Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a writing instrument for writing or cosmetics, and more particularly to a writing instrument which does not cause a break in a writing line or a break in application.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a ball-point pen-type writing instrument in which a writing section consisting of a ball and a chip holder holding the ball is attached to the tip of a storage tube filled with ink is conventionally known, and is similar to this shape. An applicator containing a cosmetic has been proposed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 55-177315. However, cosmetics are more likely to write upward when used than normal ball-point pens, and are likely to suffer from broken writing lines, which is a weak point of normal ball-point pens. As a countermeasure against this, even if the ink (or cosmetic) is pressurized from the rear end of the ink and the ink (or cosmetic) is applied to the ball of the writing part during writing and a force is applied to the writing surface, the ink is applied to the writing surface even when writing upward. Even if a gap is formed between the ball and the chip, the ink is filled with the pressurized ink and the ink does not run out. As a means therefor, a pressurized ballpoint pen utilizing the compressive force of gas has been proposed, which has an advantage that not only a measure against upward writing but also the drawing line is stabilized during normal use.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, there was a type in which the compressed gas was sealed on the shaft to use the pressurization. However, since the pressing force was constantly applied to the writing part, perfect adhesion and sealing properties between the ball and the tip of the writing part were required. If the tip member requires dimensional accuracy, and the sealing property is poor, ink leakage occurs from the writing portion due to the applied pressure. Also, in order to obtain high confidentiality in the shaft portion, caulking or the like is required in the accuracy of parts and in the production process, which hinders quality maintenance and production, and costs are increased. In addition, a pumping type pressurizing mechanism is provided at the rear end of the ink storage tube during use, and the pressurizing mechanism is operated forward by knocking operation to push air into the rear end hole of the ink storage tube and pressurize the liquid. Although proposed (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-171287), production costs are high due to strict requirements on confidentiality. In view of such circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a writing implement that does not have a strict requirement for confidentiality and has a low production cost and does not suffer from cuts in writing lines or coating.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have conducted various studies to solve this problem, and as a result, have used the spring pressure due to the compression of the spring without using the compressive force of gas, which is difficult to maintain confidentiality. Studied a method of reducing or applying no spring pressure to the ink. As a result, a pressing plate that comes into contact with the rear end surface of the writing liquid is slidably provided in the storage tube, and the pressing plate is pressed by the spring restoring pressure due to the compression of the spring during writing, and the compression of the spring is reduced or reduced except during writing. The present invention of the open type has been completed.
[0005]
That is, in the writing instrument according to claim 1 of the present invention, in a writing instrument having a writing section attached to the tip of a storage tube filled with writing liquid, the inside of the storage tube is kept in contact with the writing liquid rear end face of the storage tube. The sliding pressing plate comes into contact with the distal end of the pressing spring arranged on the rear end side of the storage tube, and at least at the time of writing, the pressing spring is subjected to a compressive action, and writing is performed via the pressing plate by the spring restoring pressure. The liquid is pressurized.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the writing instrument according to the first aspect, the pressurizing spring is set to have a substantially free length or a reduced compression during storage, and a rear end of the pressurizing spring is externally arranged during writing. The compression dimension of the spring while being subjected to the compression action by the pressing means is set to be equal to or larger than the amount by which the pressing plate advances when the writing liquid is consumed. I do.
[0007]
The invention according to claim 3 is a preferred embodiment of the writing instrument according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a rear end portion of the pressure spring of the storage tube is knocked, rotated, or slided during writing. The pressure spring is compressed to a predetermined position by being advanced by an external pressing means such as a type, and is held in a locked state at this position.
[0008]
The invention according to claim 4 is a preferred embodiment of the writing instrument according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a cap provided with a protruding portion for protecting the tip writing portion during storage is provided. By fitting into the tip writing portion and fitting the cap from the rear end of the writing instrument during writing, the projection inside the cap presses the rear end of the pressure spring of the storage tube to a predetermined position to apply. At the time of writing, the rear end receiving portion of the pressure spring of the storage tube is advanced by a pressing means selected from a knock type, a rotary screw type, or a slide type from the outside of the cap, so that the pressure spring is moved to a predetermined position. The writing instrument is characterized in that the writing liquid storage tube is advanced to the inside of the outer cylinder shaft at the same time, and the tip writing portion is extended from the tip of the outer cylinder shaft and held in the locked state at this position.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The writing implement of the present invention is intended for various writing or cosmetic purposes. The writing liquid to be filled is, for writing, a normal ballpoint pen ink, or a white ink that can be corrected by concealing erroneous writing or the like with a white ink. In the case of cosmetics, a liquid cosmetic paint having fluidity, a thixotropic cosmetic exhibiting semi-solidity at rest, and the like can be mentioned. In addition, the structure of the writing part attached to the tip of the storage tube is a ballpoint pen type consisting of a spherical ball at the tip and a tip holder holding the ball, or a fluid writing liquid such as a spike or a needle valve. Any writing instrument having a suppression function may be used, but is not particularly limited.
[0011]
Further, as a pressing plate which comes into contact with the writing liquid end portion in the storage tube and is slidable in the tube together with the writing liquid as the writing liquid is consumed, any pressing plate which is not deformed by compression by a pressure spring or immersed in the writing liquid can be used. The material is not limited. It may be a resin-like follower stick usually used for a ballpoint pen or the like. As a pressure spring which is disposed at the rear end of the writing instrument in contact with or connected to the pressing plate, at least at the time of writing, the writing liquid is applied through the pressing plate by a spring restoring pressure generated by compression by a pressing action of the pressing means. It is necessary to press.
[0012]
Here, as the pressing means for compressing the pressure spring, the rear end receiving portion of the pressure spring disposed on the rear end side of the storage tube is rotated, slid, knocked, etc., and locked at a predetermined position. There is no particular limitation as long as it exists. For example, the simplest configuration is a case where a part of the tail plug screwed to the rear end of the storage tube is used as the rear end receiving portion of the pressure spring. In this case, when the tail plug is directly fixed, the pressure spring is always fixed in a compressed state, so that the compression spring is always compressed not only during storage but also during writing. In this case, it is necessary to provide a cap means for preventing leakage of the liquid from the coating portion other than at the time of writing or a sealing property due to the close contact between the chip holder and the ball of the writing portion.
[0013]
In the present invention, it is desirable that the pressure spring is reduced in compression by a substantially free length or a partial restoration from a compressed state at the time of writing except at the time of writing. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tail plug of the storage tube can be moved forward and backward by a rotary screw type so that the rear end receiving portion of the pressure spring can be subjected to a compression action by an external pressing means at the time of writing. Alternatively, the tail plug is not fixed to the rear end of the storage tube, and a part thereof is made to protrude as a rear end receiving portion of the pressure spring, and the rear end receiving portion is knock-type, rotary screw-in type, or slide type from outside. The pressure spring is compressed to a predetermined position by being advanced by a pressing means such as the above, and is held at the position in a locked state. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a writing implement that has low production cost, prevents liquid from leaking from the application part during writing other than writing, and does not cause a break in drawing or coating during writing.
[0014]
【Example】
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0015]
Example 1
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a first embodiment of a basic writing instrument of the present invention using a tail plug as a pressing means. First, the writing implement shown in FIG. 1 is a ball-point pen having a writing part composed of a ball 3 and a chip holder 4 holding the ball 3 attached to the tip of a storage tube 1 filled with a fluid writing liquid 2. In the writing instrument of the type, a pressing plate 5 which is in contact with the rear end face of the flowable writing liquid 2 and which slides in close contact with the writing liquid along the inner wall of the pipe with consumption of the writing liquid is arranged in the storage tube 1. I have. Further, a tip of a pressure spring 7 installed as a receiving member 8 as a receiving member 8 is arranged in contact with or connected to a part of the tail plug 6 at the rear end of the storage tube 1 on the push plate 5. Here, when the tail plug 6 is fixed to the rear end of the storage tube 1 in a state where the pressing spring 7 is compressed to a predetermined length, the pressing plate 5 is always pressed by the spring pressure of the pressing spring 7. The writing liquid 2 is pressurized. In this case, it is necessary to prevent the writing liquid from leaking by fitting a cap to the writing portion at the tip of the storage tube other than at the time of coating, or it is necessary to have a sealing property by the close contact between the chip holder and the ball of the writing portion.
[0016]
As a modification of the tail plug 6 in FIG. 1, the receiving member 8 protruding into the storage tube is formed as a relatively long cylindrical portion, and a thread which engages with a thread groove provided on the inner wall of the storage tube is provided on the outer periphery thereof. By appropriately rotating the tail plug 6 at the time of attachment, the cylindrical portion 8 of the tail plug can be screwed forward or backward into the storage tube to compress or decompress the pressure spring 7. In this case, since it is a screw type, it can be held in a locked state at an arbitrary position. Therefore, at the time of writing, the pressure spring 7 is constantly compressed, and the writing liquid is pressurized by the spring restoring pressure. At the time of storage, the screw-in type tail plug 6 is retracted to reduce the compression of the pressure spring or is arranged so as to be restored to a substantially free length, thereby preventing the writing liquid from leaking from the tip.
[0017]
Example 2
2 (a) to 2 (c) are longitudinal sectional views of an applicator showing a second embodiment of the present invention in which a knock bar protruding outside penetrating a tail plug is used as a pressing means.
2A shows a state at the time of storage, FIG. 2B shows a state at the time of application, and FIG. 2C is a longitudinal sectional view of the knock bar. The same reference numerals as those used in FIG. 1 described above denote the same meanings as those in FIG. First, in FIG. 2 (a) in a storage state, the coating liquid 2 and the pressing plate 5 and the pressure spring 7 whose tip is in contact with the pressing plate are placed in the storage tube 1 in a substantially free length state. A rear end of the pressure spring 7 is disposed on a rear end of the knocking rod having an external protrusion 9 that freely slides through a through hole provided in the center of the tail plug 6 fixed to the rear end of the storage tube. It is received and fixed by a spring receiving portion 10 formed at the tip.
[0018]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the knock bar has a claw portion 11 having an upward elastic force applied to a partial wall surface of the hollow body. On the other hand, a small hole 12 for locking the claw portion 11 is formed on a side wall on the rear end side of the spring receiving portion 10 of the storage tube 1, and a locking member 13 fixed at one end and extending in the front end direction is formed on the rear end portion. Further, a projection 14 that can be depressed in the small hole 12 is formed on a part of the suspension member 13.
Next, in FIG. 2 (b) showing the state at the time of application, when the external projection 9 of the knock bar is pushed into the inside of the storage tube 1 and moved forward, the claw portion 11 of the knock bar is set at a predetermined position. It is projected into the small hole 12 by elastic force and locked.
[0019]
At this position, the spring receiving portion 10 formed at the tip of the knock rod 9 compresses the pressure spring 7 and the pressing plate 5 presses the writing liquid 2 with the spring restoring pressure. And is maintained in a coated state. Therefore, even when writing upwards, the occurrence of broken writing lines and the like is prevented. When the writing is completed, the protrusions 14 of the locking members 13 are pushed into the small holes 12 of the storage tube 1 to release the claws 11 of the knock bar from the small holes 12. The external projection 9 of the knock bar is pushed back by force. As a result, the pressure spring 7 is held in the storage tube 1 in a substantially free length state. In this case, although not shown, it is desirable to attach a cap for preventing the coating agent from drying at the tip of the coating portion.
[0020]
Example 3
FIGS. 3A and 3B are longitudinal sectional views showing a third embodiment of the present invention in which a cap provided with a projection inside for protecting a writing portion and preventing drying is used as a pressing means. Here, FIG. 3A is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing a protection state of the writing portion by fitting a cap to the tip of the application portion during storage. FIG. 3B shows a state in which a cap is fitted to the rear end of the applicator at the time of application and the pressure spring 7 is compressed to a predetermined size. Note that the same reference numerals as those used in FIGS. 1 and 2 indicate the same meanings. In FIG. 3 (a), a cylindrical projection 16 extending in the longitudinal direction is provided inside a cap 15 fitted to the tip of the coating portion, and protects the ball tip of the coating portion inside the cap. A spherical elastic body 17 for sealing is mounted.
[0021]
On the other hand, in the storage tube 1, the coating liquid 2, the pressing plate 5, and the pressure spring 7, the tip of which is in contact with the pressing plate 5, are arranged in the storage tube 1 in a substantially free length state. The end is fixed to a spring receiving portion 18 protruding from the rear end of the storage tube 1, and the tail plug 6 is disposed on the spring receiving portion 18 via a long connecting rod 19.
Here, a part of the storage tube 1 and the tail plug 6 are covered with an outer cylinder shaft 22 having a small-diameter stepped portion 20 and a projection (or recessed portion) 21 provided in the stepped portion. A return spring 23 is mounted between the rear end of the storage tube 1 and the tail plug 6 as necessary.
[0022]
At the time of application in this case, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the cap 15 is fitted into the small-diameter stepped portion 20 of the outer cylinder shaft 22 at the rear end of the applicator to extend the cylinder provided in the cap 15 in the longitudinal direction. The protruding portion 16 pushes the tail plug 6, and accordingly, the receiving portion 18 of the pressure spring is pressed via the connecting rod 19, and the pressure spring 7 is compressed. Although not shown, a ring-shaped or other concave portion (or convex portion) is provided at a predetermined position inside the cap 15, and a projection (or concave portion) 21 provided on the small-diameter step portion 20 of the outer cylinder shaft 22. Lock. The protrusions (or recesses) 21 provided on the small-diameter stepped portion 20 are provided at a plurality of locations at predetermined intervals, and the locking position of the cap 15 is changed according to consumption of the coating liquid to reduce the compression length of the pressure spring 7. You may make it change freely. When the cap 15 is removed, the pressure spring 7 returns to a substantially free length and is held by the restoring force.
[0023]
Also, the return spring 23 functions to accurately return the tail plug 6 to its original position so that the tail plug 6 does not wobble when the cap is removed, but this is not always an essential requirement. As a modification of the third embodiment, the rear end of the storage tube 1 may be extended without mounting the outer cylinder shaft 22, and the small-diameter step portion 20 and the projection 21 may be provided on the outer surface thereof. Further, the projection 16 for pressing the tail plug 6 with the cap 15 is not limited to the inside of the cap, but may be provided on the top surface of the cap. In addition, the tail plug 6 protrudes from the rear end of the outer cylinder shaft 22. It doesn't matter.
According to the third embodiment, the tip writing portion is protected and prevented from drying by the cap except at the time of writing, and since the pressure spring is maintained at a substantially free length, there is no leakage of the coating liquid. On the other hand, at the time of writing, the writing liquid is pressurized by the spring pressure generated by the compression of the pressure spring, so that the occurrence of broken writing lines and the like can be prevented even in upward writing.
[0024]
Example 4
FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b) show that a writing liquid storage tube provided with a tip writing portion is mounted so that the tip writing portion can be freely protruded and retracted from the tip of the outer cylinder shaft via a pressure spring in the outer cylinder shaft. FIG. 11 is a longitudinal sectional view of a writing instrument according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In particular, it incorporates a mechanism that allows the user to draw out the writing portion from the tip by the action of knocking or the like and to reliably write. Here, FIG. 4A is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state at the time of storage in which the tip of the writing portion is immersed in the outer cylinder shaft. FIG. 4B is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing a state at the time of application in which the tip of the writing portion is projected outside the outer cylinder axis. The same reference numerals as those used in FIGS. 1 to 3 denote the same meanings.
In FIG. 4 (a), the housing tube 1 is mounted in the outer cylinder shaft 25 in which the outer cylinder shaft 25 in the rear portion is fitted and connected to the outer cylinder shaft 24 in the front portion. It is configured to assist the immersion from the front end of the front outer cylinder shaft by the spring pressure of the return spring 26 installed between the contracted inner wall portion of the outer cylinder shaft 24 and the reduced end portion of the storage tube 1. On the other hand, the pressurizing spring 7 has a substantially free length as a receiving portion for receiving the inside of the tubular tail plug 27 having a distal end portion which is slidably separated from the rear end of the storage tube 1 and a rear end portion of which is slidably separated from the rear end. It is arranged in a state.
[0025]
A reduced step portion 28 is formed in the tubular tail plug 27, and the reduced step portion 28 has a distal end portion of a cylindrical portion 29 that protrudes to the outside while leaving a part of the inner wall at the rear end of the rear outer cylinder shaft 25. Are slidably fitted. Further, a clip 30 is fixed to the outer end reduced portion of the cylindrical portion 29, and when the clip 30 is pushed in, the cylindrical portion 29 slides the tubular tail plug 27 so as to approach the storage tube 1. A pressing means is formed. In addition, a cap 31 having an appropriate retaining member 13 is integrated between the clip 30 and the outer end reduced portion of the cylindrical portion 29 so as to be slidable on the rear end of the outer cylindrical shaft 25 and further rotatable as necessary. Attached to. A projection 32 is formed on the outer periphery of the distal end of the cylindrical portion 29 to appropriately lock the compression length of the pressure spring 7.
[0026]
At the time of writing shown in FIG. 4B, the tubular portion 29 is slid so that the tubular tail plug 27 approaches the rear end of the storage tube 1 by pushing in the clip 30 or the cap 31 forming the pressing means. . When the distal end of the tubular tail plug 27 comes into contact with the rear end of the storage tube 1, the compression ratio of the pressure spring 7 becomes maximum. Further, as the clip 30 or the cap 31 is pushed in, the storage tube 1 itself advances in the outer cylinder shaft 25 and the return spring 26 installed between the storage tube 1 and the vicinity of the distal end portion thereof is compressed, and the writing unit 3 is moved to the outer cylinder shaft. It protrudes from the tip and is fed out to a writable state. When the cap 31 is partially rotated at that stage, the projection 32 on the outer peripheral end of the cylindrical portion 29 integrated with the cap engages with a not-shown recess provided inside the outer cylinder shaft 25. The compression length of the pressure spring 7 can be locked at this position.
[0027]
In this state, since the distal end of the tubular tail plug 27 pushes the storage tube 1 from the rear end, the installation size of the pressure spring is determined. In this state, the pressure spring is compressed, and the pressing plate is applied to the coating liquid. Pressure is applied through. Even if the coating liquid is consumed as the coating operation progresses, it is desirable that the pressure spring be set so that the pressure can be applied to the coating liquid until the coating liquid is exhausted as in the above-described state.
After the coating operation is completed, the protrusion 32 on the outer peripheral portion of the distal end of the tubular portion 29 is disengaged by simply rotating the cap 31 partially, and the restoring force of the return spring 26 and the pressing spring 7 causes the distal end of the storage tube 1 to return. The application part is returned to the inside of the outer cylinder shaft 25, and the pressure spring 7 is returned to a substantially free length state. As a means for pressing the pressure spring, in addition to the above-mentioned knock type from the outside of the cap, a rotary screw-in type, a slide type and the like can be mentioned.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a spring pressure generated by compression of a pressure spring is used to continuously apply pressure to a coating liquid during use to improve coating performance. As compared with the conventional method, the sealing property of the constituent members is not required, and an excellent effect that the desired effect can be obtained without increasing the manufacturing cost can be obtained.
