Description

【0001】

Most of the sealing material 89 made of a soft material such as rubber, which is an example, is fitted.
In recent years, as shown in FIG. 10, on the indoor 81 side of the glass plate 87, on the glass finding surface 90 inside the inner peripheral end of the sealing material 89 for crime prevention against a person who illegally enters the house 80 such as a thief. For reinforcement, a flexible plastic film 91 (shown by oblique lines) is attached. Therefore, even if a large external force 92 acts on the glass plate 87 from the outside 82 due to an explosion, a hammer, or the like, the glass plate 87 is hardly damaged because the film 91 is attached, and even if the glass plate 87 is broken. Also, as shown in FIG. 9, it is possible to prevent the glass pieces 93 from scattering, thereby exhibiting an effect like bulletproof glass.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional glass window 83 has the following problems to be solved.
As shown in FIG. 10, a ball or the like collides with the outdoor surface 93 of the glass plate 87, or a portion a (a position corresponding to the outer edge of the film 91) of the glass plate 87 is cut with a screwdriver or a glass cutter. In this case, since the film 91 is not attached to the portion of the seal material 89 into which the glass plate 87 enters from the portion a, the reinforcing effect of the integrated film 91 and the glass plate 87 is not exhibited. There was a problem that the glass plate 87 was sheared at the portion a by the sealing material 89 and the aluminum frame 84 by the edge shear force generated at the portion a.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention.
Here, FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a glass plate reinforcing structure of a glass window according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a diagram of a glass plate reinforcing structure of a glass window according to a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of a glass plate reinforcing structure of a glass window according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a diagram of a glass plate reinforcing structure of a glass window according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram of a glass plate reinforcing structure of a glass window according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a glass plate reinforcing structure of a glass window according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is an explanatory view of a glass plate reinforcing structure of a glass window according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a glass plate reinforcing structure of a glass window according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention. FIG.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, a glass plate reinforcing structure 10 for a glass window according to a first embodiment of the present invention is a glass having a rectangular glass plate 11 and a window frame 17 having a fitting portion 16. A flexible plastic first film 13 applied to the window 18 and affixed to the entire indoor surface 12 of the glass plate 11, and a peripheral portion 14 of the glass plate 11 to which the first film 13 is affixed And a dismountable glass receiving material 15 into which the glass receiving member 15 is fitted. The glass receiving material 15 is fitted in the fitting portion 16. Hereinafter, these will be described in detail.
[0013]
The window frame 17 of the glass window 18 is detachably provided on a vertical wall, a door, or the like of the building, as in the case shown in FIG. The window frame 17 is composed of an upper frame, a lower frame, and right and left standing frames that vertically connect the respective ends of the upper frame and the lower frame. Made of alloy. A fitting portion 16 having a concave cross section is formed on the inner peripheral side of the window frame 17.
The glass plate 11 is formed in a rectangular shape, and the thickness G is about 3 to 7 mm.
A first film 13 is adhered to the entire surface of the indoor surface 12 of the glass plate 11, and the thickness F of the first film 13 is about 0.1 to 0.4 mm. The first film 13 has a structure in which, for example, a plurality of transparent polyester films are laminated using an adhesive, and the surface of the first film 13 is subjected to surface processing for preventing scratches.
[0014]
A glass receiving material 15 made of a soft material such as rubber is fitted into the fitting portion 16 of the window frame 17, and the glass receiving material 15 has four sides of the glass plate 11 to which the first film 13 is attached. A fitting portion 19 having a concave cross section in which the peripheral portion 14 is fitted is formed. The inner portion of the glass receiving member 15 is provided so as to protrude inside (the center side of the glass plate 11) from the inner portion of the window frame 17.
With this configuration, even when a ball or the like collides with the outdoor surface 12a of the glass plate 11, the first film 13 is attached to the entire surface of the indoor surface 12 of the glass plate 11, and as a result, the shearing force is reduced. Since the load can be borne by the glass plate 11 and the first film 13 and the shear stress generated in the glass plate 11 can be reduced, there is no possibility that the glass plate 11 is sheared. Incidentally, as a result of a comparative experiment in which uniform glass is broken by a large hammer, in the case of the glass plate reinforcing structure of the conventional glass window shown in FIG. 10, the glass plate 87 on which the film 91 is stuck by a large hammer blow. And the aluminum frame 84 were sheared, but in the case of the glass plate reinforcing structure 10 for a glass window of the present embodiment, no shearing occurred even if the same impact was repeated three times.
