BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an artificial turf structure in which a pile of artificial turf is filled with a filler, and more specifically, the surface of the artificial turf is protected from high temperatures due to direct sunlight or the like. The present invention relates to an artificial turf structure capable of effectively preventing and maintaining comfortable playability.

2. Description of the Related Art As artificial turf used in sports and athletic facilities such as soccer and baseball, a type has been developed in which a filler made of elastic particles is filled between the piles.
Generally, as this type of filler, a crushed product of a waste rubber product such as a waste tire that is inexpensive and available in large quantities is used.

The true specific gravity of this elastic granular material is close to 1.0, so that it tends to scatter due to a player's protrusion or the like. Therefore, the pile length (turf length) of the artificial grass is larger than that of the filling material. Project 10 to 30 mm or more from the surface,
Prevents the filler from scattering.

However, since the filler made of pulverized waste rubber products such as the above-mentioned waste tires is generally colored black, it is easy to absorb heat due to light. Therefore, in summer, the surface temperature of the artificial turf rises by absorbing the heat of the shining sunlight, which imposes a heavy physical burden on the player and tends to impair comfort.

Therefore, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-260410, an artificial turf in which a water flow groove is arranged in the lower layer of the artificial turf to control and manage the amount of water in the lower layer of the artificial turf is also disclosed. However, this not only requires large-scale equipment construction, but also makes it difficult to keep the surface of the artificial grass uniform.

[0006] On the other hand, there is also one in which a water absorbing material such as a water absorbing polymer is included in a part of the filler so as to enhance the water retention of the artificial grass, but this kind of water absorbing material is always easy and inexpensive. You don't always get the amount you need.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an artificial grass structure in which a filler containing an elastic filler is filled between the piles of the artificial grass. And / or at least two or more layers are formed by including a plurality of types of granular materials having different specific gravities, and the uppermost layer thereof has a lower true specific gravity than the lower filler and a low heat absorption rate. It is characterized by containing a large amount of a specific filler.

According to this, by including a large amount of the filler having a low heat absorption coefficient in the filler of the uppermost layer which is directly affected by the direct sunlight, the temperature rise of the artificial turf can be effectively suppressed and the lower part By making the true specific gravity smaller than the side,
It is possible to suppress the filling material from sneaking into the lower side, and without requiring troublesome maintenance, a stable artificial grass can be obtained throughout the year.

The specific filler contained in the uppermost layer is preferably colored in a color having elasticity and a low heat absorption coefficient. According to this, the temperature of the filler can be effectively suppressed by providing the filler with a color such as white that does not easily absorb heat, in other words, a color that easily reflects light. The term "coloring" in the present invention means that the filler is coated with a pigment or is artificially colored by kneading, or a unique color that the filler has in a natural state such as rice husks and wood chips. Including etc.

In a more preferred embodiment, the specific filler contained in the uppermost layer has a true specific gravity of 0.3 to 1.0, and the uppermost layer has a layer thickness of 5 to 20 mm. Is preferred. According to this, when the true specific gravity exceeds 1.0, the filler easily sinks into the lower layer and the heat absorption suppressing effect decreases, and when the true specific gravity is less than 0.3, the scattering is severe and the lower layer is likely to be exposed on the surface. In either case, it is difficult to obtain the heat absorption suppressing effect.

Further, when the layer thickness exceeds 20 mm, the overall specific gravity becomes small, the filler easily moves due to kicking, and the flatness is easily impaired. On the other hand, when the layer thickness is less than 5 mm, the covering property with respect to the lower layer is deteriorated, the lower layer is exposed by the use over time, and the heat absorption suppressing effect is reduced.

The lower filler includes elastic particles made of waste rubber products such as waste tires, and the specific filler contained in the uppermost layer has rubber chips colored in a color other than black. In addition to this, wood particles such as rice husks, sawdust, crushed wood chips, and crushed cork may be used as the filler to be filled in the uppermost layer. It has good water absorption, can effectively suppress temperature rise, and by using natural materials, it is safe to enter the player's mouth.

Next, the uppermost layer (upper layer) 42 will be described. The basic configuration of the filler 421 filled in the uppermost layer 42 is such that the true specific gravity is smaller than that of the lower layer 41, and
Any elastic granular material having a low heat absorption rate may be used. As a more specific aspect, it is preferable that the true specific gravity is 0.3 to 1.0 and the layer thickness h1 is 5 to 20 mm.

That is, if the true specific gravity exceeds 1.0, the filler 421 sunk into the lower layer side, and the heat absorption suppressing effect decreases. On the other hand, if it is less than 0.3, the scattering is severe
The lower layer is easily exposed on the surface, and as a result, the heat absorption suppressing effect cannot be expected.

Further, if the layer thickness h1 is less than 5 mm, the covering property with respect to the lower layer 41 is deteriorated, the lower layer is exposed by the use over time, and the heat absorption suppressing effect is lowered. On the other hand, when the layer thickness h1 exceeds 20 mm, the overall specific gravity decreases, the filler 421 easily moves due to kicking, etc., and flatness is likely to be impaired.

The specific material of the filling material 421 is not particularly limited as long as it satisfies the above conditions, but the following examples 1 to 3 are exemplified. [Example 1] As a method for coloring a pulverized product of colored foamed rubber, a method of directly kneading a colorant into a raw material for coloring, or a method of coloring the surface of a black rubber such as a waste rubber product when used However, the former case is more preferable than the latter case because there is no risk of peeling and discoloration and the effect can be maintained. [Example 2] The same method as in Example 1 above can be used for coloring a crushed product of a synthetic resin foam such as urethane or polyethylene. By foaming so as to form open cells, the effect of suppressing the temperature rise due to the foam layer absorbing water is also exhibited. [Example 3] Natural materials such as wood chips, crushed cork, sawdust, and rice husks have a water-absorbing effect due to their natural porous structure, and have an effect of suppressing temperature rise due to their water retention effect. As it is a natural material, it is inconspicuous even if it scatters, and it is harmless if it gets into the player's mouth.

(Preparation of artificial turf with filler): Preparation of artificial turf polypropylene split yarn 7800 dtex
(Width 12 mm) was tufted with a pile length of 50 mm on a base fabric made of polypropylene plain weave cloth, and then SBR latex rubber was uniformly applied from the back surface to prevent the slip-out prevention process to manufacture artificial turf. : An artificial turf prepared by filling the filler was laid on the base, and the lower layer filler was filled to a thickness of 20 mm. As the filler, a crushed product of a waste tire having a particle size of 0.2 to 3.0 mm occupying 90% or more of the whole was used. Further, the upper layer filler was filled on the lower layer filler under the conditions of Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4. : Water sprinkling For some of the examples and some of the comparative examples, water sprinkling was performed until water did not float on the surface, and then the following various evaluations were performed.

As a result of comparative examination of the example and the comparative example, the following findings were obtained. -Examples 1 to 5 have a lower surface temperature than Comparative Example 1 due to the effect of the elastic particles having a low heat absorption rate. -Comparative Example 2 has a low surface temperature as in Examples 1 to 5, but the flatness is poor due to scattering because the uppermost layer has a large thickness. -Comparative example 3 has a small effect of suppressing the temperature rise because the filling thickness of the uppermost layer is small. In Comparative Example 4, the true specific gravity of the uppermost layer is small, and the flatness is likely to be impaired due to scattering. -In Examples 4 and 5, the water retention effect by water spraying works, and although the specifications are the same as those of Examples 1 and 2, the temperature rise suppressing effect is higher.

As described above, according to the present invention,
In an artificial turf structure in which a filler containing an elastic filler is filled between the piles of the artificial turf, the filler contains a plurality of types of particles having different colors and / or specific gravities, and at least 2 or more of these particles are used. Layer is formed, and the uppermost layer contains a large amount of specific filler with a lower true specific gravity and lower heat absorption coefficient than the lower filler, which effectively scatters the filler. It is possible to suppress the increase in the surface temperature of the artificial turf as well as to suppress it.
