Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably lower a pouring nozzle of an aerosol type container by a fingertip operation of a single hand. <P>SOLUTION: A spouting container includes a pair of container bodies having the pouring nozzle and adjacently placed; a mounted body having shell tubes to be out-fitted over the upper end of the pair of container bodies and immovably assembled in a state that the pouring nozzle of the container body is projecting upward; a passage block tightly assembled with the pair of pouring nozzles for leading both poured contents to a single pouring tube; and a cap body forming a discharging port at the center of an oval cylindrical top plate, having a passage tube hanging from an opening rim of the discharging port, which causes the pouring tube to be tightly fitted and fixedly assembled with the block via the passage tube. The rear lower end of a body tube of the cap body is assembled and coupled with the rear upper end of the shell tube via a hinge. A control piece is extended to suspend from the center of the front face of the body tube. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、一対の注出ノズルを有した容器から同時に内容物を噴出させると共に、この両噴出内容物を一緒に注出する注出容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば、或る種の染毛剤のように、2種の薬液を使用時に一緒に注出するタイプのもので、薬液を個々にエアゾール式容器に収納し、使用時に、この一対のエアゾール式容器から内容物である薬液を同時に噴出させると共に、この噴出した薬液を一緒に一か所から注出する容器として、特許文献1あるいは特許文献2に開示された技術がある。

特許文献1に記載の従来技術は、薬液を収納した一対のエアゾール式容器と、この一対のエアゾール式容器を並列に隣接して収納する有底の収納ケースと、この収納ケースの上端開口部を塞ぐ形態でヒンジ結合され、下面に各エアゾール式容器の注出ノズルが密嵌入して突き当たる段付き孔と、上面に吐出口と、そして両段付き孔と吐出口とを連通させる案内路とを形成したガイド部材の前端に、収納ケースの外側の前下方に垂下した押動レバーを連設した可動カバーと、から構成されている。

この従来技術にあっては、容器を掴持した片手の指で押動レバーを収納ケース側に押圧することにより、ヒンジ結合部を軸としてガイド部材を下降傾動させ、これにより一対のエアゾール式容器の注出ノズルを同時に押し下げて開放し、両エアゾール式容器の薬液を、段付き孔、案内路そして吐出口を経て、一緒に吐出するので、一つの押動レバーに対する簡単な押圧操作により、二つのエアゾール式容器の内容物を、同時にかつ一緒にした状態、すなわちそのまま使用することのできる状態で吐出する、と云う優れた効果を発揮する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来技術は、収納ケースと可動カバーのヒンジ結合部を支点、可動カバーのヒンジ結合部と反対側に付設した押動レバーの下端部を力点、可動カバーに付設した段付き孔を作用点とした梃子の原理で可動カバーを傾動させ、エアゾール式容器の注出ノズルを押し下げ、開放しよとするものである。

しかしながら、上記構成では注出ノズルを押し下げると共に横方向に押し付ける力が作用するため、特に押動レバーが押圧動作により変形し易いと、あるいは押圧操作のストロークが十分取れないと、注出操作がスムーズに達成できない場合がある。

このため押動レバーの肉厚、形状により剛性を向上させるが、使用する樹脂量が多くなり、デザイン上の自由度も低くなってしまう。さらにストロークを大きく取ろうとすると押動レバーを下方に大きく広げた状態に形成する必要があり、製品全体をコンパクトに設計することが難しくなる場合がある。

また、注出ノズルの横方向にも力が作用するため、可動カバーの段付き孔と注出ノズルの間等のシール性を確保するのが難しい場合がある。

さらには、本願発明に係る注出容器はその先端に様々な形状の櫛体や塗布体を組付けて利用する場合が多いが、上記した梃子を利用した力の作用から、引用文献1の図3あるいは、引用文献2の図2に示されるように、支点であるヒンジ結合部の高さ位置は、作用点である段付き孔の高さ位置と略等しいか、より高い位置にするので、製品設計上の自由度を小さくしている。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、容器を掴持した片手の指先の操作により、エアゾール式容器の注出ノズルを安定して下降変位させるようにすることを技術的課題とし、もって注出操作性が良好で、製品設計の自由度の高い注出容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の手段は、
頭部の上面に、開閉機能付きの注出ノズルを起立させ、この注出ノズルを押し下げることにより内容物を注出する構成で、左右に並列に隣接組合せされた容器体の一対を有すること、
一対の容器体の上端部に外嵌する外装筒を有し、容器体の注出ノズルを上方に突出させた状態で不動に組付く装着体を有すること、
注出ノズルが密嵌入して突き当たる一対の段付き孔を下面左右両側部に開設すると共に、上面中央に注出筒を立設し、注出筒が形成する注出口と両段付き孔とを連通させる注出路を内部に形成した通路ブロック体を有すること、
有頂で略長円筒状の本体筒の頂板の中央部に吐出口を形成し、下端部に注出筒を密嵌入させる通路筒をこの吐出口の開口縁から、垂下設し、この通路筒により通路ブロック体に組付き固定するキャップ体を有すること、
キャップ体の本体筒の後部下端縁を、ヒンジ結合部を介して、外装筒の後部上端縁に組付け結合すること、
本体筒の前面中央から外装筒の外側に沿う様に操作片を垂下状に延出設すること、
操作片の内側面下端部の、外装筒の下端縁の一部である当接下縁に対向する位置に、斜め内下方に下降傾斜した傾斜ガイド面を外装筒の当接下縁に摺接させる摺接突片を突設すること、
通路ブロック体が注出ノズルで押し上げられた状態で、当接下縁に対向する傾斜ガイド面の箇所を、少なくとも上位に、注出ノズルを開状態とすることができる高さ分を有する位置に設定すること、
にある。

請求項1記載の上記構成の注出容器は容器体、装着体、通路ブロック体、キャップ体の各部材を有し、下に示すように各部材が組み付けられ、一体として使用される。
すなわち、
1.装着体を並列に隣接配置された一対の容器体の上端部に上方から不動に外装して、装着体を容器体に組付き固定する。
2.装着体の開口部から突出する一対の容器体の注出ノズルを一対の段付き孔に密嵌入して、通路ブロック体を上下方向への揺動可能に容器体に組付け固定する。
3.通路ブロック体の注出筒を通路筒に密嵌入して、キャップ体を通路ブロック体に組付き固定する。
4.ヒンジ結合部を介して、キャップ体の本体筒の後部下端縁と外装筒の後部上端縁に組付け結合する。

上記のように各部材を組付けた状態で、操作片の下端部内側面は外装筒の前面中央の下端縁近傍に位置し、またこの操作片の下端部内側面に突設された摺接突片は、その傾斜ガイド面の下端寄りの部分を外装筒の前面中央の下端縁に摺接させた状態にある。

この際注出ノズルには、押し下げる方向と共に横方向に押し付ける力が作用するが、外装筒の当接下縁に摺接している摺接突片の傾斜ガイド面の作用により、操作片の押圧操作を安定して達成できると共に、操作片に下方への引き下げ力をより大きく作用させることができるので、注出ノズルを下方にスムーズに押し下げることが可能となる。

このため、片側だけの操作片での操作でありながら、注出ノズルの開放、内容物の注出をスムーズに達成することができ、また操作片の動作範囲(ストローク)を小さく設定でき、操作片の剛性を特に高くする必要もなく、支点と作用点に係る位置関係の制限も小さいので、様々な用途に向けて設計自由度の高い容器を提供することができる。

また、操作片が引き下げられる分、操作片の押圧によるキャップ体の傾動変化も小さく抑えることができ、段付き孔と注出ノズルのシール性また、通路ブロック体の注出筒とキャップ体の通路筒のシール性を良好なものとすることができると共に、櫛体等による注出物の塗布をより安定した姿勢で実施することが可能となる。

注出ノズルが押し下げられると、両容器体内から内容物が噴出され、噴出された内容物は両段付き孔から注出路を経て注出筒内に進入し、ここで合流して、キャップ体の通路筒を流動して外部に注出される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施例を、図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1〜8は本願発明の注出容器の第1実施例を示す。このうち図3および図4は本実施例を構成する部材のうちキャップ体11、外装筒32、通路ブロック体21および結合リング体41を分解した状態で示したものである。

エアゾール式容器である容器体51は、細長有底円筒状をした金属製本体の縮径した口部に、弁による開閉機能部を備えた注出ノズル53を有する金属製あるいは硬質樹脂製のキャップをカシメ固定して頭部52を形成し、注出ノズル53は、この頭部52の上面に起立した状態となっている。

装着体31は本第1実施例においては、左右に並列に隣接配置された一対の容器体51上端部に外嵌する長円筒状の外装筒32と、この外装筒32内にアンダーカット状に組付き固定した結合リング体41の2ケの部材から構成される。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上記した構成となっているので、以下に示す効果を奏する。
請求項1記載の発明にあっては、
外装筒の当接下縁に摺接している摺接突片の傾斜ガイド面の作用により、操作片の押圧操作を安定して達成できると共に、操作片に下方への引き下げ力をより大きく作用させることができるので、注出ノズルを下方にスムーズに押し下げることが可能となり、片側だけの操作片での操作でありながら、注出ノズルの開放、内容物の注出をスムーズに達成することができ、また操作片の動作範囲すなわちストロークを小さく設定でき、操作片の剛性を特に高くする必要もなく、支点と作用点に係る位置関係の制限も小さいので、様々な用途に向けて設計自由度の高い容器を提供することができる。
