Description

【0001】

Conventionally, as this kind of packing material, as described in, for example, JP-A-7-41077, a plurality of articles to be packed are formed so that a plurality of articles can be arranged in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, respectively. There is known a device that is used while being held therebetween and stacked vertically.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since the packing material is formed of a corrugated cardboard having a concave portion into which articles can be fitted, it cannot be reused and is discarded after one use. However, in this case, the packing material must be discarded at the delivery destination, and there has been a problem that the burden of the packaging material processing at the delivery destination increases. Also, it was not preferable in terms of environmental measures such as resource saving.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging material and an article transporter that can be reused without being discarded after unpacking and that can be easily collected. It is to provide a method.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a plurality of articles to be packed are formed so that a plurality of articles can be arranged in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, and the articles are stacked and used vertically. In the packing material to be formed, at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface has a fitting portion that can be fitted to the upper or lower projecting portion of the article, and is formed by a durable member that can be used at least twice or more. I have.
[0006]
As a result, the packaging material can be reused, so that disposal of the packaging material after unpacking becomes unnecessary. Further, since the fitting portion that fits into the article is formed so as to fit with the protruding portion of the article, it is possible to form the fitting portion so as not to protrude above or below the packing material.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the packing material according to the first aspect, the fitting portion is formed so as to fit with a protruding portion on one end side of the article, and the protruding portion on the other end side of the article is formed in the width direction. It has a supporting portion for supporting only the restraint.
[0008]
Accordingly, in addition to the function of claim 1, the support portion restricts the other end of the article only in the width direction of the article, so that the distance between the protruding portion on one end and the protruding portion on the other end is different. It is also possible to deal with goods of the following types.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the packing material according to the second aspect, the plurality of article holding portions having the fitting portion and the supporting portion, and the plurality of openings formed in a predetermined portion other than each of the article holding portions are provided. Have.
[0010]
Accordingly, in addition to the function of the second aspect, since a plurality of openings are formed in a predetermined portion other than the respective article holding portions, the weight and the amount of material used are reduced by the amount of the openings.
[0011]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the packing material according to the first, second, or third aspect, the entire packing material is formed so as to be symmetrical in front and rear or left and right.
[0012]
Thereby, in addition to the operation of the first, second, or third aspect, the sheets can be stacked in any of the front, rear, left, and right directions.
[0013]
According to the fifth aspect, the plurality of articles to be packed are formed so as to be arranged in plural numbers in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, respectively, and are fitted on at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface with the upper or lower projecting portion of each article. A method of transporting goods using a plurality of packing materials made of a durable member that can be used at least twice or more, having a fitting portion that can be used at least twice. To form a package to be transported to a predetermined destination, and a box-shaped covering member having an open bottom surface attached to the upper portion of the package and transported to the destination. The packing materials after packing are stacked on each other, and the attached member is attached and collected at the transportation source.
[0014]
As a result, the adhered member attached to the upper part of the package during transportation is adhered to the packaging material at the time of collection and is collected together with the packaging material, so it is necessary to separately pack the packaging material at the time of collection. There is no need to dispose of the adhered member.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1 to 13 show a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a packing material, FIG. 2 is a front view showing a state where a compressor is packed, FIG. 3 is a plan view thereof. 4 is a sectional view in the direction of arrows AA in FIG. 3, FIG. 5 is a sectional view in the direction of arrows BB in FIG. 3, and FIGS. 6 to 13 are perspective views showing respective transport steps.
[0016]
In the present embodiment, an example in which a compressor 1 used for an air conditioner for an automobile is packed by a packing material 10 of the present invention as an article to be packed is shown.
[0017]
That is, the packing material 10 shown in FIG. 1 is made of a durable member made of, for example, a low-foaming resin, and is integrally formed by injection molding. The packing material 10 includes an outer frame portion 11 formed in a square shape, and a plurality of article holding portions 12 formed in the outer frame portion 11. The article holding portions 12 are arranged in a total of five rows in the front-rear direction. A total of four rows are provided in each direction.
[0018]
The article holding section 12 includes a fitting section 12a for fitting the mounting section 1a on one end side of the compressor 1 and a supporting section 12b for supporting the mounting section 1b on the other end side of the compressor 1. The reference numeral 12a and the support portion 12b are provided on the one article holding portion 12 at intervals of a total of two places. Each of the mounting portions 1a and 1b of the compressor 1 is projectingly provided at a total of four locations in the circumferential direction of the compressor body, and two of the mounting portions 1a and the mounting portions 1b are fitted with the respective fitting portions 12a and the respective support portions. 12b correspond to each other. In this case, each fitting part 12a is formed in a groove shape, and restrains each mounting part 1a in the front-rear direction and the width direction of the compressor 1. Each support portion 12b is formed in a stepped shape, and restricts each mounting portion 1b only in the width direction of the compressor 1. That is, since each fitting part 12a is formed so as to fit only the mounting part 1a as a protruding part of the compressor 1, any part of the article holding part 12 including each fitting part 12a is outside. It does not protrude above or below the frame 11. Further, each article holding section 12 symmetrically positions each fitting section 12a and each support section 12b such that the left two rows of compressors 1 and the right two rows of compressors 1 are opposite to each other. Is formed. Openings 12c are provided between the respective fitting portions 12a and the respective support portions 12b and between the outer frame portions 11, whereby the packing material 10 is formed so as to form a lattice shape as a whole. . Each article holding part 12 is provided on the upper surface side and the lower surface side of the packing material 10, respectively. That is, the packing material 10 is formed symmetrically. Moreover, it may be not symmetrical but bilaterally symmetric.

When packing the compressor 1 using the packing material 10 configured as described above, a plurality of packing materials 10 are used by being stacked vertically with the compressor 1 interposed therebetween. That is, the lowermost packing material 10 is placed on the pallet 13, and a predetermined number of compressors 1 are placed on the upper surface side of the packing material 10. Next, another packing material 10 is placed on each compressor 1, and another compressor 1 is placed on the upper surface side of the packing material 10. These are stacked in a total of five stages, and only the packing material 10 is placed on each of the compressors 1 in the uppermost stage. At that time, in the compressor 1 of each stage, the upper mounting portion 1a is fitted into the lower surface side fitting portion 12a of the upper packing material 10 and the lower mounting portion 1a is fitted to the lower packing material 10 respectively. Each compressor 1 is securely held by each packing material 10 because it is fitted to the fitting portion 12a on the upper surface side. At this time, since each support part 12b restrains each mounting part 1b on the other end side of the compressor 1 only in the width direction of the compressor 1, the mounting part 1a on one end side and the mounting part 1b on the other end side It is possible to cope with other types of compressors having different intervals.
[0020]
Next, a method of transporting the compressor 1 packed using the packing material 10 will be described. For example, a case in which the compressor 1 is transported from a domestic transportation source to a delivery destination via an overseas warehouse to manufacture the compressor 1 will be described.
[0021]
First, after stacking the compressors 1 vertically using a plurality of packing materials 10 as described above, the package P is covered with the square-bottom plastic bag 14 as shown in FIG. 6, and as shown in FIG. The package P is fixed to the pallet 13 with the binding band 15 using the through hole 13a of the pallet 13, and a cap 16 as an attaching member is put on the package P as shown in FIG. The cap 16 is made of a box-shaped cardboard board or the like having an open lower surface, and is formed so as to cover only the upper part of the package P. In this case, a label 16a describing the contents of the package, the shipping source, the shipping destination, and the like is attached to the side surface of the cap 16. Further, a plurality of packages P can be stacked as shown in FIG.
[0022]
The packaged product P packed in this way is transported by sea service or the like, and is once carried into, for example, a domestic warehouse at the destination. At that time, the package P is removed from the cap 16 as shown in FIG. The pallet 17 is a so-called euro pallet (a type of standard product used in European warehouses) having a protection net 17a, and the package P is surrounded by a protection net 17a as shown in FIG. Stored in a spilled state. The cap 16 removed from the package P is stored in a warehouse until the packaging material 10 is returned from the delivery destination.
[0023]
Then, when transporting from the warehouse to the destination, the package P is taken out from the pallet 17 of the warehouse and transported to the destination by land transportation or the like. After unpacking at the delivery destination, each packing material 10 and pallet 13 are returned to the warehouse as a collection R. In the warehouse, as shown in FIG. 12, each packing material 10 is stacked on a pallet 13, and then, as shown in FIG. 13, each packing material 10 is covered with a cap 16 stored in the warehouse. In this case, the vertical dimension H1 of the cap 16 is formed so as to be substantially equal to the height dimension H2 of the stacked packing materials 10. Further, since each packing material 10 does not protrude above or below the outer frame portion 11 in any part of the article holding portion 12, the height H2 of the stacked packing materials 10 is determined by the outer frame of each packing material 10. The height dimension of the portion 11 is obtained. Then, each of the packing materials 10 is returned to the shipping source as a collected product R together with the pallet 13 and the cap 16.
[0024]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the compressor 1 is packed using the packing material 10 made of a durable member that can be used at least twice, the packing material 10 can be reused. And the disposal of the packaging material 10 after unpacking becomes unnecessary. Therefore, the burden of packing material processing at the delivery destination can be eliminated, and the resources of the packing material can be saved, which is also advantageous in environmental measures.
[0025]
Further, since fitting portions 12a capable of fitting the mounting portions 1a of the compressor 1 are provided on the upper surface and the lower surface of the packing material 10, the packing materials 10 are vertically stacked with the compressor 1 interposed therebetween. In this case, the compressor 1 above the packing material 10 and the compressor 1 below the packing material 10 can be simultaneously fitted, and the compressor 1 can be reliably held. In this case, since the packing materials 10 are formed symmetrically in the left and right direction, the packing materials 10 can be stacked in any of the left and right directions, and the workability can be improved.
[0026]
In addition, the mounting portion 1a on one end of the compressor 1 is fitted to the fitting portion 12a, and the mounting portion 1b on the other end of the compressor 1 is supported by the support portion 12b. This prevents the compressor 1 from being displaced by shocks or shocks, and can reliably prevent damage such as abrasion. In this case, since the support portion 12b restrains the compressor 1 only in the left-right direction, the support portion 12b can be used for other types of compressors in which the distance between the mounting portion 1a at one end and the mounting portion 1b at the other end is different. Therefore, even when products with different specifications are packed, the cost can be reduced by using the common packing material 10.
[0027]
In addition, since the fitting portion 12a of the packing material 10 is formed so as to fit with the protruding portion (mounting portion 1a) of the compressor 1, the fitting portion 12a does not protrude above or below the outer frame portion 11. The packing material 10 can be made thin. Therefore, when collecting the packing materials 10, the height of the stack of the plurality of packing materials 10 can be reduced, and the cost of the collected material R can be reduced by reducing the volume. Further, since a large number of openings 12c are provided in portions other than the fitting portion 12a and the support portion 12b of the packing material 10, the weight and the amount of material used of the packing material 10 can be reduced, and the transportation cost and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Reduction can also be achieved.
[0028]
Further, at the time of transportation, a box-shaped cap 16 having an open lower surface is attached to the upper portion of the package P, and at the time of collection of the package 10, the cap 16 is placed over the collection R on which the package 10 is stacked. Since the packaging material 10 is collected, it is not necessary to separately pack the packaging material 10 at the time of collection, and the packaging material 10 can be efficiently collected. Also, there is no need to dispose of the cap 16.
[0029]
14 to 16 show a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 14 is a plan view of a packing material, FIG. 15 is a bottom view thereof, and FIG. 16 is a sectional view taken along line CC of FIG. FIG. 17 is a cross-sectional view taken along line DD of FIG.
[0030]
The packing material 20 shown in the figure includes an outer frame portion 21 formed in a square shape, a plurality of upper surface side article holding portions 22 formed on the upper surface side in the outer frame portion 21, and a lower surface in the outer frame portion 21. There are a plurality of lower-side article holding portions 23 formed on the side, and each of the article holding portions 22 and 23 is provided in a total of five rows in the front-rear direction and a total of four rows in the left-right direction.
[0031]
The upper surface side article holding portion 22 includes a fitting portion 22a for fitting the mounting portion 2a on one end side of the compressor 2 and a supporting portion 22b for supporting the mounting portion 2b on the other end side of the compressor 2. The joint portion 22a and the support portion 22b are provided one by one in the article holding portion 22, respectively.
[0032]
The lower-surface-side article holding section 23 includes support sections 23a and 23b that support the mounting section 2a on one end side and the mounting section 2b on the other end side of the compressor 2, respectively. Each of the support sections 23a and 23b holds one article holding section. The parts 23 are provided one by one.
[0033]
In the compressor 2 to be packed according to the present embodiment, the mounting portions 2a and 2b are each formed in a tubular shape extending in the width direction, and a mounting bolt is inserted therein. That is, the fitting portion 22a of the upper side article holding portion 22 is formed in a groove shape extending in the width direction of the compressor 1, and restricts the mounting portion 2a in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction of the compressor 2. The support portions 22b of the upper surface side article holding portion 22 and the support portions 23a, 23b of the lower surface side article holding portion 23 have a wider width in the front-rear direction than the fitting portion 22a. It is formed so as to restrict only to The packing material 20 has a large number of concave portions 22c and 23c between the fitting portions 22a and the support portions 22b, 23a and 23b and between the outer frame portion 21 and the left and right portions, as in the above-described embodiment. It is formed symmetrically.
[0034]
Thus, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to pack when the mounting portions 2a and 2b are formed so as to extend in the width direction of the compressor 2, and to obtain the same effect as the above embodiment. Can be.
[0035]
