本発明は、健康管理システム、健康管理方法、そのプログラム、学習指導システム、学習指導方法、およびそのプログラムに関し、特に、ユーザ側の情報に基づいてアドバイス情報を提供する健康管理システム、健康管理方法、そのプログラム、学習指導システム、学習指導方法、およびそのプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
現代社会では、多忙のあまり常に時間に追われ、自身の状態または能力に応じた的確なアドバイスを受ける機会が減少している。このような問題は、健康管理面で顕著であり、運動不足などに起因する成人病が増加しており、少なくとも健康とは言いがたい世の中になってきている。また健康管理の面においても、年に１回の健康診断や人間ドックで済ます人が多く、日ごろのチェックを怠っているケースも増えており、本人の自覚症状がないまま、病気になっているケースが少なくない。

上記のような問題を解決するための従来技術として、特開２０００−１２１３８１号公報が開示するところの歩数計、及び健康管理装置（以下、従来例１）があった。従来例１では、健康管理装置は、歩数計により計測された歩数データを受け取ると、受け取った歩数データに基づいた健康管理に関するアドバイスを歩数計に送り返していた。

また、特開２００１−３５７１３８号公報が開示するところの献立作成システム（以下、従来例２）では、サーバコンピュータは、クライアントコンピュータにより入力された病気情報および検査データを受信すると、受信した病気情報および検査データに基づいて、食事の献立を作成していた。クライアントコンピュータは、作成された食事の献立のレシピを表示することが可能であった。また、クライアントコンピュータは、献立メニューに係る食事の宅配をデリバリー会社が管理するサーバコンピュータに注文することが可能であった。

また、特開２００２−７５７５号公報が開示するところの料理提供方法、料理提供システム、料理提案装置、及び記録媒体（以下、従来例３）では、料理提案装置は、提供要求装置から個人情報を受信すると、受信した個人情報に基づいて、健康診断を行い、個人情報および健康診断の結果、料理情報を作成していた。提供要求装置は、料理提案装置から料理情報を取得し、取得した料理情報を発注することが可能であった。

また、特開２００２−３９７８７号公報が開示するところの歩数計および生体情報データ管理システム（以下、従来例４）では、遠隔端末は、受信した歩数データおよび生体情報データに基づいて、生体情報データの管理、解析、指導を行っていた。

また、特開平１１−５６８１９号公報が開示するところの電子万歩計（登録商標）端末（以下、従来例５）では、電子万歩計（登録商標）端末は、入力された歩数、消費カロリー、摂取カロリー、体重、運動等の情報の一元管理を実現していた。

また、上記の医療・健康管理の分野だけでなく、例えば、教育の分野においても、試験受験者が受けた試験の結果に基づいた、適切な学習方法のアドバイスを行うことが要求されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の従来例１乃至従来例５では、食事面および健康面の情報を一元管理して、食事面および健康面の両方のアドバイスを行うことが困難であった。

また、従来技術では、試験受験者は、試験結果などに基づいた適切な学習方法のアドバイスを時間および場所を問わずに取得することが困難であった。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、質問または問題の解答に基づいて、食事および健康、ならびに学習方法の面において、各ユーザに適したアドバイスを提供する健康管理システム、健康管理方法、そのプログラム、学習指導システム、学習指導方法、およびそのプログラムを提供することを目的とする。

かかる目的を達成するため、請求項１記載の発明は、ユーザにより操作されるユーザ端末装置と、ユーザの情報を格納する顧客管理情報データベースと、健康面・食事面に関するアドバイスを提供するカウンセリング端末装置と、がネットワークを介して互いに接続されている健康管理システムであって、顧客管理情報データベースは、ユーザの健康状態を示す健康情報を格納する健康情報格納手段と、ユーザが歩いた歩数を示す歩数情報を格納する歩数情報格納手段と、を有し、カウンセリング端末装置は、健康情報格納手段により格納された健康情報と、歩数情報格納手段により格納された歩数情報と、に基づいて、ユーザに対する健康面のアドバイスおよび食事メニューを示すアドバイス情報を作成するアドバイス作成手段と、アドバイス作成手段により作成されたアドバイス情報をユーザ端末装置に送信するアドバイス送信手段と、を有することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
（第１の実施形態）
本実施形態において、健康管理システムは、あらかじめ登録を行った会員が、その日一日の歩いた歩数を携帯電話から登録し、その記録をもとに、カウンセリング担当者（カウンセラーまたはカウンセリング端末）が、会員に食事のメニューおよび健康管理の方法を提供するものである。

図１は、本発明の第１の実施形態における健康管理システムの構成を示す図である。以下、図１を用いて、本実施形態における健康管理システムの構成および動作について説明する。

健康管理システムは、ユーザ端末１と、顧客管理情報ＤＢ（データベース）２と、カウンセリング端末３と、食事メニューＤＢ（データベース）４と、スーパー情報ＤＢ（データベース）５と、配送センタＤＢ（データベース）６と、ネットワーク（インターネット）７と、を有する。

ユーザ端末１は、健康管理システムを利用する会員（ユーザ）により操作される情報処理装置であって、情報の入力機能、情報の送受信機能、インターネットへの接続機能、電子メールの送受信機能、およびＷｅｂページ／電子メール表示機能などを有する。ユーザ端末１は、携帯電話機であってもよいし、パーソナルコンピュータまたはＰＤＡ端末であってもよい。ユーザ端末１は、顧客管理情報ＤＢ２、食事メニューＤＢ４、スーパー情報ＤＢ５にアクセスし、会員の情報、食事メニューなどを得ることができる。

顧客管理情報ＤＢ２は、情報の記録装置であって、情報の送受信機能などを有する。顧客管理情報ＤＢ２は、会員の名前、住所、電話番号、年齢、および性別といったパーソナル情報と、実績歩数の記録、カウンセリングのアドバイス、会員の購入代金および商品リストなどの情報を蓄積する。

カウンセリング端末３は、健康管理システムを利用する会員に健康および食事メニューのアドバイスを行うカウンセラーにより操作される情報処理装置である。また、カウンセリング端末３は、会員情報と歩数の情報を受信機能、情報の入力機能、情報の送受信機能、インターネットへの接続機能、電子メールの送受信機能を有する。また、カウンセリング端末３は、顧客管理情報ＤＢ２に格納されている各会員の健康状態および歩いた歩数に基づいて、各会員に対する健康および食事メニューのアドバイスを示すアドバイス情報を作成する。なお、カウンセリング端末３は、パーソナルコンピュータであってもよいし、ＰＤＡ端末、または携帯電話であってもよい。

食事メニューＤＢ４は、情報の記録装置であって、情報の送受信機能などを有する。食事メニューＤＢ４は、食事のメニューリスト、および食事のメニューのレシピを、アドバイス情報をキーとして保持する。なお、食事メニューのレシピ情報には、その食事メニューの材料（食材）、作り方、およびカロリーなどに関する情報が含まれる。

スーパー情報ＤＢ５は、情報の記録装置であって、情報の送受信機能などを有する。スーパー情報ＤＢ５は、提携しているスーパーマーケット（店舗）の名前、スーパーマーケットの住所、およびスーパーマーケットで販売されている商品リスト（値段を含む）を示す情報を互いに対応付けて市町村別に保持しており、スーパーマーケットの住所と顧客の住所とのマッチングを行う。また、各スーパーマーケットの従業員などは、スーパー情報ＤＢ５に接続されている端末を用いて、商品リストなどを書き換えることができる。

配送センタＤＢ６は、店舗において販売されている商品の配送を行う配送センタが管理する情報の記録装置であって、情報の送受信機能などを有する。配送センタＤＢ６は、購入した食材の配送状況を管理するＤＢである。

顧客管理情報ＤＢ２、食事メニューＤＢ４、スーパー情報ＤＢ５、配送センタＤＢ６は、健康管理システムが有する各端末からアクセスすることができる。また、スーパー情報ＤＢ５は、スーパーマーケットに設置されている端末から、配送センタＤＢ６は、配送業者に設置されている端末から、食事メニューＤＢ４は、カウンセリング端末３よりアクセス可能である。

まず、ユーザが自身の情報を顧客管理情報ＤＢ２に登録していない場合は、健康管理システムにより提供されるネットワークサービスである医食住ネットを利用するために自身の情報を顧客管理情報ＤＢ２に新規登録する必要がある。図２は、本発明の第１の実施形態の健康管理システムにおける会員の情報の新規登録動作を示す図である。以下、図２を用いて、本実施形態における会員に係る情報の新規登録動作について説明する。

図２に示されているように、情報登録画面８上には、「１．新着情報」、「２．新規登録」、「３．登録内容変更／削除」、「４．お問い合わせ」の４つの項目が示されている。

ユーザ端末１は、「２．新規登録」を選択して、図２に示されているような、「名前」、「住所」、「電話番号」、「メールアドレス」、「年齢」、「性別」、「健康に関するアンケート」といった会員に係る情報を入力し、顧客管理情報ＤＢ２に送信してユーザの個人情報を顧客管理情報ＤＢ２に登録する。なお、「健康に関するアンケート」には、「現在の身長・体重・血圧は？」、または「現在の体調は？」などの健康に関する数項目の質問が示されており、ユーザ端末１は、上記の質問に対する答えを入力する。図２に示されているように、会員に係る情報が顧客管理情報ＤＢ２に登録されると、顧客管理情報ＤＢ２は、情報が登録された会員に対して会員番号およびパスワードを発行し、発行した会員番号およびパスワードをユーザ端末１に送信する。なお、会員番号およびパスワードは、所定の文字列を示す情報であるとしてもよい。

また、ユーザ端末１は、情報登録画面８上の「３．登録内容変更／削除」を選択し、所定の入力を行うと、すでに登録済みの会員に係る情報を変更／削除することが可能となる。
