Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a cushioning material capable of accommodating and packaging the above-mentioned plate-like bodies one by one in a groove, there has been disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-319456. There was something. However, the individual cushioning materials described in the above publications are L-shaped, and the pressure from the outside tends to be concentrated on the corners and is easily applied to the corners so that they spread outward or bend inwardly, resulting in a plasma. Display (PD
In some cases, the strength of a large-sized plate-shaped body such as P) is insufficient for packaging, and independence is poor and unstable, which tends to cause instability in packaging work. Further, since the packaging form for integrating with a pallet or the like is not taken into consideration, it becomes very unstable when the plate-shaped body is stored with the cushioning material placed on the pallet. In particular, when the plate-like body is a large heavy product such as a plasma display, there remains a problem in terms of stability.

目的として発明されたものである。Next, there is a transport box with a groove into which a plate-shaped glass component is inserted, which is described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-301354. However, since the carrier box described in the above publication is composed of a container body and a lid, the amount of resin for molding the carrier box is large, and the size of the plate-shaped glass parts is limited. There is a problem that there is no freedom for. Therefore, in the present invention, a cushioning material that can maintain stable strength, is suitable for protecting the plate-like body from vibrations during transportation, etc., and is easy to adapt to different sizes of the plate-like body, and uses the same. The present invention was invented for the purpose of providing a package.

板状体を保護するのに好適なものとなる。According to the cushioning material of the first aspect, since it has the reinforcing plate connecting the horizontal plate and the vertical plate, it is suitable for preventing the horizontal plate and the vertical plate from being deformed by the pressure from the outside. It has excellent strength and can protect the plate-like body accurately. In addition, it is also highly self-supporting and has high shape stability. Further, in the case of the cushioning material according to claim 2, a fitting projection and / or a fitting recess is formed on the outer surface of the vertical plate, and two cushioning materials are placed back to back. Suitable for fitting, in particular as claimed in claim 3,
The fitting protrusion and / or the fitting recess described above are used for fitting one when two cushioning materials are used and one cushioning material and the other cushioning material are stacked so that the vertical plates face each other. If the convex portion and the other concave portion for fitting are arranged and formed so as to be fitted to each other, it is possible to store a plate-shaped body such as a plasma display in a state in which both cushioning members form a row. It is excellent in stability and strength due to its self-supporting property, and is suitable for protecting a large number of plate-shaped bodies.

It has strength, for example, the strength at the time of dropping can be increased, and the plate-shaped body can be appropriately protected from external pressure. In addition, it is also highly self-supporting and has high shape stability. (2) According to the cushioning material of the second aspect, it is suitable to be used by combining two cushioning materials by back-to-back fitting. (3) The cushioning material according to claim 3 is excellent in stability and strength due to the self-supporting property when the plate-shaped bodies such as plasma displays are housed in a row with both cushioning materials connected back to back. Therefore, it is suitable for protecting a large number of plate-shaped bodies. (4) According to the cushioning material according to claim 4, when setting the cushioning material in the exterior body having an open upper side, the two cushioning materials can be slid in a vertical direction to connect the two cushioning materials. It becomes easy to peel off. Further, the connection strength between the two cushioning materials is increased. (5) According to the cushioning material of claim 5, since the cushioning material can be set on the pallet in a state of being connected to the pallet, the cushioning material can be fixed in position, the work of storing the plate-like body is facilitated, and the stability is further improved. It will be improved and it is convenient to be able to move with the pallet. (6) According to the cushioning material of the sixth aspect, the cushioning material can be used in various combinations due to the diversification of the use place by the plate-shaped cushioning material. (7) According to the packaging material of claim 7, the connection between the pallet and the cushioning material (which may include a plate-like cushioning material) is strengthened,
A wider variety of use effects can be exhibited.
