と23の位置の間を回転移動できる。又、バネ3の作用
によって、舫ロープを取り付けていないときは、可動部
2は21の位置に保たれる。とって4は作業者の操作に
適当な長さとし、フック1の基部にUボルト等で取り付
ける。可動部2の詳細を図2に示す。舫ロープを挟み込
む為のロープ案内板2aが可動部2の両側に設けてあ
る。このロープ案内板2aはロープが自然に脱落しない
程度に、弾力を持ってロープを挟み込む形状となってい
る。本装置に舫ロープ6を取り付けた状態を図3に示
す。舫ロープ6はあらかじめ先端をリング状にしてお
き、そのリングを可動部2の両側のロープ案内板2aの
間に挟み込む。このとき可動部2はフックの内側へ折り
曲げて挟み込みの作業をし、舫ロープ6のリングの先端
はフック1のカギ形の部分に引っかけた状態にしてお
く。バネ3の作用により可動部2はフック1の外側へ曲
がろうとするが、舫ロープがカギ形の部分に引っかかる
ため、図3のような形状に保持される。船舶上の作業者
が本発明を使って、ブイの係留用リングの中に舫ロープ
を通す操作の要領を図4に示す。係留用リング7の中に
舫ロープ6が通過する動作を図5,図6に示す。又、図
5、図6に示す係留用リング7は、その断面を示す。舫
ロープ6が取り付けられた図3の状態で、とって4を操
作して、係留用リング7に可動部2を押しつけると、可
動部2はフック1の内側へ折れ曲がり、図5の状態とな
る。更に、フック1を係留用リング7が71の位置にな
るまで押しつけると、可動部2は係留用リング7から離
れて、バネ3の作用で図3の状態に戻る。これで係留用
リング7がフック1の内側に取り込まれたことになる。
その後、とって4を引き戻すと、図6に示すように、係
留用リング7が72の位置のように可動部2をフック1
の外側に押し曲げることになる。この時、舫ロープ6は
フック1のカギ形部分に引っかかっているために、舫ロ
ープ6は可動部2から外れることになる。更に、とって
4を引き戻すと、係留用リング7は73の位置となり舫
ロープ6が通過したことになる。以上の操作により、舫
