Description

【0001】
【0011】

Figure 2004049282

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elastic belt for training, and more particularly, to training for pulling and strengthening to increase auxiliary muscle strength with high safety, which is easy to grip, odorless, rich in elasticity, strong in pulling and hard to break. For elastic belts
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various devices and tools have been used for body training. For example, there are a training machine, a running machine, a barbell, a dumbbell, an abdominal abdomen, and the like for performing a bicycle rowing exercise as indoor-type training equipment. There are also devices that use an elastic member such as a spring or rubber to attach muscles by simple reciprocating linear motion or reciprocating rotary motion.
The above devices are not only installed in specialized facilities such as training centers, but also for home use, but they are expensive and take up space, so it is not something that ordinary people can easily purchase and use . In addition, these devices and equipment are mainly used to train large muscles such as the pectoralis major, latissimus dorsi, abdominal muscles, biceps, and thigh muscles, and small muscles such as shoulders, arms, and legs (hereinafter, It is not enough to train small muscles).
Training the small muscles described above among the muscles is regarded as important for preventing athletes from obstructing each sport, and is also required to prevent muscle strength loss due to bedridden and elderly. I have. In order to train small muscles, rubber rubber bands and tubes are used as inexpensive and easy-to-use tools at home, and training is performed using the elasticity of rubber.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, rubber bands and tubes used for conventional strength training are weak against tension due to the hardening of the plasticizer over time, and tend to break due to reduced elasticity, and are safe over time. There is a problem that the property also decreases.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and is easy to grasp, odorless, strong in elasticity, hard to break, and sufficiently durable for repeated use. An object of the present invention is to provide a training elastic belt for tensile training for increasing the strength of auxiliary muscles.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a belt-shaped thermoplastic soft compound formed in a flat shape, and has a hardness of 5 to 20 and an elongation of 1,500% or more. The present invention relates to a training elastic belt.
The invention according to claim 2 relates to the training elastic belt according to claim 1, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the belt cross section are flat and both side surfaces are curved outward.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a training elastic belt according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a training elastic belt (1) according to the present invention is wound, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the training elastic belt (1). 3 and 4 show examples of a training method using the training elastic belt (1).
[0006]
The elastic belt for training according to the present invention (hereinafter, simply referred to as an elastic belt) is a belt-shaped thermoplastic soft compound formed into a flat shape as shown in FIG. Is 7 to 12, and the elongation is 1,500% or more. If the hardness is less than 5, the elastic belt becomes too soft, and it is not preferable because it is impossible to perform appropriate training for body training. If the hardness is more than 20, the training itself becomes difficult for bedridden and elderly people. It is not preferable because it is difficult to carry out continuously. In addition, since the elongation percentage is 1,500% or more, it is hardly broken even when pulled during training.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 2, the cross section of the elastic belt has a curved surface shape in which upper and lower surfaces are flat and both side surfaces are curved outward. By making both sides of the elastic belt curved surfaces and eliminating corners, the elastic belt fits the hand when grasped, and the belt is less likely to be broken even by repeated bending.
The thickness and width of the belt cross section are not particularly limited, but the thickness (L1) is 5 to 30 mm, preferably about 10 mm, and the width (L2) is 30 to 70 mm, preferably about 40 mm. . If the thickness is less than 5 mm, the elastic belt becomes thin when pulled, so that it may slip out of the hand, which is not preferable. If the thickness is more than 30 mm, it is too thick to hold easily and is not suitable for training small muscles. Absent. Also, if the width is shorter than 30 mm, it is not preferable because it may slip out of the hand when pulled, and if it is longer than 70 mm, it does not match the size of the hand, so it is not possible to train the muscles that you want to train effectively. Not preferred.
[0008]
Commercially available thermoplastic soft compounds preferably used in the present invention include, for example, KTY-100 (trade name, manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd.), KTY-100-B (trade name, manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd.), KTY-110 -A (trade name, manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd.) and the like.
[0009]
Further, the elastic belt for training according to the present invention has a thickness suitable for the palm when gripped by the hand, and thus is suitable for training of grip strength. In addition, the elastic belt has fine irregularities on its surface and sticks to the hand, so that it does not slip and does not have stickiness after touching the hand.
[0010]
Table 1 below shows the physical properties of the elastic belts of Examples 1 to 3 having hardness of 7, 10 and 12 for the training elastic belt according to the present invention.
[0011]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004049282
(* 1: No breakage occurred within the capacity of the testing machine)
[0012]
As can be seen from Table 1, the elastic belt for training according to the present invention has a hardness of 5 to 20, and is therefore very soft and elastic. In addition, since the elongation is 1,500% or more, it is excellent in elasticity. Regarding the tensile strength, since no breakage occurred within the capacity of the tester, it was found that the tensile resistance was excellent and excellent. In addition, since the specific gravity is smaller than 1, it is lightweight, and there is no change in hardness with respect to a temperature change, so that it is not affected by a temperature change.
[0013]
The method of using the elastic belt for training according to the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, an end of the elastic belt having an arbitrary length is fixed, and the other end is gripped or a part of the body. You can strengthen the muscle of the part you want to train by fixing it to and repeatedly pulling it. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the elastic belt having an arbitrary length can be extended and contracted by grasping both ends thereof. Alternatively, the end of the elastic belt or the elastic belt may be cut and gripped so as to fit the size of the palm, and the gripping force of the hand may be increased.
[0014]
The elastic belt may be used alone, or two or more elastic belts may be used. When two or more are used, the strength is increased, so that the training level can be increased and the muscles can be strengthened.
[0015]
Since the elastic belt can be cut into any length and used, it is convenient to carry as a portable device, and when it is wound, it becomes compact and does not take up a storage space.
[0016]
Further, since the elastic belt can be washed with water and has excellent water resistance, the elasticity and elongation of the belt are not reduced by washing with water.
[0017]
The elastic belt for training according to the present invention is used not only for the purpose of training muscles for people who play sports, bedridden people, elderly people, etc., but also for nursing, cushioning materials, protective materials, etc. A multifunctional belt that can be used for a variety of applications.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the invention according to claim 1 is a belt-shaped thermoplastic soft compound formed in a flat shape, and has a hardness of 5 to 20 and an elongation of 1,500% or more. Therefore, it is possible to provide a training elastic belt that is odorless, has high elasticity, is strong in pulling, hardly breaks, and has sufficient durability for repeated use.
[0019]
The invention according to claim 2 is the training elastic belt according to claim 1, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the belt cross section are flat and both side surfaces are curved outward. It is easy to absorb, it is hard to break, and it can provide a high-strength training elastic belt for tension training to increase the strength of auxiliary muscles, it can be wound up compactly, and it is convenient to store and carry without taking up space Yes, it has a good thickness when grasped by hand, so it can be used effectively for gripping training.
