側に綴じ具を備えてなるファイル類が市販されている。
このファイル類に用いられる綴じ具は、例えば、ベース
と、このベースの左右両側に配置された一対の綴じ板
と、これら綴じ板間に延びる綴じ桿とを備えて構成され
ている。 【0003】前記ベースを背表紙に固定するに際して
は、当該ベースと背表紙との同軸線位置に複数の穴を形

容易なる再利用を図れるようにし、ひいては廃棄物の総

め、ベース及び当該ベースに設けられた綴じ部材を備え
た綴じ具を、所定のベース固定具を介して被固定面に着
脱自在に固定するファイルにおいて、前記ベース固定具
は、前記被固定面の外面側に位置する外側部材と、この
外側部材の面に連設されて前記被固定面を貫通するとと
もに、前記ベースに係脱可能な爪部を備えた起立部材と
からなり、前記起立部材は、常時は爪部がベースに係合
してこれを被固定面に固定する一方、起立部材を強制的
に角度変位させて傾斜姿勢に変位したときに前記係合を
解除する、という構成を採っている。このような構成に
よれば、前記爪部とベースとの係合を解除させることに
よってベースを被固定面から取り外しできるようにな
り、分別廃棄若しくは綴じ具の再利用を促進することが
できる。 【0008】 【実施例】以下、本発明に係る綴じ具の実施例を図面を
参照しながら説明する。なお、本明細書において、特に
明示しない限り、「左右」とは、図1に示される背表紙
の短寸幅方向を基準として用いられ、「上下」とは背表
紙の長手方向を基準として用いられる。 【0009】図1には、本発明に係るファイルの第1実
施例の要部概略斜視図が示され、図2には、図1のA−
A線に沿う一部省略断面図が示されている。これらの図
において、ファイルの綴じ具10は、被固定面としての
背表紙11の内面側に固定されたベース13と、このベ
ース13の左右両側部分に配置されて内方に押圧操作可
能な一対の操作部材15と、前記ベース13の左右両側
にそれぞれ支持されるとともに、前記操作部材15に一
部が保持される軸ピン17と、この軸ピン17に下端側
が係脱可能に設けられた左右一対の綴じ板20,21
と、各綴じ板20,21の相対面二箇所位置に固定され
て相互にテレスコピックな関係で軸方向に嵌合するパイ
プからなる綴じ部材としての綴じ桿23とを備えて構成
されている。前記綴じ板20,21は、操作部材15を
内方に押圧操作したときの軸ピン17の変位によってベ
ース13から離脱できるようになっている。ここで、ベ
ース13は、その長手方向一端側が位置決め部材24に
係合する一方、他端側がベース固定具25に係止して背
表紙11に固定されるようになっている。 【0010】前記ベース13は、背表紙11の上下二箇
所位置に固定される上下(図2では左右)一対の固定面
部26,26と、これら固定面部26間に傾斜面部26
Aを介して連設された中間面部27とを備えて構成され
ている。これら固定面部26のうち、位置決め部材24
側に位置する固定面部26には、当該固定面部26と同
一平面内に突出する延長片27が連設されているととも
に、この延長片27の外縁には上向きの係合突片28
(図2参照)が連設されている。この一方、他方の固定
面部26には、幅方向(図2中紙面直交方向)二箇所位
置に略方形の穴29が形成されている。 【0011】前記位置決め部材24は、背表紙11の外
面側に面接触するように添設される略方形をなす板片状
の外側支持片30と、この外側支持片30の面から起立
して背表紙11に形成された穴11Aを貫通して延びる
二つの起立突部31とにより構成されている。各起立突
部31は、断面略反転L字状となるように上端に屈曲部
32を備えており、この屈曲部32の下面側に前記係合
突片28を係合させるようになっている。 【0012】前記ベース固定具25は、図3にも示され
るように、前記外側支持片30と略同一平面形状となる
外側部材34と、この外側部材34の一方の面に連設さ
れて前記背表紙11に形成された穴11B及び固定面部
26に形成された穴29を貫通して延びる二つの起立部
材35とにより構成されている。この起立部材35の図
3中左側には、当該起立部材35の下部側幅寸法を穴2
9の内径よりも大きくする傾斜部35Aが形成されてい
る。この傾斜部35Aの下端には水平面部35Bが形成
されており、当該水平面部35Bには、前記固定面部2
6に形成された穴29の形成縁に当接した状態で当該穴
29内を下方に延びる爪部37が下向きに突設されてい
る。また、起立部材35には、その上端面から当該起立
部材35の起立方向に沿う穴39が形成され、この穴3
9内に筆記具の軸若しくはドライバ等、身近なものから
なる操作棒としての軸部材40が差し込み可能に設けら
れている。 【0013】以上の構成において、ベース13を背表紙
11に固定するに際しては、先ず、背表紙11に位置決
め部材24及びベース固定具25を装着しておく。次い
で、ベース13全体を傾斜姿勢とし、位置決め部材24
の屈曲部32の下面側に一方の固定面部26の係合突片
28を差し込むようにして係合させる。次いで、ベース
13を水平姿勢とするように反対側の固定面部26の位
置を降下させて当該固定面部26の穴29内に前記起立
部材35の上部が入り込むようにする。この状態で固定
面部26に上方より押し込み力を付与すると、起立部材
35は、前述した傾斜部35Aの存在により初期の起立
姿勢から所定角度シフトした傾斜姿勢に変位することと
なり、このとき、「パチン」という音をもって穴29の
形成縁が水平部35B及び爪部37に部分的に係合する

り外すときは、図4に示されるように、軸部材40を起
立部材35の穴39内に差し込み、軸部材40を傾斜さ

に限定されるものでなく、例えば、図5に示されるよう
な構成としてもよい。この構成では、固定面部26の端
縁に係合突片42が形成される一方、起立部材35にお
ける図5中右側上部に爪部43が形成され、この爪部4
3と係合突片42とが相互に係合することによってベー
ス13が固定されるようになっている。そして、この係
