Description

【0001】

Japanese Patent No. 3233900 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional stick-shaped cosmetic feeding container, when an external impact or an unreasonable bending load is applied, such as when accidentally dropped or crushed while being put in a handbag, etc. It has been pointed out that cosmetics may be broken.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention provides a cosmetic dispensing container having a mechanism capable of preventing breakage of a rod-shaped cosmetic material as much as possible, and incorporating the mechanism easily, and an assembling method suitable for the cosmetic dispensing container. The task is to provide.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The cosmetic dispensing container according to the present invention is a cosmetic dispensing container in which a core chuck for gripping a rod-shaped cosmetic is built in such that it can be driven forward and backward, and the cylindrical cosmetic dispensing opening is opened at the tip. The taper container, the container body is composed of a cylindrical or bottomed cylindrical cover container that is rotatably mounted on the taper container so as to cover the base end side of the taper container, the core chuck, A chuck portion for gripping the base end portion of the rod-shaped cosmetic material and an engaging portion which is engaged with an advance / retreat drive mechanism formed on the container body and is advanced / retracted via a flexible small-diameter connection portion. The tapered container is characterized in that an opening is formed in the peripheral surface on the base end side of the tapered container so that the core chuck can be inserted from the radial direction.
[0007]
In the cosmetic dispensing container according to the present invention, when an external impact or a bending load is applied due to a drop or the like, the lead chuck is bent by the flexible small-diameter connecting portion to absorb the bending load. For this reason, an excessive bending load does not act on the rod-shaped cosmetic material gripped by the chuck portion of the core chuck, and the rod-shaped cosmetic material is prevented from being broken. Further, in manufacturing the cosmetic dispensing container, the core chuck can be easily incorporated into the tapered container through the opening formed on the peripheral surface of the tapered container. In this cosmetic dispensing container, the opening of the tapered container is covered with the cover container, so that a good appearance can be obtained.
[0008]
Further, in the cosmetic dispensing container of the present invention, between the engaging portion of the core chuck and the tapered container, a rotation stopping mechanism and an advancing / retreating guide mechanism of the engaging portion are formed, and the space between the engaging portion and the cover container is formed. , A screw mechanism for driving the engaging portion forward and backward can be configured. In this cosmetic dispensing container, when the taper container and the cover container are relatively rotated, the engaging portion of the core chuck is relatively rotated with respect to the cover container by the rotation stopping mechanism between the taper container and the taper container. The engaging portion of the core chuck is driven forward and backward along the axis of the tapered container by a screw mechanism between the core container and a guide mechanism for moving forward and backward between the tapered container. As a result, the stick-shaped cosmetic material gripped by the chuck portion of the core chuck comes and goes from the outlet at the tip of the tapered container.
[0009]
Further, in the cosmetic dispensing container of the present invention, the advance / retreat guide mechanism is formed with a guide hole formed therein along the axial direction of the tapered container and a cross-sectional shape slidably engaged with the guide hole. The rotation stopping mechanism is formed on the peripheral surface of the guide hole along the axial direction of the tapered container, and is configured to engage with the locking groove communicating with the opening and the locking groove. And an engaging piece formed on the engaging portion. In this case, the relative rotation of the engaging portion of the core chuck with respect to the guide hole of the tapered container is regulated, and the core chuck can be moved back and forth along the guide hole in a centered state.
[0010]
In the cosmetic dispensing container of the present invention, the screw mechanism includes a female screw formed on the inner periphery of the cover container, and a screwing protrudingly provided on the engaging piece so as to screw into the female screw through an opening. It can be composed of protrusions. In this case, the screwing projection is projected from the base end of the engaging piece and is projected on the elastic support piece that can be elastically deformed in the radial direction of the female screw section, thereby securely screwing the female screw section without play. Therefore, the function of the screw mechanism can be sufficiently exhibited. Also, when an overload is applied to the screwing projection at the terminal end of the female screw portion, the elastic support piece having the screwing projection is elastically deformed inward in the radial direction of the female screw portion. It functions as a torque limiter that temporarily releases the screwed state with
[0011]
Here, in the method for assembling the cosmetic dispensing container according to the present invention, the dispensing outlet for the stick-shaped cosmetic is opened at the distal end, and the opening for allowing the core chuck to be inserted in the radial direction on the peripheral surface on the base end side is provided. The container main body is constituted by a formed cylindrical tapered container, and a cylindrical or bottomed cylindrical cover container which is mounted on the tapered container so as to be relatively rotatable covering the base end side of the tapered container. The core chuck incorporated in the container main body is made of a chuck portion for gripping the base end portion of the bar-shaped cosmetic material, and an engaging portion driven by engaging with an advance / retreat driving mechanism configured on the container main body. In a cosmetic dispensing container having a structure in which the core chucks are connected to each other via a flexible small-diameter connecting portion, the core chuck is inserted into the tapered container from the opening while being bent by the flexibility of the connecting portion. And
[0012]
In this assembling method, the core chuck can be easily incorporated into the tapered container through the opening formed on the peripheral surface of the tapered container. Also, a core chuck longer than the length of the opening can be easily incorporated into the tapered container.
[0013]

FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an assembling procedure for inserting a core chuck into the tapered container shown in FIG. 7, and FIG. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a schematic structure of a cosmetic application container incorporating a cosmetic dispensing container according to one embodiment as a module.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cosmetic dispensing container according to one embodiment is a cosmetic dispensing container 1 configured to dispens a stick-shaped cosmetic A such as an eyeliner, eyebrow, and eye shadow. This cosmetic dispensing container 1 includes a cylindrical tapered container 2 having a dispensing outlet 2A for a rod-shaped cosmetic A opened at a distal end portion, and an intermediate portion of the tapered container 2 covering the base end side of the tapered container 2. The container body is constituted by the cylindrical cover container 3 which is mounted so as to be relatively rotatable. A core chuck 4 for holding the stick-shaped cosmetic A is built in the container body so as to be movable forward and backward.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the tapered container 2 has a tapered distal end whose outer peripheral surface tapers toward the feed port 2A, and is continuous with the outer peripheral surface of the distal end via a step 2B. An intermediate portion having a slightly smaller diameter and a base portion having a smaller diameter that is continuous with the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion via a tapered slope 2C are integrally formed of synthetic resin. On the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion of the tapered container 2, an annular protrusion 2 </ b> D for mounting the cover container 3 so as to be relatively rotatable, and an O-ring ( (Not shown) are formed. In addition, the end surface of the base end part of the tapered container 2 is provided with a modified hole 2F for facilitating injection molding.
[0016]
A centering guide hole 2G having an irregular cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 4 is formed in the tapered container 2 in the axial direction continuously to the feeding port 2A (see FIG. 1). The centering guide hole 2G is a hole having a modified cross-sectional shape in which a pair of locking grooves (locking grooves) 2G2 are formed at opposite ends of a peripheral surface of a guide hole (guide hole) 2G1 that is continuous with the feeding port 2A. In addition, they constitute a rotation stopping mechanism and an advance / retreat guide mechanism that are part of the advance / retreat drive mechanism of the lead chuck 4.
[0017]
Here, the cross-sectional shape of the bar-shaped cosmetic material A is elliptical, and the cross-sectional shape of the feeding port 2A is correspondingly elliptical (see FIG. 2). The guide hole 2G1 has a cross-sectional shape of a circle, and a pair of locking grooves 2G2 formed at the opposite end of the peripheral surface of the guide hole 2G1 in the short axis direction. A step 2H is formed between the pair of locking grooves 2G2 and the outlet 2A (see FIG. 1).
[0018]
Here, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an elongate hole-shaped opening 2 </ b> J extending along the axial direction is formed on the peripheral surface of the base end of the tapered container 2. The opening 2J is formed to have the same width as the locking groove 2G2 (see FIG. 4) of the centering guide hole 2G, and is formed as a pair at a counter electrode portion continuous with the pair of locking grooves 2G2. The opening 2J is slightly elastically deformed in the width direction and is widened, so that the center chuck 4 can be incorporated into the centering guide hole 2G from the radial direction.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the front end of the cover container 3 is a portion that is fitted to the outer periphery of the intermediate portion of the tapered container 2 and is mounted so as to be relatively rotatable. An annular groove 3A that can be engaged with an annular protrusion 2D formed on the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion of the container 2 is formed. A knurl 3B is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the base end portion of the cover container 3 as a non-slip during a rotation operation. A female screw portion 3 </ b> C is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the portion of the cover container 3 except for the front end portion, the screw mechanism being a part of the advance / retreat driving mechanism of the lead chuck 4 and the lead screw 4. . In addition, a flange 3D that functions as a stopper when the cosmetic supply container 1 is incorporated as a part of the cosmetic application container is formed on the outer periphery of the cover container 3.
[0020]
Here, the lead chuck 4 is made of a chuck portion 4A that grips the base end portion of the stick-shaped cosmetic material A, and an engaging portion 4B that is moved forward and backward by engaging with a forward / backward drive mechanism configured in the container body. It has a structure connected to each other via a small-diameter connecting portion 4C. The core chuck 4 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin.
[0021]
As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 5, the chuck portion 4A of the core chuck 4 has a short elliptical columnar base against which the elliptical base end face of the rod-shaped cosmetic material A shown in FIG. 4A1 and a pair of gripping pieces 4A2 projecting from two locations in the short axis direction of the end face of the base 4A1 and gripping the peripheral surface of the base end of the rod-shaped cosmetic A are integrally formed. The chuck portion 4A is slidably inserted into and engaged with the centering guide hole 2G of the tapered container 2 shown in FIG. That is, the base portion 4A1 of the chuck portion 4A is slidably inserted into and engaged with the guide hole portion 2G1 of the centering guide hole 2G, and the pair of gripping pieces 4A2 have a pair of engaging members with a margin for expanding in the radial direction. Each of the locking grooves 2G2 is slidably inserted and engaged.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 5, the engaging portion 4B of the lead chuck 4 is slidably engaged with the guide hole 2G1 (see FIG. 4) of the centering guide hole 2G of the tapered container 2 so that the tapered container 2 A slide portion 4B1 having an elliptical cross section guided in the axial direction, and a pair of engagement pieces (engagement) which are inserted into a pair of locking grooves 2G2 of the centering guide hole 2G to regulate relative rotation with respect to the tapered container 2. 1) 4B2 and a pair of screwing projections 4B3 screwed into the female screw portion 3C of the cover container 3 are integrally formed.
[0023]
The pair of screwing projections 4B3 are provided on the outer surfaces of a pair of elastic support pieces 4B4 that protrude in the axial direction from the base ends of the pair of engaging pieces 4B2 of the engaging portion 4B. The screwing projection 4B3 is securely screwed to the female screw portion 3C without play by the pair of elastic support pieces 4B4 having elasticity capable of elastic deformation in the radial direction of the female screw portion 3C.
[0024]
Further, when an overload is applied to the screwing projection 4B3 at the end of the female screw 3C, the elastic support piece 4B4 on which the screwing projection 4B3 protrudes is elastically deformed radially inward of the female screw 3C, thereby forming a screw. The screwing state between the mating projection 4B3 and the female screw portion 3C is temporarily released to function as a torque limiter.
[0025]
The cosmetic dispensing container 1 according to one embodiment including the tapered container 2, the cover container 3, and the core chuck 4 is assembled in the following procedure. First, as shown in FIG. 6, the core chuck 4 is inserted into the centering guide hole 2G from the opening 2J of the tapered container 2 and incorporated therein. At this time, the opening portion 2J is sequentially expanded in the width direction from the chuck portion 4A side to the engaging portion 4B while bending the connecting portion 4C of the core chuck 4 due to its flexibility, and the center chuck 4 is aligned with the centering guide hole 2G. Insert
[0026]
By employing such an assembling procedure, the center chuck 4 can be easily incorporated into the centering guide hole 2G of the tapered container 2. Also, the center chuck 4 longer than the length of the opening 2J can be easily incorporated into the centering guide hole 2G.
[0027]
Next, the base end portion of the tapered container 2 is inserted into the distal end portion of the cover container 3 from the hole 2F side, and the two are relatively moved closer in the axial direction, so that the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion of the tapered container 2 is formed. The tip of the cover container 3 is fitted. At this time, the distal end of the cover container 3 is guided by the tapered slope 2C of the tapered container 2 and smoothly fits on the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion of the tapered container 2.
[0028]
Subsequently, a pair of screwing projections 4B3 projecting from the engaging portion 4B of the core chuck 4 inserted into the tapered container 2 is tapered so that the pair of screwing projections 4B3 is screwed into the female screw portion 3C on the inner periphery of the cover container 3. The container 2 and the cover container 3 are relatively rotated. Then, by further rotating the two relative to each other, the lead chuck 4 is moved backward to the base end side of the cover container 3 by a screw mechanism in which the pair of screwing projections 4B3 and the female screw portion 3C are screwed.
[0029]
In this state, the tapered container 2 and the cover container 3 are further moved closer in the axial direction. Then, while the distal end portion of the cover container 3 is slightly elastically deformed in the radial direction, the annular groove 3A on the inner peripheral surface engages with the annular protrusion 2D on the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate portion of the tapered container 2, and the distal end surface of the cover container 3 The cover container 3 is attached to the tapered container 2 so as to be rotatable relative to the stepped portion 2B of the tapered container 2.
[0030]
Therefore, the tapered container 2 and the cover container 3 are relatively rotated to move the lead chuck 4 slightly (about 2 to 3 mm) forward from the initial position shown in FIG. Then, in this state, the base end of the stick-shaped cosmetic A is inserted from the outlet 2A of the tapered container 2 to a position between the pair of gripping pieces 4A2 of the chuck 4A to be gripped. Thereafter, the tapered container 2 and the cover container 3 are relatively rotated so that the core chuck 4 moves back to the initial position, and the stick-shaped cosmetic A is drawn into and stored in the tapered container 2.
[0031]
In the cosmetic dispensing container 1 of the embodiment assembled as described above, the opening 2J formed on the peripheral surface of the tapered container 2 is covered with the cover container 3, so that a good appearance can be obtained.
[0032]
In this cosmetic dispensing container 1, the engaging piece 4B2 of the engaging portion 4B of the core chuck 4 is inserted into the locking groove 2G2 of the centering guide hole 2G in the tapered container 2 and rotation thereof is restricted. When the container 2 and the cover container 3 are rotated relative to each other, the lead chuck 4 rotates relative to the cover container 3. Since a pair of screwing projections 4B3 projecting from the engaging portion 4B of the lead chuck 4 is screwed to the female screw portion 3C of the cover container 3, the relative rotation between the taper container 2 and the cover container 3 is caused. The lead chuck 4 is driven forward and backward along the axis of the tapered container 2.
[0033]
At this time, the slide 4B1 of the engaging portion 4B is guided by the guide hole 2G1 of the centering guide hole 2G, so that the lead chuck 4 is driven forward and backward in a smooth state without tangling or catching. As a result, the rod-shaped cosmetic material A gripped by the pair of gripping pieces 4A2 of the chuck portion 4A of the core chuck 4 smoothly protrudes and retracts from the outlet 2A at the distal end of the tapered container 2.
[0034]
When the tapered container 2 and the cover container 3 are rotated relative to each other with the lead chuck 4 reaching its forward end or the retreat end, a pair of elastic support pieces 4B4 of the engaging portion 4B of the lead chuck 4 project. Overload is applied to the screwing projection 4B3, the elastic support piece 4B4 is elastically deformed radially inward of the female screw 3C of the cover container 3 and functions as a torque limiter. 3C damage is prevented beforehand.
[0035]
Here, in the cosmetic dispensing container 1 of one embodiment, when an external impact is applied due to dropping or the like, or when an excessive bending load is applied by being crushed in a handbag or the like, the core chuck 4 is It is bent by the flexible small-diameter connecting portion 4C to absorb a bending load. For this reason, an excessive bending load does not act on the rod-shaped cosmetic material A held by the chuck portion 4A of the core chuck 4, and breakage of the rod-shaped cosmetic material A is prevented.
[0036]
The cosmetic dispensing container 1 according to one embodiment is used alone as a dispensing container for the bar-shaped cosmetic A, and is also used as a module constituting a part of the cosmetic applying container 10 as shown in FIG. This cosmetic application container 10 has a cylindrical main body holder 12 containing a bottomed cylindrical medium plate 11 containing powdery cosmetic material, and a tip 13 for applying the powdery cosmetic material in the medium plate 11 having a small diameter. A stepped cylindrical tip holder 14 fitted and fixed to the portion and closing the inner plate 11; a brush holder 16 provided with a wound brush 15 for applying cosmetics or aligning eyebrows at one end; A cap 17 for covering the brush 15 is provided.
[0037]
In the cosmetic application container 10, a small diameter portion of a tip holder 14 is screwed into one end (left end in the drawing) of the main body holder 12, and the tip 13 at the tip is inserted into the inner plate 11. A brush holder 16 is fitted and fixed to the other end of the main body holder 12, and the wound brush 15 is covered by a cap 17 fitted and mounted on the brush holder 16. Then, the cosmetic dispensing container 1 of one embodiment is incorporated as a module constituting the cosmetic application container 10 by fitting the base end side of the cover container 3 into the large diameter portion of the tip holder 14. I have.
[0038]
The cosmetic dispensing container according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, when the cross-sectional shape of the rod-shaped cosmetic material A is circular, the outlet 2A (see FIG. 2) of the tapered container 2 is formed in a correspondingly circular cross-sectional shape, and the guide hole of the centering guide hole 2G is correspondingly formed. The portion 2G1 (see FIG. 4) is also formed in a circular cross-sectional shape. Then, the cross-sectional shapes of the base 4A1 and the slide portion 4B1 (see FIG. 5) of the lead chuck 4 are also formed in a circular cross-sectional shape corresponding to the guide hole 2G1.
[0039]
Further, the cover container 3 may be formed in a cylindrical shape without the flange 3D, and may be formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape that completely covers the base end of the tapered container 2. In this case, the inner structure of the core chuck 4 and the like is completely covered by the cover container 3 and the cover container 3 has no extra flange 3D, so that a better appearance can be obtained as a single cosmetic feeding container.
[0040]
Furthermore, the core chuck 4 that constitutes the cosmetic dispensing container of one embodiment can be changed to a core chuck 40 shown in FIG. The lead chuck 40 has a chuck part 40A, an engagement part 40B, and a connection part 40C corresponding to the chuck part 4A, the engagement part 4B, and the connection part 4C of the lead chuck 4 described above. The sliding portion 4B1, the engaging piece 4B2, the screwing projection 4B3, and the sliding portion 40B1, the engaging piece 40B2, the screwing projection 40B3, and the elastic supporting piece 40B4 corresponding to the elastic supporting piece 4B4 are formed on the core chuck 4. .
[0041]
Here, the chuck part 40A of the core chuck 40 is formed with an elliptical cylindrical chuck cylinder 40A1 that fits the rod-shaped cosmetic material A and grips the entire periphery thereof. A collision ridge 40A2 is formed. The chuck cylinder 40A1 is slidably inserted into and engaged with the guide hole portion 2G1 of the centering guide hole 2G of the tapered container 2, and the pair of engaging ridges 40A2 is engaged with the pair of locking members of the centering guide hole 2G. Each of the grooves 2G2 is slidably inserted into and engaged with the groove 2G2. A slope 40A3 as an insertion guide into the locking groove 2G2 is formed at the distal end of each engagement ridge 40A2.
[0042]
Since such a core chuck 40 also has the flexible small-diameter connecting portion 4C, it performs the same function as the core chuck 4 of one embodiment.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the cosmetic dispensing container according to the present invention, when an external impact or a bending load is applied due to a drop or the like, the core chuck is bent by the flexible small-diameter connecting portion to reduce the bending load. Absorb. Therefore, an excessive bending load does not act on the rod-shaped cosmetic material held by the chuck portion of the core chuck, and the breakage can be prevented.
[0044]
Further, in manufacturing the cosmetic dispensing container, the core chuck can be easily incorporated into the tapered container through the opening formed on the peripheral surface of the tapered container.
[0045]
In this cosmetic dispensing container, a good appearance can be obtained because the opening of the tapered container is covered by the cover container.
