち前者は、赤外線の温熱が程よい温度で肛門ないしその周辺に及ぶことは認められるものゝ、赤外線のみでは治療手段としてもおのずから限界があるのと、腰かけ式のため赤外線を肛門内部に浸透させることは困難であり、また一定の占有空間を必要とするので場所をとり、携帯用として手軽に持ち運びできるものではないので随時随所で使用するには不向きであるなどの問題がある。

後者の従来技術は、温熱だけ或いは振動を与えるだけの治療器具と異なって、痔疾の患部を温め且つ振動を伝えることもできるという趣旨ではあるが、発熱光源を内蔵したアクリル樹脂を敏感な箇所である肛門に直接挿入するので熱加減に対する配慮及び安全性に欠けるのと、挿入後抜けにくいように先端から５ｃｍ程度の部位にふくらみを設けるとしているが、このようなふくらみを設けることは痔疾の程度によっては却って苦痛になる場合があり、しかも手に持って使用するため力の入れ具合では患部に傷をつけるといった懸念もある。

本発明はこのような従来技術とは一線を画し、直接肛門内に挿入するものゝ危険性がなく、振動による刺激で便秘時における排便の促進と、自然な温熱と遠赤外線及び磁気の放射で痔疾改善にも好適し、取り扱いが容易で随意に装着ができ誰もが安心して使用できる排便促進・痔疾改善器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明では、
振動子５を内蔵した挿入体２の基部に支持体３を設け、支持体３下面より挿入体２内に挿通した電源コード６を振動子５に接続してなるバイブユニット１と、上部に位置する遠赤外線・磁気を放射するスポンジ布１１と基布１２の間に線面発熱板１３を介装し、且つ中程部に通孔Ｈを形成した積層体１０をそなえ、
積層体１０下面より、バイブユニット１の挿入体２を通孔Ｈに差し込んでスポンジ布１１上方に突設し、積層体１０をパンツ２０内に縫着して排便促進・痔疾改善器を構成する。

また本発明は、上記したバイブユニット１と積層体１０をそなえ、積層体１０下面より、バイブユニット１の挿入体２を通孔Ｈに差し込んでスポンジ布１１上方に突設し、積層体１０を腰帯３０と股帯３１に取り付ける構成とすることでパンツを履かないでも使用できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面に基づき本発明を説明すると、図１（ａ）・（ｂ）に示したバイブユニット１は、肛門に挿入可能な長さが２０ｍｍ、直径が８ｍｍ程度の大きさの挿入体２とその基部に水平状の支持体３を設けたもので、挿入体２は支持体３の中央に係合し起立状態とする。挿入体２は内部中空状でその中に、小形モーターと回動片からなる振動子５を設けてあり、支持体３は側面が弓状で中央に挿孔４を形成してある。なおバイブユニット１は合成樹脂製で、好ましくはポリエチレンを素材とする。

図３は積層体１０の下面より、バイブユニット１の挿入体２を通孔Ｈに差し込んだ状態を示すもので、このとき挿入体基部の支持体３は基布１２の長手方向に沿う下面に密接し、挿入体２は積層体１０の上方に突出する。前記した電源コード６と、線面発熱板１３の電極コード（図を省略）は、積層体１０の基布１２の後部裏側より引き出すようにする。

積層体１０は、図４（ａ）・（ｂ）のようにパンツ２０に縫着することで不動状となる。この場合積層体１０の前部より後部にかけて周縁をパンツ生地に縫着し、膨隆部１０ａより後側をフリーにして基布１２を帯状に延長し、その端部をパンツ２０の後部に縫着するが、このとき積層体１０の後部がパンツ２０の内面よりやゝ浮き上がるようにすることで着装したときに積層体１０の膨隆部１０ａが股間部に密着する。

積層体１０をパンツ２０に取り付けない場合は図５のようにゴム製の腰帯３０と股帯３１に取り付ける構成とする。こうすることによってパンツとは独立して着用することができる。

使用にあたって積層体１０上方に突出している挿入体２の外面にラテックスゴム等の肌にやさしい薄いカバーを被せ、両足をパンツ又は股帯と腰帯に入れて履く（場合によってカバーの表面に軟膏や潤滑剤を塗布する）。そして静かに挿入体２を肛門に挿入し、十分に挿入されるとスポンジ布１１表面の布部に、肛門から局所に至る部分が密着するとともに、臀部の割れめに積層体１０の膨隆部１０ａが密着して不動状となる。そこで線面発熱板１３を通電して３５〜４５°Ｃほどに温めると、上部のスポンジ布１１に熱が伝導し、その熱によって肛門周囲が程よく温まる。同時にスイッチオンして振動子５を作動すると挿入体２が振動する。

痔疾は、患部を温め程よくマッサージを施すと治療効果が上がるといわれるが積層体１０に線面発熱板１３を介装したことでスポンジ布１１が温められる結果肛門が熱を帯び、しかもバイブユニット１がマッサージと同様の働きをするので硬直した筋肉が和らいで活性化し、疾患が改善する方向に作用する。しかしてスポンジ布１１の発する遠赤外線は熱の深達性にすぐれ、一方、人体から放出している熱も遠赤外線にきわめて共通している波長であるため共振する。すなわち遠赤外線を十分に働かせるには熱，振動を与えることが有効で、特に遠赤外線の健康電磁波といわれる１０ミクロン程度の波長が、人体の発する１０ミクロンの波長と共振して細胞の働きを活性化する。またスポンジ布１１は肛門だけでなく局部に至る範囲の広さを有するため男性の前立腺肥大にも良い影響を及ぼし、女性の冷えからくる疾患の改善にも好適する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、振動する挿入体と、遠赤外線と磁気を発するスポンジ布が、線面発熱板によって適温に加熱され、振動と適温によって肛門内部に心地よい刺激が加えられる結果、直腸が蠕動して滞留していた便の排出が促進される。
