(57) [Summary] [Problem] To make a passenger's shoulder belt of a passenger car a barrier-free product for the elderly. SOLUTION: A resin grip 10 comprising a plate-shaped mounting portion 19 having a grip portion 11 is provided by retrofitting on a tongue 6 of a shoulder belt 2a suspended from an outlet of a center pillar. The thickness direction of the portion 19 is divided into two parts, the tongue 6 is temporarily placed on one of the mounting portions 19a, and the presence or absence of play is checked. If there is any play, the spacer 29 is packed, and then the tongue 6 is removed. Since the grip 10 is sandwiched between the mounting portions 19a and 19b, the grip 10 can be mounted on any of the commercially available belts without play, so that the elderly can use it with confidence.

2. Description of the Related Art Recently, for persons who are partially or wholly functionally impaired, such as elderly persons and persons with disabilities, and persons who cannot perform the same actions as healthy persons (healthy persons) such as children, I began to give special consideration.

That is, it is essential for a healthy society that elderly people and persons with disabilities be independent of their own lives and be actively involved in the society. Therefore, it is necessary to correctly grasp the handicapped state and to install equipment and tools. Elimination of inconvenience (barrier), that is, barrier free has been improved.

As one of the barrier frees, there is a method of compensating for the lowered ability because the physical function decreases as the age increases. For example, the barrier free in a passenger car is considered as follows.

[0005] For example, when getting on and off a vehicle, the lower limbs support the load to move the height of the center of gravity of the body. Therefore, the function of the nervous system for controlling the posture is deteriorated and the lower limb muscle strength is decreased (muscles due to aging Atrophied), causing difficulty in getting on and off.

Regarding the relationship between the operating force for opening and closing the door and the height at which it is easy to operate, comparing the younger age group (early 20's), the elderly (around 70's) and 80's, As it becomes, the allowable range of the height that is easy to operate becomes narrower, and the characteristics of the elderly who are difficult to adapt to the existing in-vehicle equipment will appear. That is, it is difficult for the elderly to reach their hands backward and upward.

Three-point type seat belts used for front seats and rear seats, particularly shoulder belts, are generally pulled out from an outlet provided at the upper and lower intermediate portions of the center pillar and the rear pillar, and are classified into vehicle types. Some of them are suspended through an anchor with an upper slip guide provided at the upper part of this take-out port, and a tongue plate slidably fitted is provided at the middle or tip of this belt.
The seat is designed to be inserted into and removed from the buckle that is integrated with the front and rear seats.

By the way, there have been complaints regarding the comfort and convenience of the general seat belts that it is difficult to remove the belt, and it is difficult to insert or disengage the tongue plate from the buckle. Various solutions have been proposed.

That is, regarding the seat belt for the driver (healthy person), in order to eliminate the difficulty of taking the seat belt because it is separated from the front seat, a finger hook or a finger-hanging piece on or near the tongue plate itself. It has been proposed to provide a grip and use this to easily pull out the seat belt (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-110056 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-38253).

Since the finger-holding piece or the grip is intended for a driver who is a normal healthy person, even if the finger-hanging piece or the grip is downsized, it can be operated with one finger, but it is expensive. If an elderly person wants to operate this, it is difficult with one finger to extend the hand backward and / or upward, which is difficult for the elderly and the belt is difficult to handle.

Originally, there are many elderly people who do not bend their fingers well, those whose elbow joints do not move easily, those who have weakened grip, and those who have very weak hands and fingers. For a person, such a finger hanging piece or grip is not preferable as a barrier-free article.

In particular, the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-110056.
In the publication, in the case of avoiding the belt mounting type finger hanging piece which lowers the belt strength and providing the finger hanging piece on the tongue plate to facilitate the pulling out of the seat belt, in FIG. There is a proposal that the belt insertion plate is covered with a soft synthetic resin cover and a finger hook is integrally projected on this cover. However, since the belt insertion plate is covered with the soft cover, it is already attached to the vehicle body. It is difficult to add a finger hook piece to the tongue plate, it is a replacement of the entire belt system, and the cost is high, therefore, it is not a custom-made item but an off-the-shelf item with an auxiliary component effectively used, In other words, it cannot be adopted because it does not fit the idea that an elderly person can act as a barrier-free item or a welfare tool of a small size to perform an independent action.

Therefore, the present invention solves such a problem,
The main purpose is to provide a seat belt barrier-free article that is suitable for elderly people, and a highly flexible grip is attached to a metal tongue plate fitted with a flexible seat belt to prevent looseness. The secondary purpose is to eliminate the anxiety of elderly people who use it without suddenly changing it due to blurring.

In order to achieve the above object, the gist of the present invention is as follows: 1) A shoulder belt provided on a seat of a passenger car is an outlet at an upper portion or an upper and lower intermediate portion of a pillar. An existing seat belt system in which a tongue plate is mounted on the shoulder belt, and the tongue plate has a plate-shaped mounting portion in which a flexible grip portion is integrated. In order to attach the resin grip by retrofitting, the attachment portion is divided into two in the thickness direction, the tongue plate is placed on one of the attachment portions, and the presence or absence of backlash is checked. It is a grip added to the seat belt system for passenger cars, which is characterized by holding the tongue plate as it is without rattling, and 2) Spacers are replaceably packed in the inside of the mounting part and commercially available. Noi Together also adapted for bets, the grip elderly barrier-free - - Les Tangupure of a grip to be added to safety belt systems - passenger car sheet according to claim 1 in which the article.

In summary, the plate-shaped mounting portion 13 is divided into two in the thickness direction, and the belt insertion plate 9 of the tongue plate 6 is attached to the belt insertion plate holding portion 19a or 19b of one plate-shaped mounting portion 13. After the temporary placement, the spacer 29 is packed in the gap between the holding portion 19a or 19b and the belt insertion plate 9 to remove play, and then the other belt insertion plate holding portion 1
9g or 19a is a method for adding a grip, the tongue plate 6 is used as a grip mounting portion to avoid weakening of the belt, and the grip 10 as an attachment can be reliably rattled at the same time as mounting. The work can be visually performed, and thus the reliable general-purpose grip 10 can be provided.

According to the present invention, since an elderly person or the like pulls out a belt by grasping a substantially horizontal grip hanging from the upper portion or the upper and lower middle portions at the side of the seat, the elderly person or the like can be worn. This makes it easier to handle the belt, increases the rate of wearing the belt, and prevents physical accidents.
