Description

【0001】

These are configured such that the liquid in the container body mounted by pushing is ejected from the ejection port through the stem, and in a general press head, a vertical cylinder to be fitted to the stem and a base end on the upper part of the vertical cylinder And a horizontal cylinder communicating with the ejection port at the tip. Further, there has been proposed an improvement of such a simple configuration, which is provided with a valve member urged by an elastic body so as to close the ejection port, so that the ejection port is opened when pressed down. (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-155254).
[0003]
This press head is used by being fitted to the stem of a pump, and a horizontal cylinder that communicates with the inside of the stem at the upper end of the mounting cylinder fitted to the stem in the top cylindrical cover having an open lower end. And a valve member urged forward by a coil spring is disposed in the horizontal cylinder, and the distal end of the valve member is pressed against and closed by an ejection port opened on the front surface of the peripheral wall. In addition, a tongue piece is formed so as to be capable of elastically swinging at a rear upper portion of the skirt portion which is vertically provided concentrically with the peripheral wall from the back surface of the top wall while holding a valve member rear end portion projecting from the horizontal cylinder rear portion. The tongue has a projection protruding below the inner surface. Then, when the head is pushed down, the protrusion comes into contact with the upper surface of the rear peripheral portion of the pump, and the upper portion of the tongue piece is elastically inclined and deformed rearward, whereby the valve member moves rearward, and the ejection opening is opened. It is configured so that
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional head described above, since the ejection port is always closed when not in use, there is no inconvenience that the stored liquid inside the head is solidified. However, when the liquid is ejected, the head must be pressed down harder. , Tends to be difficult to push down. In addition, since the operation of the valve member is constituted by the tongue piece provided on the head and a part of the pump as described above, the form of the head itself and the pump to be mounted is significantly limited, and the versatility is poor. is there.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described points, and can always stably eject a liquid, has a good drainage, is excellent in sealing property of an ejection port, and can easily press down a head. It can be used for any pump, and can stably eject the liquid sufficiently for long-term use. Furthermore, the number of members is reduced as much as possible. As a result, manufacturing is easy and cost can be reduced. We propose an ejection head for a pump that can perform stable up and down movement and more reliably prevent rattling and blurring.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
The press head 1 of the present invention is used by fitting it to the upper end of the stem 2 of the pump. The form of the pump to be attached can be adopted as long as the liquid in the pump is ejected from the stem by pushing down the stem, and for example, a pump having a general pump structure including a cylinder and a piston, Alternatively, an aerosol type or the like can be adopted.
[0010]
The pressing head 1 according to the present invention includes a mounting cylinder member 3, a main body 4, an ejection port member 5, a valve member 6, and a lever member 7.
[0011]
The mounting cylinder member 3 has a mounting cylinder 8 fitted to the upper end of the outer periphery of the stem 2 suspended from the back surface of the top plate 9, and a sliding cylinder 10 communicating with the inside of the stem 2 is erected at the center of the top plate 9. I have. Further, a guide tube 11 is provided downward from the peripheral edge of the top plate 9. Further, locking plates 12 extending vertically on both sides of the top plate 9 are extended. The locking plate 12 is provided for the purpose of preventing wobble of the main body 4 and the like. In the illustrated example, the locking plate 12 is formed as a part of the guide cylinder 11 below the top plate 9 and has two outer tubes. The engagement groove 13 is provided vertically.
[0012]
The main body 4 is connected to the stem 2 so as to be able to be pushed down through the mounting tubular member 3, and has a cover portion 14 having a top-end cylindrical shape having a lower end opening extending from the upper edge of the peripheral wall 14 a to the top wall 14 b, A horizontal cylinder 15 having a front end opened at the front of the peripheral wall 14a is protruded rearward, and a cylinder 16 is suspended from the lower surface of the horizontal cylinder 15 so that the cylinder 16 can slide down on the sliding cylinder 10. Are fitted and mounted.
[0013]
The horizontal cylinder 15 has a space on both sides and a rear portion in which the upper portion of the lever member 7 and the locking plate 12 can be stored, and a window hole 17 is formed in the center of the rear wall 15a, and the surrounding rear wall 15a is provided. A seal cylinder 18 projects from the front to the front, and a communication port 19 communicating with the inside of the cylinder 16 is provided below.
[0014]
In addition, both sides of the inner surface of the peripheral wall 14a are engaged with the outer surface of the locking plate 12 so as to be non-rotatable and vertically movable. Various structures can be adopted for the engagement between the peripheral wall 14a and the locking plate 12 as long as the above conditions are satisfied. In the illustrated example, the engagement concave grooves 13 on the outer surface of the locking plate 12 are provided on both sides of the peripheral wall 14a. Each pair of engaging projections 20 to be engaged is vertically provided.
[0015]
The jet port member 5 is fitted to the horizontal cylinder 15 to open the jet port 21 at the tip. The rear section is liquid-tightly fitted to the front inside the horizontal cylinder 15 and the front section is tapered. It has a diameter and an opening 21 at its tip. Further, an annular projection 22 projecting from the outer surface is abutted and locked on the front surface of the main body 4, and a plurality of circumferential ribs 23 project inside.
[0016]
The valve member 6 has a rear outer periphery slidably fitted to the inner periphery of the seal cylinder 18 and closes the outlet 21 in a forward biased state to define a flow path from the communication port 19 to the outlet 21. Has formed.
[0017]
In the illustrated example, the skirt 24 is formed to extend rearward from the middle portion in the front-rear direction of the outer periphery in the shape of a horizontal bar, and the outer periphery of the inverted skirt 25 that is folded back from the rear edge of the skirt 24 is placed inside the seal tube 18. It is slidably fitted around the circumference. Further, a coil spring 26 interposed between the front surface of the rear wall 15a of the horizontal cylinder 15 and the branch portion of the skirt portion 24 urges forward to close the tip by pressing the tip against the jet port 21. The rear end protrudes from the window hole 17, and an annular concave portion 27 for lever member engagement is formed in the protruding portion. Thus, a liquid flow path from the inside of the cylinder 16 to the ejection port 21 through the inside of the horizontal cylinder 15 through the communication port 19 is defined.
[0018]
The lever member 7 has an upper end linked to the rear end of the valve member 6 protruding rearward through the window hole 17, and has a lower end abuttingly engaged with the upper surface of the top plate 9. The valve member is pivotably pivoted so as to pull the valve member backward when the main body is pressed against the member.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 4, the lever member 7 in the illustrated example has a bifurcated inclined plate 29 extending forward from a lower end of a vertical plate 28 linked to a rear end of the valve member 6 at an upper end. The lower end of each inclined plate portion 29 is abutted and locked on the upper surface of the top plate 9 on both sides of the sliding cylinder 10. In the linkage between the lever member 7 and the valve member 6 in the present embodiment, the annular concave portion 27 of the valve member 6 is fitted into a cutout portion 30 provided at the center of the upper end of the vertical plate portion 28. More specifically, a rectangular concave portion 31 as viewed from the front is provided at the upper end of the rear surface of the vertical plate portion 28, and a cutout portion 30 communicating with the concave portion 31 is formed.
[0020]
Further, pivot shafts 32 projecting from both sides of the bending portion are rotatably fitted to bearings 33 on both sides, respectively. The bearing 33 in the present embodiment is a pair of bearings that are vertically suspended at a predetermined interval from the rear portion of the lower surface of the mounting plate 34 fitted directly below the horizontal cylinder 15, and each of the bearings 33 has a tapered shape that is wider than the lower end of the inner surface. The bearing recess is recessed through the recess. The mounting plate 34 includes a fitting hole into which the cylinder 16 is fitted, and a window hole through which the vertical plate portion 28 of the lever member 7 is swingably inserted. The upper surface of the mounting plate 34 is locked by a plurality of locking protrusions 36 provided on the inner peripheral wall 14a of the main body peripheral wall 14a at circumferential intervals with a plurality of protrusions. The bearing is not limited to the one provided separately from the main body as in the present embodiment, but may be a bearing provided integrally with the main body (not shown). The point is that the lever member 7 is brought into the above-described state. Anything can be used as long as it is pivotally attached.
[0021]
Further, the linked portion above the vertical plate portion 28 is constantly urged forward by the valve member 6 urged forward by the coil spring 26. When the main body 4 is pushed down, the top plate 9 of the mounting tubular member 3 is inclined. 29, the lever member 7 is rotated, and the valve member 6 is pulled rearward against the forward biasing force of the coil spring 26.
[0022]
According to the present invention, in such a pressing head, the pressing resistance of the main body 4 against the stem 2 is configured to be smaller than the pressing resistance of the stem itself. In order to configure in this manner, basically, if the elastic force of the elastic material for urging the valve member 6 forward is selected to be smaller than that of the elastic material for urging the stem of the pump to be mounted upward. These may be selected in consideration of the frictional force between the sliding cylinder and the cylinder, the frictional force when the lever member swings, and the like.
[0023]
In the pressing head 1 configured as described above, when the cover portion 14 is pressed down from the state of FIG. 1, since the pressing resistance of the stem 2 itself is larger than the pressing resistance of the main body 4 against the stem 2, the stem 2 does not lower at first. The main body 4 moves down with respect to the mounting cylinder member 3. At this time, the lower end of the lever member 7 is pushed up on the upper surface of the top plate 9 of the mounting tubular member 3 and pivots about the pivot shaft 32, and the upper end pivots rearward to move the valve member 6 to the coil spring 26. Is moved rearward against the resilience of the nozzle, and the spout 21 is opened. Next, the stem 2 is lowered, and the liquid in the pump is ejected from the stem 2 through the cylinder 16 through the communication port 19 to the outside through the outlet 21 through the flow path by the descending of the stem.
[0024]
Next, when the pressing of the cover portion 14 is released, the head is first raised by the upward biasing force of the stem. At this time, for example, the stem is raised before the hand pressing the upper surface of the cover portion 14 is released, and the ejection port 21 is kept open. Therefore, at this point, the inside of the horizontal cylinder 15 is in a negative pressure state. Next, there is room to release the hand, and the valve member 6 moves forward by the elastic force of the coil spring 26 to close the ejection port 21, so that the main body 4 is moved upward with respect to the mounting cylinder member 3 by the lever member 7. To return to the original state.
[0025]
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention. The pressing head 1 in this embodiment is an example in which the seal cylinder 18 is formed integrally with the ejection port member 5 in the embodiment of FIG. In the present embodiment, the spout member 5A is fitted into the horizontal tube 15 to form a seal portion 37 on the inner surface of the rear portion. A plurality of communication holes 38 are formed in each direction.
[0026]
In the illustrated example, the outer periphery of the front part is formed in the large outer diameter part 39 fitted to the inner surface of the tip of the horizontal cylinder 15, and the outer periphery behind it is formed in the small outer diameter part 40, and the tip part is tapered. A cylindrical outlet member 5A having a diameter and an opening at the end thereof is provided at the end thereof, and the large outer diameter portion 39 is fitted to the end of the inner surface of the horizontal tube 15 in a liquid-tight manner. The rear end portion is fitted to the outer surface of the fitting tube 41 which is protruded, and is mounted on the main body 4. Further, a rib 23 and an annular projection 22 similar to those in the embodiment of FIG. 1 are provided.
[0027]
The valve member 6 has a rod-like shape, and has a reverse skirt portion 25a protruding forward from a middle portion in the front-rear direction of the outer periphery to fit the seal portion 37 in a liquid-tight slidable manner. A coil spring 26 is interposed between the horizontal cylinder rear wall 15a and the horizontal cylinder rear wall 15a to urge the cylinder forward. The communication port 19 communicates with the inside of the cylinder 16, passes through the gap between the horizontal cylinder 15 and the ejection port member 5, and communicates with the ejection port 21 via the communication hole 38. The other configuration is the same as that of the embodiment of FIG. 1 and the operation is the same, so that the description is omitted.
[0028]
The above members are mainly formed of a synthetic resin unless otherwise specified, and may be formed by using a metal, an elastomer, and the like as needed.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the press head according to the present invention has good liquid shortage after liquid ejection, prevents inadvertent ejection of liquid at the time of ejection, has no risk of liquid clogging and solidification in the head, and has an ejection port. Despite being closed, it can be easily pushed down and ejected without hardening down. Further, since it can be used without being influenced by the form of the pump and the like, it has excellent versatility and can be applied to many types of pumps. Furthermore, since the valve member is opened and closed by the lever member, the durability is excellent and the operation can be constantly performed for a long period of time.
[0030]
In addition, the number of members can be reduced as much as possible, which has the advantage of cost reduction, and also has the advantage of simplifying assembly. Further, since the engagement plate vertically provided in the space on both sides of the horizontal cylinder and the peripheral wall are engaged so as to be non-rotatable and vertically movable, a sufficient length of engagement width can be obtained, and On the other hand, the ejection head can be moved up and down stably to prevent inconveniences such as rattling and shaking of the ejection head. As a result, the cylinder and the sliding cylinder can operate smoothly, and as a result, the installed pump can be smoothly operated. Operation can be performed.
