【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、以上の従来技術によれば、電源プラグの電極の側に設けられている磁石の吸着によりクリップや針等金属片が引き寄せられショートを起こし危険であった。
そこで、この発明は、ショートを起こさない電源プラグとレセプタクルを提供することを課題とする。

以上の課題を解決するために、請求項1の発明は、先端にクランプを設けたことを特徴とする電源プラグとレセプタクル。また、請求項2の発明は、電源プラグとレセプタクルは、合成樹脂から形成されており、コードを手や足で引っ掛けた場合でも無理なく外れることを特徴とする請求項1の電源プラグとレセプタクル。

この発明の一実施形態を、図1に示す。電源プラグ本体1は、合成樹脂製であり、この電源プラグ本体1の先端には、クランプ用のフック2が一体的に設けられている。このクランプ用のフック2は、コードを手や足で引っ掛けた場合でも無理なく外れる程度の強度を有している。また、家庭用電気製品5に設けられたレセプタクル6の内側面には、クランプ用のキャッチ7が設けられている。

【実施形態の効果】
この実施形態によれば、電源プラグの接続時にフックによるクリック感が有り接続の確認が容易である。また、ポット、電気コンロ等の家庭用電気製品に電源プラグを接続した際、コードを手や足で引っ掛けても、倒したり、ひっくり返したりせずにすむ。尚、磁石を使用していないためクリップや針等金属片を引き寄せ無いので、ショート又は、ショートによる火災等を防ぐことが出来安全である。

図1の形態では、電源プラグ本体は、合成樹脂製でありこの本体の先端にはクランプ用のフックが一体的に設けられていたが、クランプ用のフックにはボールキャッチ又は、金属性のフックを設けたものでも良い。

以上説明したように、この発明によれば、電源プラグ本体の先端にクランプ用フックを設けたことで、磁石の保持力を必要としないため金属片を引き寄せることがないので安全である。
