【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は蓋枕つき包装箱に関する。特に身箱と蓋とからなる被せ箱において、内部の商品を固定するために、蓋の内側に蓋枕と呼ばれる固定パッドを取り付けた包装箱に関するものである。

従来、贈答用詰め合わせ品を収容する包装箱として、身箱と蓋の双方の側面が共に二重壁となっているダブルウォールカートンタイプの被せ箱が広く利用されている。その典型例を挙げると、実用新案登録第３０６６８７２号公報に図７に示すような、せっけんの詰め合わせギフト用の箱が開示されている。図７の包装箱は、商品全体を見栄えよく見せるため、ボデーソープ等の液体洗剤を入れたボトルが身箱の中央に配置され、そのボトルの両側に化粧せっけんと呼ばれる固形石鹸が複数個配置されている。
この詰め合わせ箱は、身箱内部に詰め込まれる商品の大きさ、高さが一定でないことから、輸送、保管、販売時等に荷重の掛かった状態で多段に積み上げたり、取扱いの際に商品が所定の位置から動いたり、脱出したり、商品が損傷する恐れがある。そこで、これを防止するために身箱と蓋の双方またはいずれか一方に、固定パッドが挿入されていることが多い。

蓋に設けるパッドは、図８にも示すように、蓋よりも深さの低い箱型の部材より形成されており、詰め合わせ品のうち高さの低い商品の上面に接して、商品が上下方向に移動するのを防いでいる。このものは使用時に蓋の内側に嵌めこんで商品を上から押さえて固定するところから「枕」とか「蓋枕」とよばれている。ところで、このパッド、換言すると枕には、その一部（図の例は中央）には高さの高い商品との干渉をさけるため、商品形状に合わせて切込形成した凹部が設けられている。また、このパッドは、逆さにしても蓋から落ちないように位置決め片が前記の蓋の内面に設けた係合孔に係合するように設けられていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

また、従来の枕は、図７のように、ボデーソープのボトルが身箱の中央に配置され、そのボトルの両側には化粧せっけんが配設されるように設計されているから、ボデーソープと石鹸の位置関係を変えると、枕全体のレイアウトを変えなくてはいけないという問題もあった。

この発明は、従来形の課題である包装設計の面倒さや使用材料のムダをなくすと共に、枕の固定が簡単に行えるようにし、また使用後の廃棄時に、簡単に身箱から取り外して分解できるようにし、さらに従来単一物であった枕を小分割し、かつ分割した個々の枕を単独でも使用可能にして、汎用性を高めた省資源タイプの枕つき包装箱である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の一形態を具体的に説明する。図１は石鹸とボデーソープの詰め合わせギフト用の被せ箱を示し、Ａは蓋、Ｂは身箱である。図２は、前記の蓋Ａを裏返して見た図である。
