Description
【0001】

【0021】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a detergent composition, which relates to a detergent composition which is less irritating to the skin and the like, has excellent low-temperature stability and foaming properties, and has a good feeling in use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Phosphate ester surfactants are less irritating to the skin and hair than soaps, alkyl ether sulfates, alkyl sulfates and the like, and are widely applied as components of skin cleansing agents. Due to its characteristics, it is applied to a wide range of mixed systems with other anionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants.
By the way, in general, a phosphate ester-based surfactant is obtained as a mixture of a monoester and a diester, and the alkylphosphate ester contains a mixture of dialkylphosphoric acid having poor water solubility and poor foaming power. When this is used alone as the main component of the detergent, there is generally a problem in foaming power, low-temperature stability, and the like. Therefore, a method of further adding a surfactant as an auxiliary agent has been proposed.
The method using hydroxysulfobetaine having a specific structure as an auxiliary agent (for example, see Patent Document 1) is a relatively excellent method in terms of enhancing foaming power and improving low-temperature stability. I did not satisfy both feelings at the same time.
A method using an alkyl saccharide-based surfactant as an auxiliary agent (for example, see Patent Document 2) is excellent in detergency and foaming power and is low-irritating, but simultaneously has both low-temperature stability and usability. I was not satisfied.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have found that a detergent composition using a phosphate ester-based surfactant, combined with a specific sulfobetaine and an alkyl saccharide-based surfactant, is less irritating to the skin and is stable at a low temperature. It has been found that a detergent composition which is excellent in foaming properties and foaming properties and has a good feeling upon use can be obtained.

[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the phosphoric acid ester represented by the general formulas (1) and (2) of the component (A) which is a low-irritant base used in the present invention, R 1 , R 2 and R 3 have 10 to 16 carbon atoms. It is particularly preferably an alkyl group of 12 to 14, and X 1 , X 2 and Y are preferably an alkali metal atom such as potassium or sodium or triethanolamine, and particularly preferably potassium from the viewpoint of solubility in water. The average number of added moles of ethylene oxide, k, m and n, is preferably 0 to 4 mol, particularly preferably 0 to 2 mol, from the viewpoint of foaming power.
[0014]
The content ratio of the alkyl phosphate monoester (a 1 ) and the alkyl phosphate diester (a 2 ) in the component (A) is determined based on the weight ratio (a) from the viewpoint that the viscosity does not increase during the production and the compounding is easy. 1 ) / (a 2 ) = 90/10 to 50/50 is preferable, and 90/10 to 60/40 is particularly preferable. When the content of the alkyl phosphoric acid monoester (a 1 ) is low, the foaming property is poor.
[0015]
From the viewpoints of foaming, detergency and ease of blending, the amount of the phosphate ester surfactant of the component (A) is preferably 5 to 40% by weight of the detergent composition of the present invention, and 8 to 30% by weight. % Is particularly preferred.
[0016]
In the sulfobetaine represented by the general formula (3) of the component (B), R 4 is preferably an alkyl group of 8 to 18, R 5 is preferably a hydrogen atom or an ethyl group, and R 6 and R 7 are methyl groups. Or, an ethyl group is preferable, p is a number of 0 to 1, q is a number of 0 to 4, and Z is preferably a hydroxyl group.
Preferred examples of the sulfobetaine of the component (B) include alkylaminopropylsulfobetaine, alkylhydroxysulfobetaine, and amidohydroxysulfobetaine, and particularly, lauryldimethylhydroxysulfobetaine, myristyldimethylhydroxysulfobetaine, and N, N-dimethyl. Amidopropyl-2-hydroxysulfobetaine laurate, N, N-dimethyl coconut oil fatty acid amidopropyl-2-hydroxysulfobetaine, among which R 6 and R 7 are methyl groups, and R 4 is a lauryl group or Most preferred are those that are myristyl groups, ie, lauryl dimethylhydroxysulfobetaine and myristyldimethylhydroxysulfobetaine.
[0017]
Component (B) has the effect of maintaining low-temperature stability and improving foaming power.
The content of the component (B) is preferably from 0.1 to 20% by weight, particularly preferably from 2 to 15% by weight, of the cleaning composition of the present invention, from the viewpoint of improving foaming properties and low-temperature stability.
[0018]
In the alkyl saccharide-based surfactant represented by the general formula (4) of the component (C), R 8 is preferably a linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl group having 10 to 14 carbon atoms. , Glucose, galactose and fructose are preferred, and glucose is particularly preferred.
The average degree of sugar polymerization t is preferably from 1 to 4. Such an average saccharide polymerization degree t is desirably selected in consideration of physical properties derived from the alkyl or alkenyl group R 8, for example, when R 8 is an alkyl group having 8 to 11 carbon atoms, t is 1 to 1 When R 8 is an alkyl group having 12 to 14 carbon atoms, t is preferably selected from 1.2 to 2.0. When R 8 is an alkyl group having 8 to 14 carbon atoms, t is more preferably selected from 1.2 to 1.4.
[0019]
Component (C) has the effect of improving foaming properties in high hardness hard water.
The content of the component (C) is preferably from 0.1 to 20% by weight, particularly preferably from 2 to 15% by weight, of the detergent composition of the present invention.
[0020]
The ratio of the total content of the components (B) and (C) to the content of the component (A) is (A) / [(B) + in terms of weight ratio from the viewpoint of low-temperature stability and improvement in foaming power. (C)] = 99/1 to 40/60, particularly preferably 95/5 to 70/30. The proportion of (B) and (C) in terms of weight ratio is (B) / (C) = 99/1 to 40/60, particularly 95/5 to 50, from the viewpoint of improvement in low-temperature stability and feeling during use. / 50 is preferable.
[0021]
By using the components (A), (B) and (C) in combination, the foaming property which is a drawback of the phosphate ester-based surfactant is maintained while maintaining the low irritation inherent to the phosphate ester-based surfactant. Be improved. Further, further improvement in low-temperature stability is recognized, and the feeling in use is good.
[0022]
The cleaning composition of the present invention may further contain a pigment, a fragrance, a bactericide, an anti-inflammatory agent, a chelating agent, a foaming agent, a thickener, a viscosity modifier, a pearlizing agent, a preservative, a wetting agent, depending on the purpose of use. Agents, pH adjusters, other surfactants, and the like can be blended within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention.
[0023]
There is no particular limitation on the dosage form of the detergent composition of the present invention, and various dosage forms known in the art, such as liquid shampoo, creamy face wash, body shampoo and the like, can be used.
[0024]
The method for producing the cleaning composition of the present invention comprises, for example, the following steps.
1) preparing a mixture containing components (A), (B) and (C),
2) The mixture is then packed into containers.
When the components (A), (B) and (C) are mixed, their order does not matter and they may be simultaneous. Since an increase in viscosity is observed when the component (A) is blended, it is preferable to heat and stir at 40 to 80 ° C.
[0025]
The weight ratio of the alkyl phosphate monoester (a 1 ) to the alkyl phosphate diester (a 2 ) in the component (A) is (a 1 ) / (a 2 ) = 90/10 to 50/50, particularly 90 / When the ratio is 10 to 60/40, the mixture can be produced at 10,000 mPa · s or less without a sudden increase in viscosity during mixing, and when the ratio is 85/15 to 65/35, the dissolution time during compounding is short. This is preferable because deterioration of the odor and color of the raw material used due to heat can be suppressed.
