【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は中古パソコン売買仲介システム及びその方法に関し、特に通信ネットワーク上で行われる中古パソコン売買仲介システム及びその方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の中古パソコン売買仲介システム及びその方法では、一般的には、個人ユーザが中古パソコンを売却する場合、中古パソコンを売却しようとする上記個人ユーザが、直接売却しようとする中古パソコンを中古パソコンの買取り業者の店頭に持って行って業者の査定値段で買取ってもらい、中古パソコンを買取った業者が、その中古パソコンに設定されているデータを初期化して、中古パソコンを買いに来た客に店頭で販売するという方法で中古パソコンの売買が行われてきた。

しかし、業者が中古パソコンを買取ってから再販売する上記の売買方法では、パソコンの商品ライフサイクルが短かいため、買取ったパソコンが不良在庫になって発生する保管費用が経営を圧迫する恐れがあった。

近年は、特開２００１−３２５４８２号公報、あるいは特開２００２−７７６６号公報に示されているように、ネットワークを利用した商品の売買仲介方法が開発されており、この商品売買仲介方法は下記に述べるように、上述した店頭での中古パソコン売買の場合と異なり、売買仲介業者には販売対象商品の不良在庫問題は発生せず、不良在庫による保管費用に関しては問題のない方法である。このような方法で、個人ユーザ（売手ユーザ）が例えば、中古パソコンを売却する場合には、売手ユーザであるその個人ユーザは、インターネットを利用して、インターネット上に設けられた、商品売買の仲介業者のＷｅｂページにアクセスし、前記仲介業者によって設けられたサーバに、売却しようとしている中古パソコンについての売却価格や性能等に関する情報を登録し、その仲介業者のＷｅｂページ上で公開してもらうことにより、買手のユーザが現れるのを待って売却することができるようになってきている。

また、中古パソコンの上記売手ユーザである個人ユーザの場合と同様に、中古パソコンを購入しようとする個人の買手ユーザの場合も、インターネットを利用して、上記仲介業者によって設けられたサーバに、購入しようとしている中古パソコンについての購入価格や性能等に関する情報を登録し、その中古パソコンの仲介業者のホームページ上で公開してもらうことにより、売手ユーザが現れるのを待って購入することができるようになってきている。

上記のように、売手ユーザあるいは買手ユーザが仲介業者のサーバに登録して買手ユーザあるいは売手ユーザを待つのではなく、特開２００１−３０６８５６号公報に示されているように、インターネット上で商品の売手ユーザが、Ｗｅｂページなどを活用して売却しようとする商品情報を提示し、それを見た購入希望者である買手ユーザの中から最っとも高い値段を提示した買手ユーザが売手ユーザから選択されてその商品を購入するという方法、すなわち、インターネットを介して複数のユーザ端末と接続され、ユーザ端末を介して売手ユーザからの商品情報と買手ユーザからの購入条件を受け付けて行われるオークションによる商品の売買も行われており、このようなオークションによる中古パソコンの売買も可能になっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の中古パソコン売買仲介システム及びその方法では、購入した中古パソコンの実物に買手ユーザが接して見て、初めて、購入した中古パソコンの実物の機能・性能等が、仲介業者のＷｅｂで確認した機能・性能等と相違していることに気付くというようなトラブルが発生することがあるという欠点を有していた。

また、売手ユーザが気が付かずに、中古パソコンに入力されているデータの初期化をすることなく業者または買手ユーザに売却してしまい、さらに、売手ユーザから買取った業者も中古パソコンを買い取った後、その中古パソコンに入力されているデータの初期化を行うことなく店頭に並べて再販売してしまうようなときには、上記売手ユーザのプライベート情報が中古パソコンを購入した買手ユーザに漏れて、売手ユーザのプライバシーが侵されてしまうような恐れがあるという欠点を有していた。

本発明の目的は、上記の諸問題を解決するため、買手ユーザが購入した中古パソコンの実物の機能・性能等が仲介業者のホームページで確認した機能・性能に相違するようなことがなく、また、買手ユーザに売手ユーザのプライベート情報が漏れるような事態を防ぐことができる中古パソコン売買仲介システム及びその方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第１の発明の中古パソコン売買仲介システムは、通信ネットワークを介して複数のユーザ端末と接続され、前記ユーザ端末を使用して中古パソコンの売却を希望する売手ユーザと中古パソコンの購入を希望する買手ユーザとの間の売買を仲介する中古パソコン売買仲介システムにおいて、前記売却対象の中古パソコン上で動作させることにより売却対象の中古パソコンの機器情報を前記売却対象の中古パソコンから取得するためのパソコン機器情報取得プログラムを格納するプログラム格納手段と、前記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを前記プログラム格納手段から読出して前記ユーザ端末にダウンロードするプログラムダウンロード手段とを備えたサーバを前記通信ネットワーク上に設け、前記売手ユーザが前記売却対象の中古パソコンの売買の仲介時の登録の際に用いる前記売却対象の中古パソコンの機器情報として、あらかじめ前記サーバからダウンロードした前記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムにより取得しておいた機器情報を使用し、かつ、前記売却対象の中古パソコンは、前記売却対象の中古パソコンを購入する前記買手ユーザに配送される前に、前記中古パソコンに入力されているデータを初期化する処置を行ってから配送されることを特徴として構成される。

また、第２の発明の中古パソコン売買仲介システムは、通信ネットワークを介して複数のユーザ端末と接続され、前記ユーザ端末を使用して中古パソコンの売却を希望する売手ユーザと中古パソコンの購入を希望する買手ユーザとの間の売買を仲介する中古パソコン売買仲介システムにおいて、前記通信ネットワーク上に、前記売却対象の中古パソコン上で動作させることにより売却対象の中古パソコンの機器情報を前記売却対象の中古パソコンから取得するためのパソコン機器情報取得プログラムを格納するプログラム格納手段と、前記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを前記プログラム格納手段から読出して前記ユーザ端末にダウンロードするプログラムダウンロード手段とを備えたサーバを設け、前記サーバは、前記サーバから前記売手ユーザの前記ユーザ端末にダウンロードされた前記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムにより取得した機器情報を含む売却パソコン情報を前記売手ユーザの前記ユーザ端末から入力され、前記売却パソコン情報をデータベースに格納して登録し、中古パソコンの購入を希望する買手ユーザが前記買手ユーザのユーザ端末から、前記データベースに格納された前記売却パソコン情報を検索して自分が購入を希望する中古パソコンを検索して前記サーバに購入手続を入力し、かつ、前記売却対象の中古パソコンは、前記売却対象の中古パソコンを購入する前記買手ユーザに配送される前に、前記中古パソコンに入力されているデータを初期化する処置を行ってから配送されることを特徴として構成される。

また、第３の発明の中古パソコン売買仲介システムは、通信ネットワークを介して複数のユーザ端末と接続され、前記ユーザ端末を使用して中古パソコンの売却を希望する売手ユーザと中古パソコンの購入を希望する買手ユーザとの間の売買を仲介する中古パソコン売買仲介システムにおいて、前記通信ネットワーク上に、前記売却対象の中古パソコン上で動作させることにより売却対象の中古パソコンの機器情報を前記売却対象の中古パソコンから取得するためのパソコン機器情報取得プログラムを格納するプログラム格納手段と、前記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを前記プログラム格納手段から読出して前記ユーザ端末にダウンロードするプログラムダウンロード手段とを備えたサーバを設け、前記サーバは、前記買手ユーザが購入を希望する中古パソコンの機器情報を含む購入パソコン情報を前記買手ユーザの前記ユーザ端末から入力されて前記購入パソコン情報をデータベースに格納して登録し、中古パソコンの売却を希望する売手ユーザが前記売手ユーザのユーザ端末を使用して、前記データベースに格納された前記購入パソコン情報を検索して前記売手ユーザが売却を希望する相手としての中古パソコンの購入者を検索し、さらに前記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを使用して前記売手ユーザが売却を希望する中古パソコンの機器情報を取得して取得した前記中古パソコンの機器情報を含む売却パソコン情報をパソコン売却申込情報として前記売手ユーザのユーザ端末から入力し、かつ、前記売却対象の中古パソコンは、前記売却対象の中古パソコンを購入する前記買手ユーザに配送される前に、前記中古パソコンに入力されているデータを初期化する処置を行ってから配送されることを特徴として構成される。

また、第４の発明の中古パソコン売買仲介システムにおける仲介方法は、通信ネットワークを介して複数のユーザ端末と接続され、前記ユーザ端末を使用して中古パソコンの売却を希望する売手ユーザと中古パソコンの購入を希望する買手ユーザとの間の売買を仲介する中古パソコンの売買仲介方法において、前記通信ネットワーク上に、前記売却対象の中古パソコン上で動作させることにより売却対象の中古パソコンの機器情報を前記売却対象の中古パソコンから取得するためのパソコン機器情報取得プログラムを格納するプログラム格納手段と、前記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを前記プログラム格納手段から読出して前記ユーザ端末にダウンロードするプログラムダウンロード手段とを備えたサーバを設け、（Ａ）前記売手ユーザが前記ユーザ端末により前記中古パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを前記サーバから前記売手ユーザのユーザ端末にダウンロードする第１の手順、（Ｂ）前記売手ユーザが前記第１の手順でダウンロードした前記中古パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを使用して売却対象の中古パソコンの機器情報を取得する第２の手順、（Ｃ）前記売手ユーザが売却を希望する中古パソコンの、前記第２の手順で取得した機器情報を含む売却パソコン情報を前記売手ユーザの前記ユーザ端末から入力し前記サーバに登録する第３の手順、（Ｄ）前記買手ユーザが前記買手ユーザのユーザ端末を使用して前記売却パソコン情報の検索を行う第４の手順、（Ｅ）前記第４の手順で検索した、前記買手ユーザが購入を希望する中古パソコンを対象として、前記買手ユーザが前記ユーザ端末により売却中古パソコンの購入の申込みを前記サーバに登録する第５の手順、（Ｆ）前記サーバが前記第１の手順で前記売却パソコン情報を登録した前記売手ユーザの中古パソコンに対する購入者としての決定を行う第６の手順、（Ｇ）前記第６の手順で決定した購入者の中古パソコンの買手ユーザへの売手ユーザからの引渡し及びその代金の支払い処理を行う第７の手順、を有し、前記売却対象の中古パソコンは、前記売却対象の中古パソコンを購入する前記買手ユーザに配送される前に、前記中古パソコンに入力されているデータを初期化する処置を行ってから配送されることを特徴として構成される。

また、第５の発明の中古パソコン売買仲介システムにおける仲介方法は、通信ネットワークを介して複数のユーザ端末と接続され、前記ユーザ端末を使用して中古パソコンの売却を希望する売手ユーザと中古パソコンの購入を希望する買手ユーザとの間の売買を仲介する中古パソコンの売買仲介方法において、前記通信ネットワーク上に、前記売却対象の中古パソコン上で動作させることにより売却対象の中古パソコンの機器情報を前記売却対象の中古パソコンから取得するためのパソコン機器情報取得プログラムを格納するプログラム格納手段と、前記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを前記プログラム格納手段から読出して前記ユーザ端末にダウンロードするプログラムダウンロード手段とを備えたサーバを設け、（Ａ）前記買手ユーザが購入を希望する中古パソコンの機器情報を含む購入パソコン情報を前記買手ユーザの前記ユーザ端末から入力し前記サーバのデータベースに登録する第１の手順、（Ｂ）前記売手ユーザが前記売手ユーザのユーザ端末を使用して、前記購入パソコン情報が登録されたデータベースで自己の中古パソコンと同じか同等のパソコンの検索を行う第２の手順、（Ｃ）前記売手ユーザが前記ユーザ端末により前記中古パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを前記サーバから前記売手ユーザのユーザ端末にダウンロードを行う第３の手順、（Ｄ）前記売手ユーザが前記第３の手順でダウンロードした前記中古パソコン機器情報取得プログラムを使用して売却対象の中古パソコンの機器情報を取得する第４の手順、（Ｅ）前記売手ユーザが前記第４の手順で取得した機器情報を含む売却パソコン情報を前記サーバに入力し、前記第２の手順で検索した中古パソコンに該当するパソコンとして、自分の中古パソコンの売却の申込みを前記サーバに登録する第５の手順、（Ｆ）第５の手順での中古パソコンの売却の申込みに対して、前記サーバが前記第１の手順で前記購入パソコン情報を登録された前記買手ユーザに対する売却者の決定を行う第６の手順、（Ｇ）前記第６の手順決定した売却者の中古パソコンの売手ユーザから買手ユーザへの引渡し及びその代金の支払い処理を行う第７の手順、を有し、前記売却対象の中古パソコンは、前記売却対象の中古パソコンを購入する前記買手ユーザに配送される前に、前記中古パソコンに入力されているデータを初期化する処置を行ってから配送されることを特徴として構成される。

図１に示す中古パソコン売買仲介システムは、売買の仲介業者が管理するサーバ装置１ａと、不要になった中古パソコンを所持し、この中古パソコンの売却を希望してサーバ装置１ａに登録するユーザ（売手ユーザ）が、インターネット４（通信ネットワーク）を介して上記サーバ装置１ａにアクセスするために使用する複数の端末２ａ〜２ｂと、売手ユーザにより売却のためにサーバ装置１ａに登録されている中古パソコンの購入を希望するユーザ（買手ユーザ）が、インターネット４を介して上記サーバ装置１ａにアクセスするために使用する複数の端末３ａ〜３ｂとを備えて構成される。

図１に示す中古パソコン売買仲介システムは、図１に示すインターネット４上に開設された仲介業者のＷｅｂホームページに、売手ユーザが売却したい中古パソコンを登録し、Ｗｅｂホームページ上で公開された売手ユーザの売却希望の上記中古パソコンの中から、買手ユーザが、購入しようと思っている中古パソコンと同じかあるいは同等のパソコンを検索により見つけ出し、見つけ出したその中古パソコンの購入の申込みを行うことで、仲介業者による中古パソコンの仲介取引が行われる。

上述したように、サーバ装置１ａは、パソコンで動作させることによって、そのパソコンの有する、上述した機器情報を出力させることができるプログラムであるパソコン機器情報取得プログラムを保持しているので、売手ユーザの端末２ａ〜２ｂからの要求によってサーバ装置１ａから売手ユーザの端末２ａ〜２ｂに上記プログラムをダウンロードすることができる。すなわち、売手ユーザは、端末２ａ〜２ｂによってサーバ装置１ａから上記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムをダウンロードし、売却しようとしている中古パソコンで動作させることで、サーバ装置１ａに登録する必要のある、売却希望の中古パソコンの機器情報を容易に取得することができる。

なお、上述したパソコン機器情報取得プログラムは、パソコン製造メーカの機種に対応して、また、パソコンに使用されているＯＳ（オペレーティング・システム）の違いに対応して複数種類のプログラムが用意される。

また、売手ユーザの端末２ａ〜２ｂと買手ユーザの端末３ａ〜３ｂは、インターネット４に接続が可能な市販のパソコンが使用される。

図３及び図４は、図２に示すサーバ装置１ａを備えた中古パソコン売買仲介システムにおける中古パソコンの売買の仲介方法の手順を示す流れ図である。

図１に示す中古パソコン売買仲介システムにおいて、中古パソコンの仲介業者は、サーバ装置１ａにより中古パソコン売買のためのＷｅｂホームページをインターネット４上で開設してＷｅｂホームページに、中古パソコンの売手ユーザと買手ユーザとの間の売買仲介上の取り決め手順等の説明の閲覧画面を掲載し、さらに、売手ユーザに対するサービスとして、売手ユーザが売却しようとしている中古パソコンの機器情報を取得するためのパソコン機器情報取得プログラムについての説明の閲覧画面、そのパソコン機器情報取得プログラムをダウンロードする手順等の説明の閲覧画面、売手ユーザが中古パソコンの売却希望の登録をサーバ装置１ａに行うときに、売手ユーザが入力することを要求される、売手ユーザの個人情報や売却を希望する中古パソコンの機器情報及び売却価格情報等を含む売却パソコン情報についての説明の閲覧画面、及び売却中古パソコンのための登録手順等の説明の閲覧画面を掲載する。

また、中古パソコンの仲介業者は、中古パソコンの買手ユーザに対するサービスとして、売手ユーザから売却の希望があり中古パソコンとしてＷｅｂホームページに登録されているパソコンの情報の検索についての説明の閲覧画面、検索手順等の閲覧画面、買手ユーザが検索した中古パソコンの購入申込の登録をサーバ装置１ａに行うときに、買手ユーザが入力することを要求される、買手ユーザの個人情報、及び購入を希望する中古パソコンの機器情報を含むパソコン購入申込情報についての説明の閲覧画面、及び上記購入申込の登録手順等の説明の閲覧画面を掲載する（図３のＳ１：Ｓはステップを示す）。

ここで、端末２ａを所有するユーザが、所持している中古パソコンの売却を希望する売手ユーザであるものとする。この売手ユーザは、端末２ａを使用して仲介業者のＷｅｂホームページにアクセスし、Ｗｅｂホームページに掲載される中古パソコン売買仲介の案内画面を閲覧し（Ｓ２）、売却希望の中古パソコンの機器情報を取得するためのパソコン機器情報取得プログラムのダウンロード要求をサーバ装置１ａに行う（Ｓ３）。

売手ユーザの端末２ａからプログラムのダウンロード要求を受けたサーバ装置１ａの制御部２５ａは、パソコン機器情報取得プログラム格納部１４から、売手ユーザが指定した、売却希望の中古パソコンの機種に対応したパソコン機器情報取得プログラムを読み出して端末２ａにダウンロードする（Ｓ４）。

売手ユーザは、サーバ装置１ａのＷｅｂホームページからダウンロードしたパソコン機器情報取得プログラムを売却希望の中古パソコンで実行することにより、その中古パソコンの製造メーカ、機種名、主要機能・性能、機器構成及び付属品等を示す機器情報を取得しリスト化する（Ｓ５）。

そして、売手ユーザは、端末２ａによって仲介業者のＷｅｂホームページにアクセスし、中古パソコンの売却希望の登録を行うために、自分の住所、氏名、連絡先などの個人情報と、上記パソコン機器情報取得プログラムの使用で取得しリスト化した中古パソコンの機器情報と、自分が希望する売却価格などの価格条件を示す売却価格情報とをサーバ装置１ａに入力する（Ｓ６）。

サーバ装置１ａの制御部２５ａは、端末２ａから入力された個人情報と中古パソコンの機器情報と売却価格情報とを売却パソコン情報として売却パソコン情報登録部２１に渡す。売却パソコン情報登録部２１は、端末２ａから入力されたリスト化された機器情報については、複数の中古パソコンの中から、中古パソコンの機器情報をキーワードにして買手ユーザが希望する中古パソコンが容易に検索できるように、中古パソコンの機器情報をデータベース１３ａに格納して登録する。

また、売却パソコン情報登録部２１は、売手ユーザによって登録された売却価格に対して、仲介業者の所定のマージンを加算して仲介業者の販売売価を販売価格情報として設定し、設定した販売価格情報を上記機器情報に関連させてデータベース１３ａに格納し登録する。制御部２５ａは、登録された機器情報及び販売価格情報をＷｅｂホームページ上に公開する。また、売却パソコン情報登録部２１は、売手ユーザの個人情報については、非公開情報として機器情報及び販売価格情報に関連させてデータベース１３ａに格納し登録する（Ｓ７）。

一方、登録された中古パソコンの中から自分の希望するパソコンを選び購入を希望するユーザが、例えば端末３ａを使用する買手ユーザである場合、この買手ユーザは、端末３ａを使用して仲介業者のＷｅｂホームページにアクセスし、Ｗｅｂホームページに掲載される中古パソコン売買仲介の案内画面を閲覧し（Ｓ８）、次に、この買手ユーザは、端末３ａを使用しＷｅｂホームページを介して、サーバ装置１ａのデータベース１３ａに格納された、上記の売却希望の中古パソコンの機器情報及び販売価格情報の検索操作を行うことにより、サーバ装置１ａでは、制御部２５ａの指示により売却パソコン情報検索部２２が、データベース１３ａに格納された、上記の売却希望の中古パソコンの機器情報及び販売価格情報の検索を行う。買手ユーザは、自分が希望する購入価格に近い販売価格の中古パソコンの検索を行ったり、あるいは機器情報に含まれる各種の条件を指定して、例えば中古パソコンに搭載されているプロセッサ性能などを指定して検索を行い、自分の希望した条件に沿った中古パソコンを選ぶ（Ｓ９）。

買手ユーザは、上記検索の結果、自分の希望した条件に沿った中古パソコンを選ぶことができたときに、自分の個人情報と、購入しようとしている希望の中古パソコンの機器情報とを端末３ａからサーバ装置１ａにパソコン購入申込情報として入力する。なお、買手ユーザは、Ｗｅｂホームページ上で検索した中古パソコンの売却パソコン情報には含まれないもので自分が必要と思う、例えばＯＳやアプリケーション・プログラム等のプログラムについて追加すべきものがあるか否かをチェックし、追加すべきプログラムがあるときには、それらのプログラムのインストールなどの、仲介業者に実施してもらう事項をオプションの依頼事項として、上記購入しようとしている中古パソコンの機器情報と一緒に登録する（図４のＳ１０）。

一方、登録された中古パソコンの中から、自分の所有している中古パソコンと同じか同程度のパソコンを検索し、そのパソコンの購入を希望する買手ユーザに自分の中古パソコンを売却しようとしているユーザが、例えば端末２ｂを使用する売手ユーザである場合、この売手ユーザは、端末２ｂを使用して仲介業者のＷｅｂホームページにアクセスし、Ｗｅｂホームページに掲載される中古パソコン売買仲介の案内画面を閲覧する（Ｓ２５）。

次に、この売手ユーザが、端末２ｂを使用しＷｅｂホームページを介して、サーバ装置１ｂのデータベース１３ｂに格納された、買手ユーザによって登録された、買手ユーザの購入したい中古パソコンの機器情報及び購入価格情報の検索操作を行うことにより、サーバ装置１ｂでは、制御部２５ｂの指示により購入パソコン情報検索部３２がデータベース１３ｂに格納された、上記中古パソコンの機器情報及び購入価格情報の検索を行う。売手ユーザは、自分の考えている売却価格に近い購入価格の中古パソコンの検索を行ったり、あるいは機器情報に含まれる各種の条件を指定して、例えば中古パソコンに搭載されているプロセッサ性能などを指定して検索を行い、自分の希望した条件に沿った中古パソコンを選択する（Ｓ２６）。

以上説明したように、本発明の中古パソコンの売買仲介及びその方法は、中古パソコンの機器情報を取得することができるパソコン機器情報取得プログラムを通信ネットワーク上のサーバに格納しておき、売手ユーザが売却を希望する中古パソコンの登録を行うときに、パソコン機器情報取得プログラムをサーバから読出して、売手ユーザのユーザ端末にダウンロードし売却対象の中古パソコンで動作させて中古パソコンから機器情報を取得し、取得した機器情報を登録に用いるようにし、また、売却対象の中古パソコンが買手ユーザに配送される前に、この中古パソコンに入力されているデータを初期化する処置を行ってから配送されるようにすることにより、買手ユーザが購入した中古パソコンの実物の機能・性能等が仲介業者のホームページで確認した機能・性能に相違するようなことがなく、また、買手ユーザに売手ユーザのプライベート情報が漏れるような事態を防ぐことができるという効果を有している。
