としては一般的には含水率15%以下が望ましいとされ
る所以であるが、種々の事情により未乾燥の木材を使用
することが多々あると言われている。その場合施工後木
材は自然乾燥により含水率が低くなり収縮して例えば柱
とはり、けたあるいは胴差しの接合面にスキマが生じて
来る。所謂木材のヤセに伴ない例えば最近数多く使用さ
れている羽子板金物にあってはボルトとナットは緩んだ
状態になり、築後間もなくそれらの補強金具はその役目
を果たさなくなってしまう。所謂木ヤセに対する対策と
して既に幾つかの提案がなされている。いずれも結局は
締結具と被締結部材間に可撓性のある部材を配置する構
造であり、この欠点は木ヤセと共に可撓性部材の加圧力
が弱まり締結具が緩み易くなるばかりか軸方向の外力に
対して容易にタワミが生じ例えば木構造の結合部にスキ
マが生じてしまい前述の通り補強の意味をなさなくなる
ことである。単に可撓性部材を介するのみでは効果は得
られないのである。更には家屋の骨組みに使用される木
材の長さは長く1〜2mmの収縮ではおさまらない場合
もあることを考慮しておく必要がある。耐震構造の更な
る強化が望まれる昨今の情況からしてもより補強効果の

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するため
に本発明は、木材に使用されるボルト、ナット等による
締結部位の締結保持装置において、ボルト、ナット等の
締結具と被締結部材間にあって締結具と被締結部材を押
圧する板バネであって、長方形のバネ材よりなる板を折
り返して形成した板バネの被締結部材に接する一辺を平
面に形成し、折り返した他の一辺の先端部を前記平面と
概ね平行な平面となし、両平面は締結具の貫通する穴を
有しており、更に前記平面間には互に傾斜面が当接する
二つの楔片を設け、第一の楔片は板バネの前記先端部の
平面に接する面とその反対側には傾斜面を有するととも
に板バネに対して移動不能に保持され、第二の楔片は被
締結部材側の平面に接する面とその反対側には前記傾斜
面に接する同様の傾斜面を有するとともに第一の楔片の
傾斜面に相対する方向に移動可能な案内手段を設け、更
に傾斜面が圧接する方向に付勢するバネ手段を設けてな
り、被締結部材の収縮による板バネの前記平面間の距離
の漸増に伴なって第一の楔片に対して第二の楔片が前記
バネ手段により移動して常に締結具と被締結部材間を剛
体で構成することにより締結具の締結状態を保持するこ
とを特徴とする発明である。更に案内手段は、第二の楔
片の一端に長溝を形成して締結具のボルト軸に係合せし
めるとともに他端に固着したピンを板バネに設けた穴に
貫通せしめてなし、付勢手段は第二の楔片と板バネ間に
あって第二の楔片に固着した前記ピンに挿入したコイル

13とその反対側には傾斜面14があり中央にはボルト
3の嵌合する穴15がある。もう一つの楔片16には板
バネ5の平面6に当接する面17とその反対側には傾斜
面18があり、長溝19がある。長溝19は締結具のボ
ルト3の軸部に係合している。楔片16には板バネ5の
穴10を貫通してコイルバネ21を挿入したピン20が
固着されている。従って楔片16はボルト3に係合する
長溝19と板バネ5の穴10に係合するピン20が案内
部材となり、楔片12に相対する方向にコイルバネ21
により付勢されている。楔片12と16の傾斜面14と
18は同じ角度でありコイルバネ21により圧接してい
ることになる。板バネ5のスリット11は円弧形状部7

の軸方向にどちらから外力が加わっても強固に被締結部
材を締結し続けることが出来る。板バネ5は可撓性をも
たせた部材であるが介在する楔片12と楔片16が剛体
であるので軸方向の外力に対して常に剛体であり続ける
という特徴がある。更に具体的な例題により説明すると
図1に示す締結装置の場合では板バネ5の形状の大きさ
を80mmぐらいに設定すると楔片16の可動範囲から
して被締結部材が7mm程度減少してもガタなく強固に
固定保持することが出来る。本装置を木造住宅の骨組み
である柱、はり等に採用されている羽子板金物の締結具
であるボルト、ナット部に使用すれば、いつまでも緩み
が生じないものとなることは容易に理解出来よう。また
木造の廊下等の大引きと根太の結合部を図1に示したよ
うな構造にすればいつまでもキシミ音の発生しない廊下

部材の厚さ寸法の減少幅も大きく設定出来る上、僅かな
スキマの発生も起り得ないものである。要素部品の製作

具と被締結部材間にあって締結具と被締結部材を押圧す
る板バネであって、長方形のバネ材よりなる板を折り返
して形成した板バネの被締結部材に接する一辺を平面に
形成し、折り返した他の一辺の先端部を前記平面と概ね
平行な平面となし、両平面は締結具の貫通する穴を有し
ており、更に前記平面間にはお互に傾斜面が当接する二
つの楔片を設け、第一の楔片は板バネの前記先端部の平
面に接する面とその反対側には傾斜面を有するとともに
板バネに対して移動不能に保持され、第二の楔片は被締
結部材側の平面に接する面とその反対側には前記傾斜面
に接する同様の傾斜面を有するとともに第一の楔片の傾
斜面に相対する方向に移動可能な案内手段を設け、更に
傾斜面が圧接する方向に付勢するバネ手段を設けてな
り、被締結部材の収縮による板バネの前記平面間の距離
の漸増に伴なって第一の楔片に対して第二の楔片が前記
バネ手段により移動して常に締結具と被締結部材間を剛
体で構成することにより締結具の締結状態を保持するこ
とを特徴とする締結保持装置。1.
