Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a golf bag mainly for housing and carrying a golf club.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, when a golf bag accommodates a plurality of clubs such as wood, iron, or putter, the weight of the golf bag becomes considerably heavy. Therefore, it is very hard to carry a bag containing a club, especially for an elderly golfer. Consumes considerable health.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-328152, a pair of left and right wheels are rotatably provided at one end of the bottom of the bag body, and a carry handle member is provided at the side of the bag. And the bag body is moved and moved via the wheels by grasping the grip portion of the handle member with the hand.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above golf bag, since the support rod constituting the handle member is disposed along the side portion of the bag body, the grip portion provided at the upper end portion of the support rod is the opening of the bag body. Therefore, when the bag is tilted and traveled, the head of the club housed in the bag body hits the hand holding the grip part, so that the travel of the bag becomes difficult or the head is gripped. There is a problem that the head is damaged due to contact with the member.
[0005]
The present invention has been developed in view of the above circumstances, and the object of the present invention is that the club housed in the bag body is inadvertently abutted against the handle member or the hand having the grip portion of the handle member. There is no golf bag to offer.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the invention according to claim 1 is directed to a bag member including a support rod extending in a vertical direction on a side portion of the bag body and a grip portion provided at an upper end portion of the support rod. In the golf bag provided on the side portion, the support rod of the handle member is inclined in a direction away from the bag main body toward the upper end side.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, a handle member including a support rod extending in the vertical direction on a side portion of the bag body and a grip portion provided on an upper end portion of the support rod is provided on a side portion of the bag body. The golf bag is characterized in that the support rod of the handle member can be repositioned to a position that inclines in a direction away from the bag main body toward the upper end side and a position along the side of the bag main body. is there.

When the standing bag 1 is inclined at a predetermined angle θ, specifically, 15 degrees or more as shown in FIG. 5, the wheel 4 comes into contact with the ground E, and the bottom plate portion 32 has the rib 35 and the blocking portion 36. It floats from the ground E.
[0020]
In the above-described configuration, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 12, the lower end portions of the accommodating cylinder portions 61 a and 61 b are pivotally supported on the lower bracket 63, and the accommodating cylinder portions 61 a and 61 b are rocked with respect to the bag body 2. The position change switching mechanism 7 is interposed between the upper bracket 62 and the housing cylinder portions 61a and 61b, and the support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 are connected via the position change switching mechanism 7. However, the position can be changed between a position inclined with respect to the bag main body 2 in a direction away from the bag main body 2 and a position along the back side of the bag main body 2 as it goes to the upper end side.
[0021]
That is, the position change switching mechanism 7 shown in FIGS. 1 to 12 includes a pair of slide cylinders 71 and a link member 72, and the slide cylinders 71 are freely slidably inserted into the accommodating cylinder portions 61a and 61b. One end of the link member 72 in the length direction is pivotally supported by 71, and the other end of the link member 72 in the length direction is pivotally supported by the upper bracket 62 to slide the slide cylinder 71 and swing the link member 72. Accordingly, the support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 are inclined with respect to the bag body 2 in the direction of separating from the bag body 2 toward the upper end side (positions indicated by two-dot chain lines in FIG. 8) and the bag. It swings between a position along the back side of the main body 2 (a position indicated by a solid line in FIG. 8).
[0022]
In addition, a flange-like stopper 64 is provided on the outer periphery of the upper portion of the receiving cylinder portions 61a and 61b so as to protrude outward in the radial direction to restrict the sliding of the slide cylinder 71 downward. A stopper 65 that restricts the downward swing of the link member 72 is provided.
[0023]
In addition, between the handle member 5 and the housing member 6, the support rods 51a and 51b are retracted from the housing tube portions 61a and 61b, and the support rods 51a and 51b are pulled out from the housing tube portions 61a and 61b. A lock control mechanism 8 is provided that enables the support rods 51a and 51b to be locked with respect to the housing tube portions 61a and 61b at the positions.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, the lock control mechanism 8
An operating body 81 for releasing the locking operation of the locking body 83 against the spring 80 incorporated in the grip 52;
A connecting rod 82 which is loosely inserted into the support rods 51a and 51b and whose upper end is connected to the operating body 81;
A lock body 83 provided freely movable in a casing 53 incorporated in the lower end of the support rods 51a and 51b;
A spring 84 for urging the lock body 83 in the locking direction;
And a cam member 85 that is assembled to the lower end of the connecting rod 82 and moves the lock body 83 from the locked position to the unlocked position.
[0025]
The cam member 85 is incorporated in the casing 53 so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and the cam member 85 is provided with an insertion hole 85a through which the lock body 83 is inserted.
[0026]
The insertion hole 85a extends in the vertical direction, and the cam member 85 is movable in the vertical direction relative to the lock body 83 that is freely movable in the casing 53.
[0027]
Further, arc-shaped through holes 85b are formed on the left and right side walls of the cam member 85, and the inner surface of the through hole 85b is used as the cam surface 85c.
[0028]
On the other hand, the lock body 83 is provided with a protrusion 83a that protrudes into the through hole 85b and slides on the cam surface 85c.
[0029]
Then, the spring 84 described above is interposed between the back surface of the lock body 83 and the casing 53, and the lock body 83 is formed in the accommodating cylinder portions 61 a and 61 b by the spring force of the spring 84. It is made to urge in the direction which fits.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 10, the above-described lock control mechanism is such that the cam member 85 moves upward in the casing 53 via the operating body 81 and the connecting rod 82 by the spring force of the spring 80 at all times. The body 83 is urged in the fitting direction by the spring force of the spring 84 and the cam surface 85c with which the projection 83a is engaged in the fitting holes 66 and 67 formed in the housing cylinder portions 61a and 61b. Therefore, by pulling out the handle member 5 with respect to the housing member 6 and fitting the lock body 83 into the upper fitting hole 66, the handle member 5 is pulled out as shown in FIG. 4 can be locked, and the support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 are stored in the housing member 6, and the lock body 83 is fitted into the lower fitting hole 67, so that FIG. As shown in Hand member 5 of the supporting rod 51a · 51b that can be locked in a position stored in the containing cylinder portion 61a · 61b.
[0031]
On the other hand, as the operating body 81 is pushed against the spring 80, the cam member 85 moves downward in the casing 53 via the operating body 81 and the connecting rod 82, as shown in FIG. The guide of the cam surface 85c with which the projection 83a is engaged moves the lock body 83 in the direction of detaching from the fitting holes 66 and 67 against the spring force of the spring 84, and therefore, this state Therefore, the handle member 5 can be freely pulled out from or stored in the housing member 6.
[0032]
In the golf club 1 having the above configuration, when the handle member 5 is not used, or when the golf bag 1 is lifted by holding the grip portion 52 of the handle member with the hand, the handle member 5 is placed in the housing member 6. Then, the lock body 83 is fitted into the lower fitting hole 67, and then the slide cylinder 71 of the position change switching mechanism 7 is slid upward and the link member 72 is swung counterclockwise in FIG. Thus, the support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 are swung to positions along the back side of the bag body 2 (positions indicated by solid lines in FIG. 8). 61a and 61b do not protrude from the back side of the bag body 2 in the vicinity of the back side of the bag body 2 and the golf bag 1 is held with the grip 52 in hand. Lower work becomes easy to carry out.
[0033]
Further, as the above golf bag 1 is made to stand on the ground E, as shown in FIG. 5, the lower surface of the rib 35 and the blocking portion 6 comes into contact with the ground, and the wheel 4 is lifted from the ground E. Accordingly, even if the bag 1 that is self-supported on the ground E is inadvertently pushed back and forth, there is no problem that the bag 1 will inadvertently move or inadvertently fall over as in the prior art. The whole is independent and stable.
[0034]
On the other hand, when the golf bag 1 is moved and moved, the handle member 5 is pulled out from the housing member 6, the lock body 83 is fitted into the upper fitting hole 66, and then the slide cylinder 71 of the position change switching mechanism 7. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 are moved toward the upper end side by sliding the link member 72 downward and swinging the link member 72 clockwise in FIG. Since the grip portion 52 of the handle member 5 is greatly separated from the opening portion of the bag body 2, the grip portion 52 is held by hand. When the golf bag 1 is moved and moved, even if the club 10 accommodated in the bag body 2 moves to the handle member 5 side, the head 11 of the club 10 hits the hand having the grip portion 52. It can be suppressed, and the head 11 can also be suppressed to abut the handle member 5.
[0035]
Further, as described above, when the grip portion 52 of the handle 5 is held by hand and the entire bag 1 is tilted in such a direction that the wheel 4 comes into contact with the ground, as shown in FIG. The golf bag 1 is lifted from the ground E together with the portion 6 so that the golf bag 1 is supported only by the wheels 4, and the golf bag 1 can be easily traveled and moved through the wheels 4 from such a state.
[0036]
Moreover, since the support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 are inclined in the direction away from the bag body 2 toward the upper end side, the golf bag 1 is inclined by holding the grip portion 52 of the handle 5 by hand. When the vehicle 1 is moved and moved, the inclination angle of the bag body 2 becomes smaller than that of the prior art, so that the load of the bag 1 applied to the hand is reduced by that amount, and the bag 1 can be moved and moved easily.
[0037]
In the above embodiment, the position change switching mechanism 7 is composed of a pair of slide cylinders 71 and link members 72, and the slide cylinders 71 are freely slidably inserted into the accommodating cylinder portions 61 a and 61 b, and the slide cylinders 71 are inserted into the slide cylinders 71. One end in the length direction of the link member 72 is pivotally supported, and the other end in the length direction of the link member 72 is pivotally supported by the upper bracket 62, and the slide of the slide cylinder 71 and the swing of the link member 72 The support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 swing between a position that inclines in a direction away from the bag body 2 and a position along the back side of the bag body 2 toward the upper end side. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be configured as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, for example.
[0038]
That is, the position change switching mechanism 7 shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 includes a slide cylinder 75, a swing arm 76 whose one end in the length direction is pivotally supported by the slide cylinder 75, and a swing arm 76 that extends from the upper bracket 62. And an engaging body 78 having a plurality of serrated engaging portions 77 with which the ends can be engaged, and the swing arm 76 is engaged with the engaging portion 77 between the swing arm 76 and the slide cylinder 75. It is formed by interposing a spring 79 for oscillating and energizing in the direction (counterclockwise in FIG. 14).
[0039]
The position change switching mechanism 7 described above engages the free end of the swing arm 76 with the engaging portion 77 closest to the upper bracket 62 among the plurality of engaging portions 77, thereby supporting the support rod 51 a of the handle member 5. -51b is set in the position (position shown as a continuous line in FIG. 14) along the back side part of the bag main body 2. As shown in FIG.
[0040]
Then, by forcibly pulling the handle member 5 away from the back side of the bag body 2 from this position, the swing arm 76 is sequentially engaged while swinging against the spring force of the spring 79. Since the engaging portion 77 is changed, the inclination angle of the support rods 51a and 51b with respect to the bag body 2 can be arbitrarily adjusted by selecting the engaging portion 77 with which the swing arm 76 is engaged.
[0041]
14, the swing arm 76 engaged with the engagement portion 77 farthest from the upper bracket 62 as shown by a two-dot chain line is the closest engagement to the upper bracket 62 as shown by the solid line in FIG. When the support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 are engaged with the portion 77 and along the back side of the bag body 2, the slide tube 75 is moved upward with respect to the housing tube portions 61a and 61b. After the engagement between the moving arm 76 and the engaging portion 77 is released, the handle member 5 may be swung to the bag body 2 side together with the accommodating cylinder portions 61a and 61b.
[0042]
Further, in the above embodiment, the lower end portions of the housing cylinder portions 61a and 61b are pivotally supported by the lower bracket 63 so that the housing cylinder portions 61a and 61b can swing with respect to the bag main body 2 and the upper bracket 62. The position change switching mechanism 7 is interposed between the housing cylinder portions 61a and 61b, and the support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 are moved to the upper end side of the bag through the position change switching mechanism 7. The position of the support rods 51a and 51b can be changed as shown in FIG. 15, although the position can be changed between a position inclined with respect to the main body 2 in a direction away from the bag main body 2 and a position along the back side of the bag main body 2. Without making it possible, the support rods 51a and 51b of the handle member 5 that is inserted and supported by the accommodating cylinders 61a and 61b are inclined in a direction away from the bag body 2 toward the upper end side. Containers cylindrical portion 61a, 61b at the top and bottom of the bracket 620, 630 may be fixed, respectively.
[0043]
