本発明は、同一企業グループの会社で商品の受注、製造、販売、及びそれに伴う仕入れ売上に関する会計情報を処理するための受注商品処理システム及び処理方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
企業グループ内で親子の関係を持つ会社で商品の受注、製造、販売、及びそれに伴う仕入や売上等の会計情報の処理は、それぞれの会社が自社の端末やサーバを使用して独自に行っているのが一般的である。
例えば、販売子会社が顧客から受注した商品を、製造部門を持つ親会社から仕入れ、その商品を注文主の顧客に販売する場合、販売子会社と親会社で以下のような処理が行われる。

まず、販売子会社は顧客から商品を受注すると、サーバである期間内の需要予測と在庫の計画を立てて親会社に商品を発注する。
親会社は販売子会社から商品を受注すると、サーバによりある期間内の需要予測と在庫の計画を立てて、商品を製造し、その製造した商品を受注分だけ販売子会社に納入して売上処理をする。

販売子会社は、親会社から納入された商品の仕入れ処理を行い、顧客に販売して売上処理を行う。
このような商品の流れにおいて、販売子会社は親会社に対する商品の発注、仕入、顧客に対する売上げ等の販売処理や在庫処理を行い、それに伴う仕入額、請求明細、売上額等の会計情報をすべて自社管理し、また親会社も同様に自社に関する製造、販売処理情報や会計情報をすべて自社管理するようにしている。

尚、親会社が製造子会社に対して商品製造に使用する部品を発注して仕入れる場合も同様に、それぞれが自社に関する製造、在庫、販売処理情報や会計情報を管理している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上述した従来の技術では、同一企業グループであっても、各会社毎に個別に目標を立て、自社に関してのみ在庫管理、販売管理、製造管理、仕入管理等を行っているため、企業グループ全体での在庫、仕入、製造、販売等の効率化を図れず、資金調達の面でも無駄を生じるという問題がある。

また、親会社、子会社がそれぞれ独立して商品の販売処理情報、製造処理情報を独立して管理しているため、それぞれの会社において受注、発注、仕入、製造、売上等が発生する毎に、その仕入や売上の明細や、伝票作成、製造指示等の入力オペレーションが必要となり、多大な作業負担を生じると共に、受注から部品や資材の発注、仕入、製造、売上迄等に長い期間を要してしまい、処理効率が悪く、会社間での商品や部品の流れ、及び情報の応答性も遅いという問題もある。

また、会計処理に関しても、その情報をそれぞれの会社で独立して管理するため、この面での入力オペレーションを各会社毎に行わなければならず、多大な作業負担を生じると共に、入力ミスによる混乱を生じ易いという問題もある。
本発明はこのような問題を解決することができる受注商品の処理システム及び処理方法を実現することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのため、本発明の受注商品の処理システムは、販売子会社が受注した商品の受注情報及び該商品の製造及び販売に必要な情報を登録する製造販売データベースを有する製造販売サーバと、親会社及び販売子会社にそれぞれ備えられた情報端末からなり、販売子会社の情報端末で入力された顧客からの受注情報を製造販売サーバに送信して製造販売データベースに登録を行い、製造販売サーバは販売子会社が受注した商品の製造の必要が生じると、当該商品の一定期間の需要の予測と、その予測に基づく商品を製造するために必要な資材や部品の量を所要量計算により求め、その計算結果と製造販売データベースに登録されている製造に必要な情報と共に親会社の情報端末に送って商品を製造させることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
尚、この実施の形態では、親会社、販売子会社、製造子会社の関係を例にして述べるものとする。
図1は実施の形態を示すフローチャート、図2は実施の形態のシステム構成図である。

まず、図2について説明すると、図において1は製造販売サーバで、製造及び販売に関する情報を登録(格納)する製造販売DB(データベース)2を有している。
3は会計サーバで、親会社、販売子会社、製造子会社別の会計情報を登録(格納)する会計DB4a、4b、4cを有している。

5は親会社に設置された情報端末、6は販売子会社に設置された情報端末、7は製造子会社に設置された情報端末で、それぞれ入力手段としてのキーボードやポインティングデバイス(マウス等)、表示手段であるCRTディスプレイやLCDディスプレイ等の表示部としてのディスプレイ、HDD等の記憶部、出力手段としてのプリンタ、及びこれらを所定のプログラムに基づいて制御する制御手段等により構成されている。

これらの情報端末5〜7はLANやインターネット等の通信回線を介して製造販売サーバ1及び会計サーバ3に接続され、相互に情報の通信が可能となっている。
ここで、製造販売サーバ1及び会計サーバ3は親会社に設置されるが、別の施設等に設置されていても支障はない。

また、親会社の情報端末5は会計サーバ3を介して会計DB4a、4b、4cのいずれにもアクセス可能であるが、販売子会社の情報端末6は販売子会社に割り当てられた会計DB4bのみに、また製造子会社の情報端末7は製造子会社に割り当てられた会計DB4cのみにアクセス可能となっている。
尚、情報端末5〜7は図では1台づつしか示していないが、各会社にそれぞれ複数台保有され、販売部門、製造部門、経理部門、倉庫部門等の必要部署に設置されているものとする。

図3は製造販売DB2の登録内容を示す図である。
この製造販売DB2には、親会社と製造子会社で行われる製造に関する商品毎のマスタ情報、及び親会社と販売子会社と製造子会社との間で行われる製造販売に関する商品毎の取引情報が登録されている。
マスタ情報としては商品の品目(種類)、取引先(販売子会社や顧客、部品や資材の発注先等)、商品や部品等を保管する倉庫、BOM、工順(製造のための作業手順)、ワークセンタ(会社の製造部門)、製造や販売を行う部署、各会社や顧客に付けられる会社識別コードの項目の他、図示していないが部品や資材等の仕入品目、仕入単価、在庫等の項目も設定され、それぞれの項目に必要な情報が登録されている。

ここで、BOMとは製造する商品及びその製造に必要な部品や資材を示す情報である。卓上電話機を例にとると、この卓上電話機が電話機本体と送受話器で構成される場合、BOMは品目の構成を示す情報、つまり、「卓上電話機」は「電話機本体」と「送受話器」から構成されているという情報となる。無論、電話機本体と送受話器をそれぞれ更に細分化して必要資材等の情報を持たせることも行われる。

また、取引情報としては、受注、在庫、発注、在庫取引、製造、会社間の販売単価、顧客への販売単価等の項目があり、それぞれ項目に数や納期等が登録され、必要に応じて更新されるが、在庫の項目には現在の在庫数、及び一定期間内の納期毎の商品数等が登録され、順次更新されてゆく。
また、在庫取引の項目には企業間で商品が情報として移動したときの移動数が登録されるものとなっている。

更に、ここには示していないが取引情報には製造に必要な部品や資材の在庫等も登録されている。
尚、グループ会社間を流通する商品や部品を保管する倉庫は本実施の形態では親会社のみが持つものとする。
図4は会計DB4a〜4cの登録内容を示す図で、ここでは会計DB4aを代表させて示している。

この会計DB4aは、取引先に対する商品または部品の仕入額(買掛金)、商品や部品の売上額(売掛金)、販売及び仕入商品または部品に係わる請求や仕入の明細(仕入先、販売先、商品名、個数、単価、総額)、仕入や販売の年月日等の情報を会計情報として登録(格納)するもので、会計DB4b,4cも同様である。

次に、図2〜図4を参照して図1に示すフローチャートにより商品の受注から顧客への販売までの流れを実施の形態の作用としてSで示すステップに従って説明する。
まず、販売子会社が顧客から商品を受注すると、販売子会社のオペレータが情報端末6により受注情報を入力する(S1)。

この受注情報は、商品の品目、個数、販売価格、顧客名、納期等であるが、これに注文番号を付加情報として加え、製造販売サーバ1に転送すると、製造販売サーバ1は、製造販売DB2に格納されているマスタ情報の該当品目を検索し、その品目における取引情報の受注の項目に受注個数を登録し、計画在庫を参照して今回の受注に応じられる在庫があるか否かを判断し(S2)、ある場合は親会社の情報端末5を通じて該当商品の出荷を担当係員等に指示する。

この場合の出荷の指示は、倉庫等に設置された情報端末5に付属するディスプレイへの表示や、プリンタによる伝票への印字により行うことができる。
受注に応じられる在庫がない場合、製造販売サーバ1は、製造販売DB2の取引情報とマスタ情報を参照して、受注商品に対する一定期間内の需要を予測するか、もしくは予め作成した需要予測を参照し、その期間に必要な在庫を確保するための在庫計画を立て(S3)、所要量計算を行う(S4)。

この所要量計算は、受注商品の在庫計画に合わせて資材や部品の必要量を求めるものである。
所要量計算が終了すると、製造販売サーバ1は計算結果と共に製造指示の情報を、製造部門を持つ親会社の情報端末5と製造子会社の情報端末7にそれぞれ送信する(S5a、S5b)。

ここで、受注商品が例えば卓上電話機であって、親会社が電話機本体の製造と卓上電話機の組み立てを行うものとし、製造子会社が部品としての送受話器を製造を受け持つとすると、親会社の情報端末5には卓上電話機と電話機本体の製造数、製造に必要な資材や部品名及び数量等の明細と、製造子会社等から納入させる送受話器の数量、工順等の情報が所要量計算の計算結果として製造の指示と共に送信され、製造子会社の製造部門の情報端末7には、送受話器の製造数、製造に必要な資材やその数量等の明細や工順等が計算結果として製造の指示と共に送信される。

尚、親会社が既に必要な電話機本体と送受話器を在庫として持っていれば、卓上電話機の組み立てのみを指示することも可能である。その場合、製造子会社への製造の指示は行わないものとなる。
また、送受話器や電話機本体の製造に必要な資材が足りず、別会社から調達する必要がある場合、製造販売サーバ1は調達先の別会社に対する注文書を作成して発行する(S5c)。

この発行にあたっては製造販売サーバ1にメールの自動発送機能やFAX送信機能を持たせて、調達先の別会社に注文書を情報として送信することが考えられる。
これらの製造指示や注文書の作成等と同時に製造販売サーバ1は製造販売DB2の取引情報のうちの在庫及び発注等の項目の情報を更新登録する。例えば、在庫の項目に今回の受注により発生した納期や数を登録し、また、発注の項目に今回の発注数を加算登録する。

そして、別会社から親会社に電話機本体や送受話器の資材が納入されると、親会社では納入品の検収処理が行われ(S6)、正常であればその情報を情報端末5で入力すると、入力情報が会計サーバ3に送られ、これにより会計サーバ3は前記の注文書情報に基づいて仕入明細や仕入額等を自動生成して、親会社用の会計DB4aに登録する。

親会社の製造部門では、製造販売サーバ1からの指示に従って電話機本体を製造し(S7a)、製造子会社の製造部門でも製造販売サーバ1からの指示に従って送受話器を製造する(S7b)。
この製造子会社での送受話器の製造に必要な資材は、親会社からすべて無償支給され、その際、オペレータ等が情報端末5で入力する資材の出庫情報に基づいて製造販売サーバ1は製造販売DB2の取引情報の資材の在庫を更新する。

製造子会社は送受話器の製造を完了すると(S8)、オペレータ等が情報端末7で製造完了の情報と製造部品名及び製造数を入力し、製造した送受話器を親会社に納入する。
情報端末7で入力された製造完了の情報は製造販売サーバ1に送信され、その情報を受けて製造販売サーバ1は製造部品名及び製造数が製造を指示した情報と一致するか否かを確認し、一致していれば製造部品名と製造数及びその単価、親会社と子会社の識別コード等の情報を会計サーバ3に送信する。

親会社の製造部門は、自社製造した電話機本体と、製造子会社から納入された送受話器の組み立てを行い(S9)、卓上電話機を完成させて、完成した卓上電話機つまり商品を倉庫に入庫する(S10)。

親会社のオペレータ等は、1日のうち、定期的あるいは不定期に、出庫すべき商品を指定する情報(通常は商品コード等の識別子)を情報端末5で入力する。その情報が製造販売サーバ1に送信されると、製造販売サーバ1は製造販売DB2を検索して、その商品名に該当する取引情報のうち、在庫の項目に登録されている納期と現在日を比較し、該当する納期があればその顧客と受注数を確認して情報端末5に出力し、これに基づいて親会社の倉庫から商品が出庫される。

そして出庫された商品は親会社から顧客に納品されるが、情報の流れとしては販売子会社に納入された後、顧客に出荷、納品される形態をとる(S11)。

以上のようにして、商品の受注から顧客への販売までの処理が行われる。その場合、前記のように製造子会社が送受話器を製造する際に必要な資材は、親会社から製造子会社へ無償支給した場合を例にして説明したが、有償とすることも可能である。

このようにすることによって、親会社と製造子会社の間に販売と仕入の関係が生じることになるが、この場合も製造販売サーバ1から会計サーバ3に親会社から製造子会社へ提供した資材及びその量、販売単価等の情報を送信することで、会計サーバ3は、親会社に対しては製造子会社への請求明細や売上額の情報を自動生成して親会社の会計DB4aに登録し、製造子会社に対しては親会社からの仕入明細や仕入額の情報を自動生成して製造子会社の会計DB4cに登録する。

以上説明したように、本発明によれば、受注商品の製造に関して同一企業グループ全体の在庫管理、製造管理、仕入管理等を製造販売サーバを用いて行っているため、企業グループ全体での部品や資材の発注、仕入、製造、売上等の効率化を図ることができ、資金調達の面でも無駄を抑えることができるという効果が得られる。

また、受注商品の製造原価に関しても、製造販売サーバの製造販売データベースで一括管理している情報から把握することができ、グループ企業内での原価内訳の管理も可能であるので、本当の製造原価、グループ企業内での付加価値や利益も容易に把握することができ、そのため適切な価格政策をとることが可能になるという効果も得られる。
