現在、火薬類取締法における火工品は、容器本体と蓋体とをともに木材で形成した運搬用容器に収納した状態で、倉庫での保管や使用場所への運搬に供されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような火工品の運搬用容器は、材料である木材が比較的安価で、かつ木材の持つクッション性を適度に生かせる反面、これを回収してリサイクルするには回収費や運搬費が嵩むことから、火工品を取り出した段階で容器としての使命を終えるワンウェイ品であった。さらに、このような使用は、森林伐採による自然環境の破壊につながり、また焼却場以外での安易な焼却処理も地域環境を悪化させる虞があることから、可燃廃棄物として焼却場に廃棄するか、野積みして自然に腐敗させる等の経費や時間のかかる処理を余儀なくされていた。

さらに、木製の火工品運搬用容器は耐水機能を持たないために、多湿場所での保管や、屋外に持ち出して使用した場合に、運搬用容器自体はもとより内部の火工品に錆を生じたり、ぬかるみの泥土が侵入して火工品を汚損するという不具合を招く。また、空箱の状態では、スタッキングは可能であるがネスティングによる減容ができず、多大な保管スペースを要するものとなっていた。

この対策として、容器本体と蓋体とを金属や合成樹脂で形成して、これらの間をシール材で防水・防塵する方法が考えられるが、この場合には、運搬用容器を落下するなどして過大な衝撃力が加わった場合に、容器本体や蓋体に変形を与えてシール性を損なう虞がある。

また、容器本体の側壁を底壁側へ向けてテーパ状に絞った下窄まりの形状とすることによってネスティングが可能となるが、この場合には、内外に容器本体同士が貼り付くように密着して分解作業を困難にする虞がある。さらに、運搬用容器をスタッキングした場合には、下段の運搬用容器のシールパッキンに多大な重量がかかることとなる。例えば、火工品を収容した運搬用容器を凡そ4mの高さまでスタッキングした場合に、運搬用容器1個の重さを50kgとすると、最下段の運搬用容器には凡そ1tもの重量が加わることとなり、シールパッキンの損傷は免れない。

本発明は、かかる実情を背景にしてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、容器本体と蓋体とを金属や合成樹脂等の耐久性材料で形成しながらも、耐久性材料を用いたことによる上述の不具合を解消することのできる運搬用容器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述の目的を達成するため、本発明の運搬用容器は、相対向する4つの側壁を底壁側へ向けてテーパ状に絞った容器本体と、該容器本体の上部開口縁にシールパッキンを介して液密に被着される蓋体とを金属や合成樹脂で形成したネスティングとスタッキングとが可能な運搬用容器であって、前記容器本体の上部開口縁の外側に、該上部開口縁を被う前記蓋体を離間して囲うリムを付設したことを特徴としている。上記リムは、容器本体の上部開口縁の外側を全周に連続または断続して囲い、容器本体の上部周辺を補強するとともに、上部開口縁に被着した蓋体を外力からガードして、運搬用容器のシール性を良好に保持する。

容器本体には、上部開口縁に被着された蓋体の沈み込み量を規制するストッパを設けることができる。このストッパは、容器本体をスタッキングした際に、上段の容器本体の荷重を支承し、下段のシールパッキンが過大な荷重によって傷んだり永久変形するのを防止するので、下段の運搬用容器のシール性能が良好に保たれる。容器本体には、ネスティングした際の容器本体同士を離間して収容する保持手段を設けることができる。したがって、ネスティングした容器本体同士が貼り付かないので、分解を簡便に行うことができる。

以下本発明を、火薬類取締法における火工品の収納に好適な運搬用容器に適用した形態例を図面に基づいて説明する。

前記蓋体ロック手段5は、先端を蓋体3の外周縁3aと同じ略半円弧状に折曲した掛止め部5aと、該掛止め部5aに支軸を用いて回動可能に連結される操作レバー5bとを備えており、操作レバー5bを回動操作することによって、掛止め部5aを蓋体3の外周縁3aに係脱するようになっている。また、取っ手環4と蓋体ロック手段5とは、いずれもリム2fの短側壁外側部分よりも内側である凹部8の内部に位置するように設れられており、複数の運搬用容器1を横並びにした際に、取っ手環4と蓋体ロック手段5とが運搬用容器1の外側へ突出しないようになっている。

以上のように、本形態例の運搬用容器1は、容器本体2と蓋体3とを金属材で形成し、これらの間をシールパッキン6で液密にシールするので、通い箱として繰り返して使用することが可能となる。また、耐候性,防錆性,防水・防塵性が格段に向上するので、保管場所や使用場所の条件や天候にかかわらず用いることができる。さらに、木材の場合のような森林伐採による自然環境の破壊や焼却等による廃棄問題がなくなる。また、容器本体2に金属材を採用したことにより、容器本体2を下窄まりに形成して、複数の容器本体2をネスティングして減容を図ることが可能となり、保管スペースも少なくて済む。
