Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic which has an excellent ultraviolet absorbing effect and is easy to handle.
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, skin cosmetics for protecting skin from ultraviolet rays include ultraviolet scattering agents such as zinc oxide and titanium oxide and / or benzophenone-based compounds, cinnamic acid-based compounds, and salicylic acid for the purpose of also having a sunscreen effect. Ultraviolet absorbers such as system compounds are often used.
[0003]
However, many ultraviolet scattering agents exhibit sedimentation and coagulation over time, and thus have a problem such as a reduction in the effect of preventing ultraviolet light. On the other hand, many UV absorbers exhibit an unpleasant touch or skin irritation due to their strong oiliness, and a unique unpleasant odor, and have disadvantages in handling.
[0004]
Further, in conventional skin cosmetics such as sunscreens, the solid components of the cosmetics remain on the skin, causing a phenomenon called so-called "white residue", which is not preferable from the viewpoint of aesthetics. It was pointed out.
[0005]
Thus, in the art, there is a long-awaited demand for skin cosmetics that are excellent in handleability, such as exhibiting a smooth skin feel while maintaining an ultraviolet protection effect on the skin.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been completed after diligent research by the present inventors in view of the above problems, and the gist of the present invention is that 2,4,6-tris [4- (2-ethylhexyloxy) Carbonyl) anilino] -1,3,5-triazine, salicylic acid-based ultraviolet absorbing compound, cinnamic acid-based ultraviolet absorbing compound and alcohol.
[0007]
According to the above configuration of the present invention, there is provided a transparent skin cosmetic composition which is excellent in handleability, such as exhibiting a smooth skin feel while maintaining an ultraviolet protection effect on the skin.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0009]
Used in the skin cosmetic of the present invention, 2,4,6-tris [4- (2-ethylhexyl oxycarbonyl) anilino] -1,3,5-triazine (C 48 H 66 N 6 O 6; hereinafter, ""Octyltriazone") has the following chemical formula:

The amount of benzoylmethane to be added to the skin cosmetic is not particularly limited as long as it has a predetermined ultraviolet absorbing effect, and is about 0.1% of the skin cosmetic which can sufficiently expect the ultraviolet (UVA) absorbing effect. An amount of 1% to about 5% by weight, preferably about 0.5% to about 1.0% by weight is used.
[0022]
Similarly, in the skin cosmetic of the present invention, an oily component, a surfactant, a humectant, a thickener, a pigment, a fragrance, etc., in addition to the essential components, as long as the essential ultraviolet ray absorbing action is not impaired. Can be further added.

The higher alcohols include lauryl alcohol, cetanol, stearyl alcohol, oleyl alcohol and the like.
[0024]
As the surfactant, any of a cationic surfactant, an anionic surfactant, and a nonionic surfactant can be applied to the skin cosmetic of the present invention as long as they do not adversely affect human skin. Among these surfactants, specifically, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, sodium lauryl sulfate, polyoxyethylene glyceryl pyroglutamate isostearate, sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate, polyoxyethylene (10) stearyl ether, dialkyl sulfosuccinic acid, Cetylpyridinium bromide, n-octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride, monoalkylphosphoric acid, N-acylglutamic acid, sucrose fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monostearate, sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl sulfate, polyoxyethylene reduced lanolin, etc. There is.
