Abstract
【課題】従来患者が病気や身体の不調を感ずる時には、専門家である医者の診断を受けて対処療法を得るのが通常であった。一方で、健康食品が多数販売されている昨今において、さまざまな健康食品で体質改善をする対象者が増えている。しかしながら現実において、従来の投薬治療や健康食品による体質改善が治療として成果が上がらないことがあった。
【解決手段】本発明は、糖尿病、老人性不眠症、肩こり、むち打ち症、胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍の治療、若返り治療を重水素減少水（スーパーライトウォーター）を飲むことによっておこなう方法である。

本発明者等は係る課題を解決するために鋭意研究したところ、糖尿病、老人性不眠症、肩こり、むち打ち症、胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍の治療、若返り治療のための重水素減少水（スーパーライトウォーター）の飲用方法を開発して、本発明を提供するものである。

すなわち本発明は、糖尿病、老人性不眠症、肩こり、むち打ち症、胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍の治療、若返り治療に最適な重水素減少水（スーパーライトウォーター）の飲用方法を特徴とする重水素減少水（スーパーライトウォーター）の飲用方法である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は重水素減少水（スーパーライトウォーター）を毎日２リットル飲むことにより２週間ぐらいで効果が表れる。

糖尿病治療の場合は、昼食を１ヶ月間は極端に少なくする必要がある。

重水素減少水（スーパーライトウォーター）を飲んでいる間は、緑茶、味噌汁など通常飲食する物に関しても重水素減少水（スーパーライトウォーター）を使用する。

本発明の発明者は、血糖値が高く、肩こりも起こしていた。そのため重水素減少水（スーパーライトウォーター）を毎日２リットル飲みつづけ、なおかつ昼食を１ヶ月間取らなかった。

２週間後ぐらいから血糖値が下記の表のように正常数値で安定した。次いで肩こりも解消した。
実験的に２日間飲用を中止した場合、就寝後４時間ほどで目が覚めてしまい熟睡できなくなってしまった。

胃に腫瘍と潰瘍ができていた７８歳の女性に１００日間飲ませた。この女性は胃が曲がっており、腫瘍と潰瘍は完治しないと医者から言われていたが、１００日後には腫瘍、潰瘍が完治した。
