Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an oil treatment method for removing an oil component in a liquid in which oil and water are mixed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a method of removing an oil component from a waste liquid, a rough collector or the like certified by a grease rough collector certification committee of the Japan Rough Collector Industry Association is used. In this rough collector, the waste liquid was once retained in the waste liquid pool, the oil component was naturally floated, separated and stored, and several times a year, all the oil components in the treatment tank were removed by suction together with the lower layer water. Further, as a device for adsorbing and separating the oil component in the waste liquid, there is also an apparatus for allowing the waste liquid to pass through a container filled with an adsorbent such as a fiber mat or the like and adsorbing and removing the oil component from the adsorbent. Was.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The method of removing the oil component from the waste liquid by the rough collector according to the above-mentioned conventional technique is required to be periodically cleaned, but the cleaning cost is high, the cleaning is apt to be neglected, and it is unsanitary. This cleaning is usually entrusted to an industrial waste disposal company, and all internal residues are collected and incinerated as industrial waste. However, it contains a large amount of water and requires a great deal of cost and energy to transport and incinerate it.
[0004]
In addition, an apparatus that removes an oil component by passing through a filter such as a fiber mat cannot effectively remove oil unless a plurality of types of filters are combined, and has a complicated structure, low processing capacity, and low cost. It was such a thing.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an oil treatment method capable of reliably removing an oil component with a simple configuration, reducing industrial waste, saving energy and reducing costs.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, a liquid in which oil and water are mixed is once stored in a processing tank, and the oil in the liquid is lifted and separated in the processing tank, and the surface of the oil floating on the liquid surface in the processing tank is separated. Then, an oil adsorbent consisting of a hydrophobic or lipophilic short fiber aggregate is sprayed to adsorb the oil onto the oil adsorbent, and then the oil adsorbent floating on the liquid surface is taken out to remove the oil. Oil treatment method. The short fiber aggregate is made of a hydrophobic or lipophilic short fiber aggregate, and is, for example, a crushed waste or used product of clothing, gloves, or other fiber products. Further, a material obtained by subjecting a fiber product surface to a rubber coating, such as a non-slip glove, may be crushed.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, one embodiment of the oil treatment method of the present invention will be described. First, the oil adsorbent used in this embodiment is obtained by crushing various clothes, gloves and other textile products waste or various used products, for example, crushing collected products of anti-slip gloves 10. is there. The material of the non-slip glove 10 is a synthetic fiber such as polyester, urethane, nylon, rayon, or acrylic, and is made of a lipophilic material. In addition, natural fibers such as cotton, hemp, wool, and silk may be appropriately mixed, but it is preferable that at least a lipophilic or hydrophobic material occupies the majority.
[0008]
When the non-slip glove 10 is used, the anti-slip portion 12 applied to the surface thereof is preferably made of natural rubber or modified rubber, but is appropriately made of synthetic rubber, NBR, MBR, acrylic, urethane, silicone rubber, vinyl chloride, or the like. Materials may be mixed. The oil adsorbent 14 made of powder obtained by crushing the non-slip glove 10 is made up of an aggregate of short fibers having a fiber length of not more than ten mm.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1, an oil treatment apparatus to which the oil treatment method of this embodiment is applied is a device into which a liquid which is drainage of a restaurant flows, and a drain pipe 20 and an outlet of the drain pipe 20 are connected. A drain tank 22 and a drain pipe 24 for sending out drain water from which oil has been removed in the drain tank 22 are provided.
[0010]
On the side of the drainage tank 22 to which the drainage pipe 20 is connected, there is provided a net 26 which is a filter member for removing solid matter of the drainage coming from the drainage pipe 20, and a treatment tank 28 for temporarily storing the drainage passing through the net 26. Have. The treatment tank 28 is provided in the drainage tank 22, and a drainage inlet 22b is formed in the bottom 22a, and a drainage outlet 22c is formed in the bottom 22a on the side opposite to the drainage inlet 22b. The treatment tank 28 is partitioned by a partition 30 in the drain tank 22. The partition 30 extends to near the upper opening of the drainage tank 22.
[0011]
A drain pool 32 is also formed on the downstream side of the drain outlet 22c of the drain tank 22, and a water intake portion 24a of the drain pipe 24 is located above the drain pool 32 to discharge drain water. The water intake part 24 a is located above the drainage of the drainage pool 32 and slightly below the drainage surface. This prevents oil from flowing into the wastewater. The water intake unit 24a may be provided with a filter unit 25 for filtering a small amount of supernatant oil, and a net or another filter may be provided in the water intake unit 24a as appropriate.
[0012]
According to the oil treatment method of this embodiment, when the wastewater of a restaurant in which oil and water are mixed flows into the drainage tank 22 from the drainage pipe 20, first, solids are separated by the net 26, and the wastewater is discharged through the drainage inlet 22b. 28 from the bottom 22a side. The wastewater is separated into oil 34 and water 36 while staying in the treatment tank 28.
[0013]
In this state, the oil 34 floating on the drainage surface can be removed. To remove the oil 34, the oil adsorbent 14 composed of a hydrophobic or lipophilic short fiber aggregate is first sprayed on the surface of the oil 34 floating on the drainage surface. Then, the oil 34 is adsorbed on the oil adsorbent 14, and thereafter, the oil adsorbent 14 that has adsorbed the oil 34 floating on the drainage surface is scraped and taken out of the treatment tank 28 to remove the oil 34.
[0014]
The drainage from which the oil 34 has been removed is stored in a drainage pool 32 on the downstream side from a drainage outlet 22c at the bottom 22a of the treatment tank 28, and is sent out from a water intake 24a of the drainage pipe 24.
[0015]
The recovered oil adsorbent 14 may be subjected to a combustion treatment after evaporating water. Moreover, you may decompose | disassemble with the microorganisms which decompose | disassemble oil.
[0016]
According to the oil treatment method of this embodiment, oil can be easily separated and adsorbed simply by spraying the oil adsorbent 14 composed of short fiber aggregates on the oil 34 floating on the surface of the treatment tank 28. Since the oil adsorbent 14 remains floating on the drainage surface, the oil adsorbent 14 can be easily taken out. Also, the method of treating the collected oil adsorbent 14 may be a combustion treatment, and can be used as a fuel. Furthermore, by decomposing using an oil-degrading microorganism, the burden on the environment can be further reduced during treatment.
[0017]
In addition, the short fiber aggregate used as the oil adsorbent can be made of any suitable material, as long as it is a fiber made of a material that easily absorbs oil, such as clothing and other textile product waste, used goods and fiber. Scraps and other scraps generated in the production process can be appropriately used.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the oil processing method of this invention, adsorption | suction and collection | recovery of oil can be easily performed without depending on suction etc. Moreover, the textiles which become an industrial waste can be used effectively as an oil adsorbent. In addition, the generation of harmful gases can also be suppressed by appropriately burning the recovered oil. Furthermore, other treatment methods, for example, treatment with microorganisms are also possible and can be efficiently recovered, so that an effective treatment can be appropriately performed. Further, the recovery cost is low, and it can be used regardless of the amount of treated wastewater.
