本発明は相乗的効果を有する2種の有効成分を含有する農園芸用殺菌剤組成物に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より農園芸分野において数多くの殺菌剤が用いられているが、防除すべき病害の種類は非常に多く、また農業形態の変化による新たな病害も出現しており、高活性で広い殺菌スペクトルを有する殺菌剤組成物が求められている。
本発明の有効成分の1つである(Z)−N−[α−(シクロプロピルメトキシイミノ)−2,3−ジフルオロ−6−(トリフルオロメチル)ベンジル]−2−フェニルアセトアミドは、国際公開WO96/19442号公報に農園芸用殺菌剤として有用であることが記載されている。また、この化合物がアゾキシストロビンを始めとするストロビルリン系剤と同時に使用することにより相乗的に殺菌効果を示すことも、国際公開WO97/46097号公報に記載されている。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、(Z)−N−[α−(シクロプロピルメトキシイミノ)−2,3−ジフルオロ−6−(トリフルオロメチル)ベンジル]−2−フェニルアセトアミド(以下シフルフェナミドと記す)とストロビルリン系剤とを有効成分として含有する農園芸用殺菌剤組成物において、両剤の相乗的殺菌活性を効果的に発揮させうる殺菌剤組成物を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、第1に、(1)農薬活性成分として、シフルフェナミドを0.1〜30重量%、アゾキシストロビン、クレソキシム−メチルおよびトリフロキシストロビンから選ばれる一種または2種以上を0.1〜30重量%、(2)乳化剤、および乳化安定剤を1〜30重量%、(3)有機溶媒を20〜80重量%、含有することを特徴とする乳剤組成物(emulsifiable concentrate)であり、
第2に、(1)農薬活性成分として、シフルフェナミドを0.1〜20重量%、アゾキシストロビン、クレソキシム−メチルおよびトリフロキシストロビンから選ばれる一種または2種以上を0.1〜20重量%、(2)乳化剤、および乳化安定剤を1〜30重量%、(3)有機溶媒を5〜60重量%、(4)水を20〜80重量%、含有することを特徴とする乳液剤組成物(emulsion, oil in water)であり、
第3に、(1)農薬活性成分として、シフルフェナミドを0.1〜20重量%、アゾキシストロビン、クレソキシム−メチルおよびトリフロキシストロビンから選ばれる一種または2種以上を0.1〜50重量%、(2)乳化剤、および乳化安定剤を1〜30重量%、(3)有機溶媒を5〜60重量%、(4)濡れ剤、分散剤を0.6〜30重量%、(5)水を20〜80重量%、含有し、固体懸濁成分の平均粒径が5ミクロン未満であることを特徴とする乳化懸濁剤組成物(suspoemulsion)であり、
第4に、(1)農薬活性成分として、シフルフェナミドを0.1〜40重量%、アゾキシストロビン、クレソキシム−メチルおよびトリフロキシストロビンから選ばれる一種または2種以上を0.1〜50重量%、(2)濡れ剤、および分散剤を0.6〜30重量%、(3)水を20〜80重量%、含有し、固体懸濁成分の平均粒径が5ミクロン未満であることを特徴とする水和懸濁剤組成物(suspension concentrate)であり、
第5に、(1)農薬活性成分として、シフルフェナミドを0.1〜50重量%、アゾキシストロビン、クレソキシム−メチルおよびトリフロキシストロビンから選ばれる一種または2種以上を0.1〜60重量%、(2)濡れ剤、および分散剤を0.6〜30重量%、(3)増量剤を20〜80重量%、含有し、混合物を10ミクロン未満まで粉砕して製造したものであることを特徴とする水和剤組成物(wettable powder)であり、
第6に、(1)農薬活性成分として、シフルフェナミドを0.1〜50重量%、アゾキシストロビン、クレソキシム−メチルおよびトリフロキシストロビンから選ばれる一種または2種以上を0.1〜60重量%、(2)濡れ剤、および分散剤を0.6〜30重量%、(3)増量剤を20〜80重量%、含有し、混合物を10ミクロン未満まで粉砕して製造したものであることを特徴とする顆粒状水和剤組成物(water dispersible granule)であり、

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、シフルフェナミドと、アゾキシストロビン、クレソキシム−メチルおよびトリフロキシストロビンから選ばれる一種または二種以上の化合物と、剤型に応じて選択される各種の補助剤からなる殺菌剤組成物である。

シフルフェナミドとストロビルリン系化合物は、それらの相乗効果を発揮させるために、重量比で、1:50乃至10:1、好ましくは1:20乃至2:1の範囲で組成物中に含有させる。

本発明組成物においては、乳剤、乳液剤、乳化懸濁剤では乳化剤、乳化安定剤として、水和懸濁剤、水和剤、顆粒水和剤では、濡れ剤、分散剤として界面活性剤が用いられる。

乳化剤、乳化安定剤として用いられるものとしては、主に非イオン界面活性剤である脂肪族または脂環式アルコール、または飽和または不飽和脂肪酸、アルキルフェノールおよびスチレン化フェノールのポリグリコールエーテル誘導体であり、該誘導体は3ないし30個のグリコールエーテル基、(脂肪族)炭化水素基に8ないし20個の炭素原子、そしてアルキルフェノールのアルキル基に6ないし18個の炭素原子、スチレン化フェノールでは1ないし3個の置換スチリル基を含む。他の適当な非イオン界面活性剤は、20ないし250個のエチレングリコールエーテル基および10ないし100個のプロピレングリコールエーテル基をコポリマーとして含む通称プルロニック/テトラニックタイプの高分子界面活性剤や、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンの脂肪酸エステル、例えばポリオキシエチレンソルビタントリオレートもまた適当である。

更に乳化安定化剤として、アニオン界面活性剤である脂肪族スルホン酸、脂肪族硫酸、脂肪族スルホコハク酸、アルキルアリールスルホン酸、アルキルアリール硫酸のエステルや、スチレン化フェノールのポリグリコールエーテル誘導体の硫酸または燐酸エステルとそのアルカリ中和物を含んでも良い。

水和懸濁剤、水和剤、顆粒水和剤において、濡れ剤、分散剤として用いられる界面活性剤として、非イオン界面活性剤としては、スチレン化フェノールのポリグリコールエーテル誘導体、プルロニック/テトラニックタイプの高分子界面活性剤、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンの脂肪酸エステル例えばポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノオレートが挙げられる。

しかし、主として用いられる界面活性剤は、アニオン界面活性剤の石鹸と合成界面活性化合物である。適当な石鹸は高級脂肪酸(C10〜C22)のアルカリ金属塩、アルカリ土類金属塩、またはアンモニウム塩、例えばココナッツ油または獣脂から得られる天然脂肪酸混合物のナトリウムまたはカリウム塩である。

水和剤、顆粒状水和剤、粉剤に用いられる増量剤としては、例えば、塩化カリウム、炭酸カリウム、リン酸塩、リン酸水素塩、硫酸アンモニウム、尿素などの無機塩、タルク、珪藻土,パイロフィライト系、あるいはカオリナイト系クレー等の天然鉱物粉、ゼオライト、酸化珪素等の吸油性の高い無機合成増量剤を挙げることができる。また、蔗糖、乳糖等の糖類、澱粉、デキストリン、セルロース、穀物粉、木挽き粉等の有機物も増量剤として挙げることができ、これら1種または2種以上の混合物でも使用することができる。
粒剤のための適当な粒状化吸収性担体は多孔性型のもので、例えば軽石、破砕レンガ、セピオライトまたはベントナイトであり、そして適当な非吸収性担体材料は方解石または砂である。更に非常に多くの粒状化した無機質および有機質の材料が使用し得る。

本発明の製剤には、寒冷地仕様として溶剤の一部に、凍結防止剤を添加することもできる。凍結防止剤として、例えば、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、グリセリン等が挙げられ、これらの1種または2種以上の混合物でも使用することができる。
