2. Description of the Related Art When dismantling wood fixed with ordinary nails, the tip of the nail pulling tool is engaged with the underside of the nail head that is sunk and driven into the surface of the wood, and the nail pulling tool is removed. Using this action as a fulcrum to extract the timber surface, the tip of the nail pulling tool is driven into the timber from the periphery of the nail head that is being driven, and it engages under the nail head. Will give a big scratch to. Further, when the nail is pulled out by the nail pulling tool, the portion serving as the fulcrum is also scratched. Therefore, it is often not possible to reuse the wood after dismantling, which is not preferable in terms of resource saving.

There has already been proposed a nail for driving in which a nail driven into wood is rotated like a screw so as to be removed. As shown in FIG. 6, the conventional driving nail 20 has
A screw thread 22 is formed on the nail shaft portion 21 and an engaging portion 24 for engaging with a driver is formed on the upper surface of the nail head 23. As shown in FIG. 6 (a), the screw thread 22 is formed on almost the entire length of the nail shaft portion 21, or as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the screw thread 22 is formed only on the pointed portion 25 side. It is known that a smooth portion 26 having no screw thread is formed near the nail head 23, and the outer diameter of the screw thread 22 is formed larger than the outer diameter of the smooth portion 26. (For example, see Patent Document 1).

In the above-mentioned conventional driving nail 20, the screw thread 22 is formed on the entire shaft portion 21, or the screw thread 22 is formed only on the tip end side 25, and the screw thread 22 is outside the screw thread 22. The diameter is formed to be larger than the outer diameter of the smooth portion 26, and when the driving nail 20 is rotated from the wood W and pulled out along the screw thread 22, as shown in FIG. It is necessary to rotate the shaft portion 21 until the pointed end portion 25 comes to the surface of the wood W. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes a long time to remove the driving nail 20. Further, when driving the nail 20 for driving into the wood W,
There is also a problem that the screw thread 22 comes into contact with the wood W to be driven and becomes a hammer resistance, which increases the labor of hammering or requires a hammering tool such as a nailing machine having a large ability.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8 (a) using the conventional driving nail 20, when the upper material W1 is fixed to the upper surface of the base material W2, the upper material W1 is attached to the surface of the base material W2. When a large lateral load is applied, a large shear load acts on the shaft portion 21 near the mating surface of the upper material W1 and the base material W2, as shown in FIG. Bends. Therefore, if the screw threads 22 are formed on the shaft portion 21 near the mating surface of the upper material W1 and the base material W2, the shaft portion 21 breaks due to smaller displacement due to stress concentration, and repeated displacement in the lateral direction due to an earthquake or the like occurs. It could not bear a large load.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the thread portion is formed on the shaft portion of the nail for driving, the wood which has been hammered in without damaging the wood etc. by rotating the nail for hammering is used. It is possible to pull it out from the shaft, and a smooth part is formed on the head side of the shaft part of the driving nail, and a screw part is formed on the pointed part side, the thread part having an outer diameter smaller than that of the smooth part. Therefore, by rotating the driving nail and pulling out the screw part from the wood part where the screw part was driven, the screw thread of the screw part engages with the hole formed by the smooth part of the wood. The nails can be pulled out by hand as they no longer match.
