Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for efficiently performing widening work of an existing tunnel.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Regarding the efficiency of logistics, widening work of existing tunnels may be necessary in response to the increase in the size of vehicles represented by ISO tall marine containers. FIGS. 10 and 11 are explanatory views showing the widening work of the existing tunnel according to the conventional technique, that is, in such widening work, as shown in FIG. Then, a formwork for placing lining concrete is attached along the excavated surface, and lining c with concrete is performed. In the conventional technology, the tunnel is often constructed so that the center of the tunnel b after the widening is substantially concentric with the center of the tunnel a before the widening.
[0003]
However, in such a method, the work area is small, and it is difficult to take care not to block the traffic of general vehicles in the tunnel during the construction period.
[0004]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, if one side of the existing tunnel a is excavated and widened on one side, a large work area can be secured, and work by using a large heavy machine such as a free-section excavator d is performed. The efficiency can be improved, and the construction period can be shortened. In this case, a movable protection facility e called a protector is installed in the existing tunnel a in advance, and the traffic of the general vehicle f and the like and the safety thereof can be secured by the protector e.
[0005]
However, when a large heavy machine such as a free-section excavator d is used in the one-side widening work as shown in FIG. 11, the work area outside the protector e is almost closed by the heavy machine, and other work is performed. It becomes difficult for heavy equipment to pass.
[0006]
Here, the free section excavator d includes a multi-type excavator d that can perform all operations such as excavation, installation of a lock bolt, and lining by spraying concrete, but cannot completely mechanize the work. For example, when a rock bolt is installed near the top of the tunnel, the work of inserting the lock bolt by human power is inevitably required, and a work at a high place by an operator occurs. In the case of ordinary tunnel excavation work, high-altitude work such as rock bolting near the top of the tunnel can be implemented by using a high-altitude work vehicle as a work scaffold, but like tunnel widening work, When the opposite part of the work area outside the protector e is occupied by the large-sized free-section excavator d, the aerial work vehicle as described above cannot be used, and a scaffold for the aerial work is secured by some method. There is a need to.
[0007]

Further, the support member 22 has a vertical support member 221 supported by the column 12 via a vertical hinge 22a, and extends horizontally from the upper end of the vertical support member 221. It comprises a horizontal support member 222 located at the lower surface height of the scaffold plate 21 and a diagonal member 223 connecting the lower part of the vertical support member 221 and the tip of the horizontal support member 222.
[0016]
In the protector with a work scaffold according to the first embodiment configured as described above, the protector 1 is disposed in the existing tunnel a as shown in FIG. 1, whereby the general vehicle in the tunnel is maintained even during the construction period. In addition to securing traffic such as f, the general vehicle f is protected from falling excavated objects. For the tunnel widening work, a method of one-side widening for excavating one side of the existing tunnel a is adopted. Reference numeral b in FIG. 1 indicates a new tunnel after widening. For this reason, the protector 1 is installed in the existing tunnel a so that the side surface to which the work scaffold 2 is attached faces the work area A side of the widening work, that is, the work scaffold 2 is located on the face side of the tunnel excavation. Placed in
[0017]
For the one-side widening work of the existing tunnel a, a large-sized free-section excavator d capable of excavation, installation of rock bolts, lining by spraying concrete, and the like is used. The work scaffold 2 attached to the side surface of the protector 1 usually has support members 22, 22, each of which is provided with a vertical hinge 22a, as shown in FIG. Can be pivoted to a position substantially parallel to the side surface of the protector 1 and locked, and the scaffolding plate 21 can be kept in a folded state by hanging down on the horizontal hinge 21a as a fulcrum. It does not hinder construction by the free section excavator d or the like.
[0018]
When the worker g needs to perform a high place work such as a work of inserting a lock bolt near the top of the tunnel, as shown in FIG. 3, the scaffold plate 21 is horizontally moved with the horizontal hinge 21a as a fulcrum. In addition, the support members 22 are pivotally fixed about the vertical hinges 22a to positions substantially parallel to the side surfaces of the protector 1, and the lower surface of the scaffold plate 21 is supported, thereby supporting the work scaffold 2. In a usable state. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a fall prevention fence 21b made of a pipe material or the like is attached to the outer periphery of the scaffold plate 21. In this way, the worker g can perform a high-place work above the work area A on the work platform 2.
[0019]
Next, FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the work scaffold is folded as a preferred second embodiment of the protector with a work scaffold according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 shows a state in which the work scaffold is also used. FIG. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment described above in that the pair of support members 22 are made of a diagonal material that can be attached to and detached from the scaffolding plate 21 and the support 12 of the protector 1. 21b is attached to the scaffolding plate 21 via a hinge 21c. The configuration of other parts is basically substantially the same as that of the first embodiment.
[0020]
Accordingly, the work scaffold 2 normally attaches the support member 22 to the support 12 of the protector 1 vertically by a not-shown locking or fixing means, as shown in FIG. By hanging the fence 21b down from the horizontal hinge 21a and the fence 21b in parallel with the scaffolding plate 21, the folded state can be maintained.
[0021]
When the worker g needs to perform a high-place work such as inserting a lock bolt near the top of the tunnel, as shown in FIG. 5, the scaffold plate 21 is horizontally moved with the horizontal hinge 21a as a fulcrum. And one end of each support member 22 is fixed to the lower surface near the tip of the scaffolding plate 21 via a coupling means such as a bolt, and the other end is fixed to the support 12 of the protector 1 via a coupling means such as a bolt. By doing so, the scaffold plate 21 is supported horizontally. Further, the fence 21b is locked in a vertically raised state. In this way, the worker g can perform a high-place work above the work area A on the work scaffold 2.
[0022]
Next, FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a third preferred embodiment of the protector with a work scaffold according to the present invention, FIG. 7 is a front view of a main part showing the work scaffold in a folded state, and FIG. 8 is an essential part front view showing an initial state of the overhang operation of the work scaffold, and FIG. 8 is an essential part front view showing the process of the overhang operation of the work scaffold. As shown in FIG. 6, the configuration of the main body of the protector 1 is substantially the same as that of the first and second embodiments described above, and the side portion on one side (right side or left side) of the protector 1. , A foldable work scaffold 2 is attached near an end on the face side of tunnel excavation. Reference numeral 13 denotes a brace connected between the columns 12, 12,... Adjacent to each other in the extension direction of the protector 1 in an X-shape.
[0023]
The work scaffold 2 is mounted on one side of the roof 15 of the protector 1 via a horizontal hinge 21a so as to be able to turn up and down, and near both ends in the width direction (extending direction of the protector 1) on the lower surface of the scaffold plate 21. And a pair of slide rails 23 extending in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the horizontal hinge 21a, and a link pin 24a at the upper end are coupled to the scaffold plate 21 via each slide rail 23 and extend in the direction in which the slide rail 23 extends. A pair of movable floating support members 24, a pair of screw shafts 25 provided vertically along the side surface (for example, the support 12) of the protector 1 at positions corresponding to the slide rails 23, and a pair of screw shafts 25. An elevating body 26 which is screwed and detachably connected to the lower end of the floating support member 24, and each screw shaft 25 is moved around its axis. By rolling, the driving device 27 for reciprocating the lift 26 to the vertical direction, consisting of a jack 28 for displacing to open anchorage plate 21 that is hanging from the horizontal hinge 21a as shown in FIG. 7 outward.
[0024]
The drive device 27 has a built-in electric motor and a speed reducer, and is fixed on the lower spar 11 of the protector 1. The lower end of each screw shaft 25 is connected to the output shaft of the drive device 27 via a joint, and the upper end is connected to the end of the roof 15 of the protector 1 via a bearing 25a as shown in FIG. It is supported by.
[0025]
Therefore, also in the third embodiment having the above-described configuration, the protector 1 is arranged such that the side surface on which the work scaffold 2 is attached faces the work area A side of the widening work in the existing tunnel. 2 is arranged so as to be located on the face side of the tunnel excavation, thereby securing traffic of general vehicles and the like in the tunnel even during the construction period, and protecting general vehicles and the like from falling of excavated objects. .
[0026]
Normally, the work scaffold 2 attached to the side surface of the protector 1 removes the link pin 24b at the lower end of the floating support member 24 from the pivotal connection 26a formed on the elevating body 26, as shown in FIG. Accordingly, the scaffolding plate 21 can be kept in a folded state by hanging down with the horizontal hinge 21a as a fulcrum, so that the tunnel widening work by a free-section excavator or the like is not hindered. At this time, the output shaft 28a of the jack 28 is at the most retracted position.
[0027]
When a worker needs to perform a high-place work such as inserting a lock bolt near the top of the tunnel, the work scaffold 2 is extended from the roof 15 of the protector 1 as shown in FIG. In order to protrude the work scaffold 2, first, as shown in FIG. 8, the link pin 24 b at the lower end of the floating support 24 is pivotally connected to a pivot 26 a formed on the elevating body 26, and By causing the output shaft 28a to protrude, the scaffold plate 21 is displaced so as to open outward with the horizontal hinge 21a as a fulcrum. Then, along with this, the link pin 24 a at the upper end of the floating support member 24 relatively moves along the slide rail 23 formed on the scaffold plate 21.
[0028]
Here, when the angle θ formed by the slide rail 23 and the floating support member 24 becomes a predetermined size, the link pin 24a at the upper end of the floating support member 24 is connected to the fulcrum of the scaffold plate 21 by the horizontal hinge 21a and the floating support member 24. The screw shaft 25 is displaced to a position outside the straight line L connecting the connecting portion (link pin 24b) with the lifting / lowering body 26 at this time. 26 is rotated in the upward direction. Then, the lifting force of the elevating body 26 is transmitted from the link pins 24a to the scaffold plate 21 via the floating support members 24, and as shown in FIG. 9, the scaffold plate 21 moves outward with the horizontal hinge 21a as a fulcrum. Opening, that is, the angle θ increases. The output shaft 28a of the jack 8 is retracted.
[0029]
Then, in the process in which the scaffolding plate 21 is opened outward by the lifting of the elevating body 26, as shown by an arrow R in FIG. 8, the link pin 24a at the upper end of the floating support member 24 is also moved outward around the horizontal hinge 21a. Since it is displaced, the floating support member 24 gradually falls down. Therefore, when the scaffolding plate 21 is opened to a certain angle close to horizontal, the angle θ between the slide rail 23 and the floating support member 24 exceeds 90 degrees, and at that time, the horizontal hinge of the slide rail 23 The link pin 24a that has pushed up the end near the 21a moves to the end of the slide rail 23 opposite to the horizontal hinge 21a.
[0030]
Then, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 9, when the elevating body 26 rises until the scaffolding plate 21 becomes substantially horizontal, the driving device 27 is stopped. As shown in FIG. 6, a fall prevention fence 21b made of a pipe material or the like is attached to the outer periphery of the scaffold 21. The fence 21b can also be of a foldable type.
[0031]
When the work platform 2 is folded after the worker finishes working at a high place, the screw shaft 25 is rotated by the driving device 27 in the opposite direction to the above-described case, and the lifting body 26 is lowered.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
According to the protector with a work scaffold according to the first aspect of the present invention, a folding work scaffold is attached to a side surface of the protector for securing traffic in the tunnel during widening work of the existing tunnel. By using a large heavy machine such as a free-section excavator for tunnel widening work, even if an aerial work vehicle cannot be used as a scaffold, a foldable work scaffold can be extended when necessary to work Can be secured, otherwise it can be folded down to save space.
[0033]
According to the protector with a work scaffold according to the second aspect of the present invention, the work scaffold is attached to one side of the roof of the protector via a horizontal hinge so as to be able to turn up and down, and is attached to the side surface of the protector. Since the scaffold is made of a support member capable of horizontally supporting the scaffold plate, it is possible to secure a scaffold for working at heights with a simple structure.
[0034]
