図1、図2は、従来の事務機器の一例として複写機を示す斜視図である。図中1は複写機本体、2は収納式棒状把手、3は手掛け式把手で、各把手2、3は複写機本体1の左右面のほぼ同等の高さに設けられ、2人の作業者(図示せず)で複写機本体1を垂直に持ち上げ得るようになっている。図中4は運搬、移動用のキャスタである。なお、特開平8−190332号公報には、筐体側面に設けた進退可能な把手が、筐体内へ収納時に下方の設置体面と締結する技術が、特開平2000−94790号公報には、構造体の枠体の一部を中空パイプとして、この開口部に出没自在な把手を設ける技術が提案されている。

ところでこのような従来の複写機等の事務機器では、一人での作業や階段等の斜面を運搬する時の作業性は非常に悪い。また複写機等では本体を斜めにして運搬することは、構造体がゆがみ、品質障害の発生原因となるため、できるだけ避けるべきものとされてきた。

本発明はこのような従来の問題点及び最近の複写機等は高性能化に対応するために構造体の強度アップが図られて簡単にゆがまない構造となってきていることにかんがみてなしたもので、傾けて支持できることで、運搬作業を容易にすることが可能な事務機器を提供することを目的とする。

また本発明は、傾けた際の倒れを防止して運搬作業を安全に行える事務機器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1に係る事務機器は、上記目的を達成するために、運搬用の把手を、機器本体の一の外周面上部に備えることを特徴とする。

同請求項2に係るものは、上記目的を達成するために、請求項1の事務機器において、上記運搬用の把手を設けた外周面側で上記機器本体のベース部材または上記機器本体の該ベース部材の近傍に、上記機器本体の倒れ角度を制限する突起を設けたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。なお以下では従来と共通する部分には共通する符号を付すにとどめ重複する説明は省略する。また以下では複写機についての実施形態のみ説明するが、本発明はこれに限定されず、プリンタ、複写機とプリンタの複合機等々の高重量の事務機器に適用できる。

図3、図4は本発明に係る事務機器の一実施形態としての複写機を示す。本実施形態の複写機は、複写機本体1の背面上部にある構造体ステー5に一対の後把手7、7を取り付け、後把手7と対向する正面には、後把手7との対角位置となる本体ベース8の前下部に前把手13を取り付けて、さらに、本体ベース8の後部下端縁部にストッパ10、10を取り付けてある。すなわち、複写機本体1上にADF等を設置するために構造体ステー5が高強度の部材で構成され、後把手7の支持に適した部材である点を利用したものである。

そのため本実施形態の複写機は、複写機本体1を斜めに支持することが可能であり、図4に示す運搬例のように、後把手7を引いて装置正面側のキャスタ4を浮かせ、容易に床面段差9等を越えることができるようになっている。

その際に複写機本体1を傾けすぎ、複写機本体1の傾きが許容限度角θ1になった時、ストッパ10が床面12に当たり、キャスタ4の転がり移動を止めるため、安全な作業ができる。また図5の運搬例のように、階段17の上下に位置する作業者がそれぞれ後把手7と前把手13を持つことで容易に運搬できる。このような運搬形態が取れれば、作業者の足に複写機本体1が当たることもなく、運搬作業が容易である。これは平地においても同様であり、運搬しやすい。

なお本実施形態では前把手13が前下部カバーの機能も兼ね備えるが、本体ベース8自体に手掛け形状部を形成して前把手を構成することもできる(図示省略)。またこれも図示しないが、後カバー6に凹状部を形成して構造体ステー5自体を後把手とすることもできる。さらに、図6に示すように、本体ベース8と一体にストッパ部11を設けてもよい。

図7、図8は本発明に係る事務機器の第2実施形態を示す。本実施形態に係る複写機は、複写機本体1が複数のユニット15・・・を引き出し可能に備えるもので、複写機本体1を所定の場所の床面上に設置した後、例えば全ユニット15が引き出されると、複写機本体1の重心が前に移動して図中矢印A方向に倒れる危険性がある点に対応するものである。

すなわち、複写機本体1の本体ベース8の前下部に穴8aを設け、内部に引き出し把手14を取り付け、止め具16で穴8aからの抜けを防止した構造を有している。すなわち、引出し把手14を引き出しておくことで、複写機本体1が角度θ2だけ前方へ傾いた時、引き出し把手14の曲成した前端下部が床面12に当たり、複写機本体1の転倒を防止することができる。なお角度θ2は、もちろん複写機本体1の倒れ限度角以内に設定することが好ましい。

また図9に示すように、本体ベース8の前下部に設ける穴8aの位置を下方へ変更するとともに本体ベース8の内部上側にも穴8bを設け、引き出し把手14を斜め下方へ引き出せるようにして床面12に当てる構成にすると、複写機本体1が傾くこともなくより効果的である。

【発明の効果】
請求項1に係る事務機器は、以上説明してきたように、機器本体の一の外周面上部に備えた把手を持って機器本体を傾けることができるので、作業者一人でも段差等の障害を容易に超えることができ、運搬、移動が容易になるという効果がある。
