As it is, there is a risk that exhaust gas, etc. may enter the vehicle interior through the mounting holes in the rear seat.To prevent this, it is necessary to provide a part that completely blocks the bolts that secure the rear seat and the mounting holes in the rear floor. There is a problem that the number of assembly steps increases. Further, if the mounting holes are formed on the rear floor, the strength and rigidity of the vehicle body are deteriorated, and there is a problem that the plate thickness is correspondingly increased and a reinforcing material is required. Further, in recent years, in addition to gasoline engine vehicles, various types of vehicles such as fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen fuel vehicles have been proposed, and when there is an unburned portion in the burned gas of the fuel gas used, , There is no room for this unburned gas to enter the passenger compartment from the rear floor mounting hole of the rear seat. Therefore, the present invention provides a seat mounting structure capable of securely mounting the seat on the floor and mounting the seat on the floor without forming mounting holes in the floor.

Seat body (for example,
A step portion (e.g., step portion 6b in the embodiment) is formed on the lower surface of the front portion of the seat body 6A in the embodiment and is lowered downward toward the rear portion, and the front portion of the seat body is provided with a front cross member (for example, Of the floor front cross member 5) in the embodiment (for example, the mounting seat 5a in the embodiment) and the rear wall of the seat body at the rear side (for example, the floor rear cross member 10 in the embodiment). , The upper wall 10c in the embodiment)
It is characterized by being attached to each. With this configuration, the cross members can be joined to the rear floor without forming the mounting holes, and the rear seats can be fixed to the cross members by fasteners or the like. Each cross member supports the rear seat and also functions as a member that prevents the rear seat from moving forward when the rear seat tries to move forward by contacting the step on the lower surface of the front part of the rear seat with the rear wall of the front cross member. To do.

Since it contacts the rear wall 5d and functions as a member that prevents the rear seat 6 from moving forward, it is possible to sufficiently counter the forward load applied by the occupant when the vehicle is stopped. Above all, floor front cross member 5
Since the floor rear cross member 10 is connected to the vehicle body skeleton portion K1 and the floor front cross member 5 is arranged along the vehicle body skeleton portion K2, the rear seat 6 can be supported by the entire vehicle body.
