このホ−ムセキュリティシステムは異常事態の発生が警備会社にのみ通報されるシステムで外出中の住人や居人はその異常事態を知らずにいる場合も多く、また、契約金のほか、警備員の出向費も料金が高いものとなっている。

一方、警備会社に格別に頼ることなく、家屋や事務所等の所定の位置に目的に応じたセンサ−を取り付け、そのセンサ−が異常を感知すると自動的にシステムがON状態となり、予めメモリ−に登録してある電話番号に自動的に電話をかけ、異常事態発生のメッセ−ジを伝える自動通報装置も開発されている。

しかしながら、上記した構成の異常情報の自動通報システムにあっては、センサ−が異常事態の発生を感知し、予め登録されている電話番号に電話をかけたとしても併設電話等によって電話回線が使用中となっている場合には、その使用終了を待ち、未使用状態となるまで通報は待機状態とならざるを得ず、緊急性を欠如してしまうこともある。

そこで、本発明は上記した従来の異常情報の自動通報システムの実情、問題点に着目してなされたもので、かかる問題点を解消して、センサ−が異常事態の発生を感知した場合には電話回線が使用中、未使用であることに関わらず、必ずその通報を最優先で実行することができ、通報の遅滞が生じてしまうことがないこととした異常情報の自動通報優先システムを提供することを目的としている。

この目的を達成するために、本発明に係る異常情報の自動通報優先システムは異常事態の発生を感知するセンサ−と、そのセンサ−の感知により起動され、メモリ−に予め登録された電話番号を検索し電話回線によって自動的にその通報先に連絡を行なうシステムにあって、前記した電話回線が使用中の場合、前記したシステムの作動信号によって使用中の電話回線を一度遮断して異常事態の発生連絡を行なうことを特徴とし、電話線自動分配装置が組み付けられていることを特徴とし、前記した作動信号は通報の数秒前に前記した電話線自動分配装置に発信されこれを制御し、併設電話等の回線を電話局側より遮断することを特徴としている。

上記した構成としたことによって、異常事態の発生をセンサ−が感知した際に、予めメモリ−に登録されている電話番号に対して、電話回線が使用中であっても確実に遅滞なく最優先で通報が実行されることとなる。

次に、本発明の好ましい実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。図1は本発明を実施した異常情報の自動通報優先システムを示すフロ−チャ−ト図、図2は同じく自動分配装置を取り入れたブロック図である。

家庭の室内や事務所内等に設置されたセンサ−が侵入者、火災、ガス漏れ等々の異常事態の発生を感知すると、その感知がスイッチングをONとしてシステムが起動されることとなる。

まず、システムは前記したセンサ−の異常事態の感知信号によって、電気的に接続されているメモリ−から予め登録されている電話番号を読み出す。この電話番号の数は単一であっても複数であってもよい。

前記した電話番号の読み出しが終了すると、接続されている電話回線を用いて、その電話番号に対して自動的に電話がかけられる。この登録されている電話番号の該当する機種は通常の有線のものでも、無線を介する携帯電話をはじめとする移動式通信機タイプのものであってもかまわない。

ここで、自動的に、予め登録されている電話番号に対して電話がかけられた時、その電話回線が併設電話機等によって使用中である場合、システムに組み付けられた電話線自動分配装置が作用し、使用している電話回線を一度強制的に遮断してしまう。
