Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an evaporator that instantaneously evaporates various liquids such as water and fuel by a heating gas.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional evaporator, a large number of plate fins are arranged side by side with small gaps, a plurality of circular tubes are penetrated therethrough, and the penetrating portions are heat-conductively fixed. Then, a high-temperature heating fluid such as superheated steam is circulated in the tube, and the liquid is sprayed or sprayed on the outer surface of the tube and the fin side to evaporate the liquid instantaneously.
Further, instead of the combination of the circular tube and the plate fin, a flat tube and a corrugated fin may be combined to flow a high-temperature heating gas through the flat tube.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The evaporator as described above, when the flow rate of the liquid to be sprayed is large, or when the fin surface temperature is low such as at the beginning of operation of the evaporator, the liquid sprayed on the surface of the plate fins or corrugated fins, It may be spherical due to its surface tension. Then, the heat exchange between the fin and the liquid decreases, and the pressure loss of the fluid on the fin side increases.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to eliminate such a drawback.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention according to claim 1 has a plurality of flat tubes (2) arranged in parallel with each other and through which a heating fluid (1) flows, and a plurality of flat tubes (2) arranged between adjacent flat tubes (2). And a corrugated fin (3).
On the surface of the corrugated fin (3), a number of fine grooves (4) for diffusing droplets are formed.
This is an evaporator in which the liquid to be evaporated (5) is supplied to the outer surface side of the corrugated fin (3) and the flat tube (2).
[0005]
The present invention described in claim 2 is based on claim 1,
The evaporator is configured such that the long axis of the cross section of the flat tube (2) and the width direction of the corrugated fin (3) are located in the direction of gravity, and the liquid (5) is sprayed or sprayed on their outer surfaces. is there.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a main part of an evaporator of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a corrugated fin 3 used in the evaporator, and FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view thereof.
This evaporator is fitted to a number of flat tubes 2 arranged in parallel, corrugated fins 3 brazed and fixed between them, a casing 6 through which each flat tube 2 passes, and both ends of the casing 6. And a pair of gas headers 7. A plurality of branch pipes 10 communicating with the liquid header 9 are protruded above the evaporator, and each branch pipe 10 is provided with a nozzle 11.
[0007]
The flat tube 2 has an inner fin 12 provided therein, and the major axes of the cross sections are arranged in parallel in the direction of gravity. At the same time, the width direction of the corrugated fin 3 is located in the direction of gravity. On the surface of the corrugated fin 3, a number of grooves 4 for diffusing liquid droplets are formed as shown in FIGS. That is, in this example, a large number of grooves 4 are arranged in the width direction of the corrugated fin 3.
The corrugated fin 3 has a plate thickness of about 0.2 mm as an example, and grooves 0.1 having a depth of about 0.1 mm are lined up innumerably.
2 and 3 are schematic diagrams, and the number of grooves 4 is formed as much as possible.
[0008]
Next, one end of a pipe 8 communicates with each of the pair of gas headers 7. A heating gas or superheated steam is supplied as heating fluid 1 to one gas header 7 via the pipe 8, flows through each flat tube 2, and flows out from the other gas header 7. Then, water, fuel, or the like is supplied to the liquid header 9 as the liquid 5, and the liquid 5 is sprayed or sprayed from the respective nozzles 11 onto the outer surface of the flat tube 2 and the surface of the corrugated fin 3. Then, the liquid 5 is immediately diffused due to the presence of the groove 4 as shown in FIG. The evaporator is guided outside through a duct (not shown).
[0009]
Next, FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the corrugated fin 3 of the evaporator of the present invention. In this embodiment, an infinite number of grooves 4 are formed on the surface of the corrugated fin 3 in a V-shape. In this manner, the droplet 13 can be reliably held in the groove 4 and can be prevented from flowing downward.
Next, FIG. 7 is a schematic perspective view of a corrugated fin 3 used in still another evaporator of the present invention. In this example, an infinite number of grooves 4 are formed in a cross shape on the surface of the corrugated fin 3.
The grooves 4 can be formed at the same time when the corrugated fins 3 are formed by forming a large number of ridges on the surfaces of a pair of fin rolls for forming the corrugated fins 3.
[0010]
[Action and Effect of the Invention]
In the evaporator of the present invention, since many fine grooves 4 for droplet diffusion are formed on the surface of the corrugated fin 3, the droplets 13 attached to the surface of the corrugated fin 3 are diffused in the plane direction. In addition, the heating fluid 1 allows efficient and immediate evaporation.
In the above configuration, the long axis of the cross section of the flat tube 2 and the width direction of the corrugated fin 3 are positioned in the direction of gravity, and the liquid 5 can be sprayed or sprayed on the outer surfaces thereof. In this case, the liquid can be more efficiently evaporated.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an evaporator according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a corrugated fin 3 used in the evaporator.
FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the corrugated fin 3;
FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing an attached state of a droplet 13 on a conventional corrugated fin 3;
FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing a state of attachment of droplets 13 of the evaporator of the present invention.
