【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、前枠裏側に設けら
れた収容保持枠内に遊技盤が収容セット保持されるタイ
プのパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤固定保持装置に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】一般的なパチンコ機をはじめ、アレンジ
ボール機、雀球遊技機等の球使用遊技機(以下、本明細
書では「パチンコ遊技機」という)は、一般に、縦長方
形の外枠の開口前側に、遊技盤や裏機構セット盤を含む
各種遊技用構成部材が搭載された前枠が、着脱及び開閉
可能に組付られているという構造をしている。そして、
遊技盤は、前枠を外枠に対してまた裏機構セット盤を前
枠に対して開放した後に現れる、前枠裏面に一体形成さ
れた又は取付けられた収容保持枠の収容セット面域(セ
ット口)に挿着される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ここで、収納保持枠内
への遊技盤の固定に関しては、一般的には、遊技盤は、
前枠裏面の収容保持枠周囲に設けられた複数の固定レバ
ーにより固定されている。そして、遊技盤を着脱する際
は、これら複数の固定レバーを夫々、遊技盤固定位置か
ら遊技盤開放位置又は遊技盤開放位置から遊技盤固定位
置に変位させる必要があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】したがって、本発明
は、固定レバーすべてにつき、夫々変位させる煩わしさ
のない、パチンコ遊技機の遊技盤固定保持装置を提供す
ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決すべく提
供される本発明は、固定保持枠用の外枠と、この外枠の
前側に片持ち形態で開閉可能に組付けられた開閉搭載枠
用の前枠と、前枠の前側に片持ち形態で開閉可能に組付
けられたガラス扉と、前枠裏側の収容保持枠内に収容さ
れる遊技盤と、前枠の裏側に片持ち形態で開閉可能に組
付けられた裏機構セット盤とを備えたパチンコ遊技機に
適用される、前枠裏側の収容保持枠内に収容された遊技
盤を固定する複数の固定部材からなる遊技盤固定保持装
置において、前記遊技盤固定保持装置は、前記複数の固
定部材のうち少なくとも2つの固定部材が、操作部の操
作により、遊技盤固定位置と遊技盤開放位置との間を連
動して変位可能に形成され、前記操作部は、前記操作を
補助する操作補助部材と着脱可能に係合するように構成
されていることを特徴とする。

【実施例】次に図1〜15を参照しながら実施例1を説
明する。なお、本実施例では、遊技盤の遊技領域内でセ
ーフ球とアウト球の区分発生を含むパチンコゲームを展
開しうる一般的なパチンコ機を主たる例とし、同機裏側
に遊技済み球(セーフ球及びアウト球)の排出処理経路
や球貯留供給装置そして各種の制御基板等を備えた裏機
構が装備された実施形態を示す。また、本明細書におい
て、「正面」、「裏面」、「左」及び「右」という場
合、すべて正面前方を基準とする。
【0008】まず、パチンコ機全体の基本的構成を図1
及び図2を参照して説明すると、機枠又は外郭機体とし
て所定の縦長方形枠サイズに構成されて設置枠台(遊技
島ともいう)に固定保持される外枠Aの前側開口面域
に、これに合わせた縦長方形枠サイズに構成された開閉
搭載枠用の前枠Bが、互いの正面左側上下部に配設され
た開閉連結支持手段(ヒンジ部材又は蝶番ともいう)G
及び正面右側内部に配設された施錠装置(図示せず)を
利用して、開閉(片持ち左右横開き)及び着脱が可能に
組付けられて閉鎖状態に保持される。そして、この前枠
Bの各部に必要な遊技構成部材として、前枠Bの前側面
域に合わせた方形枠サイズのガラス扉D(ガラス窓とも
いう)が、開閉連結支持手段及び施錠装置(図示せず)
を利用して開閉(片持ち左右開き)及び着脱が可能に組
付けられて閉鎖状態に保持される一方、下球皿(図示せ
ず)及び打球発射装置が夫々装備されている。また、上
球皿も、開閉連結支持手段及び施錠装置(図示せず)を
利用して、開閉(片持ち左右開き)及び着脱が可能に組
付けられて閉鎖状態に保持される。また、前枠Bの窓口
裏側に合わせた方形枠サイズの収容保持枠に対して遊技
盤Cが着脱交換可能に収容セット保持されて前面の遊技
領域をガラス扉Dの正面に望ませており、前枠Bの裏側
に裏機構セット盤Eが、開閉連結支持手段並びに後述の
施錠手段を利用して片持ち左右横開き可能に組付けられ
て閉鎖状態に保持されている。
【0009】なお、前記外枠Aは、木材製の縦長方形枠
を例示し、また、図5に示されるように、前記前枠Bと
収容保持枠Baは、一体に樹脂成形された前後二重枠形
態を例示する。また、前記遊技盤Cは、収容保持枠Ba
の収容面域の内法に合わせた方形サイズで裏側から着脱
されるタイプを例示し、盤前面のレール(図示せず)の
内側に、各種の遊技部品(入賞成立発生する大小の入賞
具や図柄表示装置を含む)と多数本の遊技釘との配置設
定に基づく前記遊技領域とアウト口を構成しており、そ
して収容面域の周囲に配設された後述の施錠手段で固定
保持されるようになっている。
【0010】遊技盤Cの開閉連結支持機構
標記機構を図3〜9を参照しながら説明する。図3に示
されるように、標記機構は、概略、遊技盤Cが、開閉連
結支持手段Fにより、前枠Bの裏面に開閉(片持ち左右
開き)及び着脱が可能なように組付けられているという
構成を採っている。以下、標記機構を詳述する。なお、
図3からも理解できるように、開閉連結支持手段Fは、
遊技盤Cを開閉連結支持する機能の他、裏機構セット盤
Eを開閉連結支持する機能も有するが、これについては
後述する。
【0011】図4に示されるように、開閉連結支持手段
(開閉機構)Fは、3個のヒンジ金具(15、17、1
8)を一セットとした上下2個のヒンジ部材からなる。
なお、上下2個のヒンジ部材の構造は同一であるので、
以下では、上のヒンジ部材のみについて説明する。図4
に示されるヒンジ部材Fの3個のヒンジ金具(15、1
7、18)の内、遊技盤Cの開閉連結支持に関連したヒ
ンジ金具は、その内2個(15、17)であり、装着時
には、ヒンジ金具17に開けられた孔17a内に、ヒン
ジ金具15に設けられた突起15aが入り係合する構成
を採っている。なお、突起15aは、孔17aの係合を
容易にするため、上部では円錐形状をしており、係合後
は遊技盤Cが前枠Bに対してぐらつかないように、下部
では円柱形状をしている。他方、孔17aの径も、係合
を容易にするため、前記円錐上部での径と比較して十分
大きく設定し、また、係合後は遊技盤Cが前枠に対して
ぐらつかないように、かつ、前枠Bに対する遊技盤Cの
スムースな開閉動作が可能なように、前記円柱の径と比
較して若干大きく設定する。
【0012】ヒンジ金具17は、遊技盤Cの裏面左端の
上下にネジ固定されている(但し、図4では上部のみが
示されている)。また、ヒンジ金具15は、図5に示さ
れるように、前枠Bの左縁側上下にネジ固定されてい
る。
【0013】遊技盤Cを収容保持枠Ba内に収容セット
保持する際には、図6に示されるように、遊技盤Cの裏
面左部上下2箇所に設けられたヒンジ金具17の孔17
aの両方(図では上のヒンジ金具のみ図示)を、前枠B
の裏面左縁側の上下2箇所に設けられたヒンジ金具15
の突起15aの両方(図では上のヒンジ金具のみ図示)
に係合させると、遊技盤Cは、前枠Bの裏面で片持ち状
態に支持される。そして、前枠B側へ遊技盤Cを回動さ
せる(図3中の矢印方向)ことにより、図7に示される
ように、遊技盤Cは収容保持枠Ba内に収容される。
【0014】ここで、図8及び図9に示されるように、
遊技盤Cが収容セットされた状態において、ヒンジ金具
15とヒンジ金具17との間にスペースS1が形成され
ることが好適である。即ち、遊技盤Cが収容セットされ
た状態における、遊技盤Cの底面と収容保持枠Baの下
枠杆上面(或いは、下枠杆に台座が設けられている場合
にはこの台座)との接触状態を担保するため、遊技盤固
定状態において、遊技盤Cに固定されたヒンジ金具17
が、前枠Bに固定されたヒンジ金具15に対して浮く
(スペースS1が形成される)ような構成を採ることが
好適である。このような構成を採ることにより、遊技補
助盤に設けられた発射レールと遊技盤Cに設けられたレ
ールとの整合が担保され、遊技時の円滑な球出しが可能
となる。
【0015】遊技盤Cの固定保持機構
図5及び図10〜14を参照しながら標記機構を説明す
る。図5に示されるように、標記機構は、前枠Bの裏面
右縁側の上下2箇所、左縁側の1箇所及び下側の1箇所
に設けられており、夫々の軸を中心に回動可能な、遊技
盤固定部材20A〜20Dから構成されている。遊技盤
固定部材20A〜20Dは、夫々該部材が遊技盤Cの裏
面に当接する位置(遊技盤固定位置、図5参照)と、収
容保持枠Baからの遊技盤Cの着脱に干渉しない位置
(遊技盤非固定位置)に回動可能である。ここでは、下
・右に設けられた遊技盤固定部材20C及び20Dは従
来と変わらないので説明を割愛し、本実施例の特徴であ
る右部の遊技盤固定部材20A及び20Bについて詳述
する。
【0016】図10に示されるように、右の側枠杆に設
けられた遊技盤固定部材20Aと20Bは、連結杆23
を介して互いに連結している。更に、施錠操作部24
が、右の側枠杆に軸支されており、その自由端が連結杆
23とピンを介して連結している。そして、施錠操作部
24を回動させることにより、1回の操作で、両者を遊
技盤開放位置・遊技盤非開放位置に配することができ
る。この機構につき更に詳述すると、図10に示される
ように、遊技盤固定部材20A及び20Bは、前枠Bの
裏面右縁側の上下に軸支されている。そして、図10及
び図11に示されるように、遊技盤固定部材20A及び
20Bは、夫々の部材の回動により、遊技盤固定位置
(図10参照)又は遊技盤非固定位置(図11参照)に
変位する。ここで、図10に示されるように、遊技盤固
定部材20A及び20Bは、該部材の右端(図では左
端)で、連結杆23をピン支持している。結果、全体と
しては、連結杆23を介して、遊技盤固定部材20A及
び20Bが連結した構成を採っている。更に、図10及
び図11に示されるように、施錠操作部24が、遊技盤
固定部材20Aと20Bとの間で、前枠Bの裏面右縁側
に軸止されていると共に、ピン26を介してその自由端
で連結杆23と連結している。そして、施錠操作部24
の回動により、連結杆23が上下に移動し、その結果と
して遊技盤固定部材20A及び20Bが回動する。更
に、図12に示されるように、施錠操作部24の回動を
補助する手段として、施錠操作補助部材25を採用して
いる。施錠操作補助部材25は、施錠操作部24と係脱
可能に構成されており、手動操作に適した大きさの長手
レバー25a、鍵部25b及び軸部25cとからなる。
施錠操作部24側には、施錠操作補助部材25の鍵部2
5bが係合可能な鍵穴部24aが、係合後に施錠操作補
助部材25の長手レバー25aが略水平方向に配される
ように設けられている。そして、鍵部25bを鍵穴部2
4aに差込んだ後に、施錠操作補助部材25を回動させ
ることにより、施錠操作部24も追従して回動する。こ
のような構成を採ることにより、少ない力でも大きな回
転モーメントを得ることができるので、施錠操作部24
の回動、ひいては遊技盤固定部材20A及び20Bの遊
技盤固定位置や遊技盤非固定位置への変位操作が非常に
容易になる。
【0017】なお、図示されていないが、前枠B裏面に
は、前枠やガラス枠用の施錠装置が設けられているた
め、連結杆23等は、施錠装置と干渉しないよう適宜配
置されている。
【0018】裏機構セット盤Eの開閉連結支持機構
標記機構は、基本的には従来のものと同一原理のヒンジ
部材からなる。但し、前記のように、遊技盤Cの開閉連
結支持機構である開閉連結支持手段Fが、裏機構セット
盤Eの開閉連結支持機構としての機能も有する点で、従
来のものと異なる。このような構成を採ることにより、
部品点数を削減することができる。なお、上下2個のヒ
ンジ部材の構造は同一であるので、上のヒンジ部材のみ
について説明する。図4に示されるように、裏機構セッ
ト盤Eの開閉連結支持機構としての開閉連結支持手段F
は、遊技盤Cの開閉連結支持機構の一部材でもあるヒン
ジ金具15と、裏機構セット盤E用のヒンジ金具18と
からなる。なお、ヒンジ金具15に設けられた突起15
bと、ヒンジ金具18に設けられた孔18aに関して
は、遊技盤Cの開閉連結支持手段に関し上述したことと
同一であるので、説明を割愛する。
【0019】裏機構セット盤Eを前枠Bの裏面にセット
する際には、図6に示されるように、裏機構セット盤E
の正面左部上下2箇所に設けられたヒンジ金具18の孔
18aの両方(図では上のヒンジ金具のみ図示)を、前
枠Bの裏面左縁側の上下2箇所に設けられたヒンジ金具
15の突起15bの両方(図では上のヒンジ金具のみ図
示)に係合させると、裏機構セット盤Eは、前枠Bの裏
面で片持ち状態に支持される。そして、裏機構セット盤
Eを前枠B側へ回動させて前枠Bと当接させた後締付固
定することにより、図7に示されるような、前枠Bに裏
機構セット盤Eが固定された状態となる。
【0020】前枠の開放保持機構
図3、図8、図9及び図15(特に図3及び図15)を
参照しながら標記機構を説明する。図3に示されるよう
に、開放保持部材50を外枠Aの上枠杆下に収納するた
めのフック部材401(金属製)が、上枠杆下にねじで
締付固定されている。開放保持部材50は、図3に示さ
れるように、フック部材401に対して開閉連結支持手
段G寄りの、外枠Aの上枠杆下に固定された回動支点ね
じ(回動支点部)52に回動可能に支持されている。図
15に示されるように、開放保持部材50の自由端50
aは、後述の凹状の係合保持部53と係合する係合固定
部50bを有する。係合固定部50bは、ナット部材5
0c、鍔部材50d及び間軸部50e(この幅は、係合
保持部53の厚みより若干大きく設定される)からな
り、間軸部50eは、係合保持部53の凹部と係脱可能
である。これにより、開放保持部材50の自由端50a
を係合保持部53にセットした後は、係合保持部53に
対しての自由端50aの前後の移動が制限される。開放
保持部材50の長さは、原則的に、回動支点部と係合保
持部との距離に対応し、したがって、回動支点ねじ52
と係合保持部53がどこに設置されているかに依存す
る。また、開放保持部材50の形状は、本実施例では、
自由端50a近傍で「く」の字形に曲げられているが、
カーブ形等を含め、その形状は限定されない。更に、材
質に関しても、金属製が好ましいものとして挙げられる
が、十分な強度を有する限り、その他の材質でもよい。
【0021】2箇所の係合保持部53が形成された係合
保持金具は、前枠Aに対する裏機構セット盤Eの開閉に
干渉しないような、枠体の上枠杆の裏面の適当な位置
に、ねじ等の手段により付設されている。本実施例にお
いては、上枠杆の裏面上部に一体形成された凹部内に、
係合保持金具が付設されている。このような構成を採れ
ば、非使用時に開放保持機構は邪魔にならない。
【0022】前枠の開放保持機構において、開放した前
枠Bを所望位置に保持する場合には、開放保持部材50
を回動させて、間軸部50eを一方の係合保持部53中
に挿嵌し、係合固定部50bと係合保持部53とを係合
させる。これにより、開放保持部材50は外枠Aと前枠
Bとの間に係るストッパー部材として機能し、前枠B
は、所望位置(図15の実線で示したように、左の係合
保持部に挿嵌させた場合は、前枠に対して90度の位
置;同図の想像線で示したように、右の係合保持部に挿
嵌させた場合は、前枠に対して100度の位置)で拘束
(ロック)され、安定に保持される。なお、前枠Bに対
する拘束の解除は、係合固定部50bを係合保持部53
から嵌脱させ、開放保持部材50を元位置まで回動させ
ることにより行われる。
【0023】回動支点部及び係合保持部の設置位置に関
しては、開放保持機構、前枠及び外枠の破損防止の観点
から、いずれも開閉連結支持手段G上やその近傍(好適
には5cm以内)に設けられていないことが好ましい。開
閉連結支持手段G上やその近傍に設置されている場合に
は、前枠Bによる押圧(時として引張力)が非常に大き
いため、開放支持部やこの部品が付設された前枠・外枠
の部分破壊が生じるからである。なお、本実施例におい
ては、回動支点部が外枠側に設けられ、係合保持部が前
枠側に設けられているが、その逆も可能である。
【0024】裏機構セット盤の開放保持機構
図3を参照しながら標記機構を説明する。図3に示され
るように、外枠Aの上枠杆の裏面に、先端がフック状の
アーム部を有するレバー部材80が設けられている。こ
のレバー部材80は、アーム部が外枠Aの外に出る位置
(固定位置)と、外枠A内に収納される位置(開放位
置)とに変位可能なように外枠A裏面に軸支されてい
る。そして、図3に示されるように裏機構セット盤Eを
外枠Aに近接又は当接させた状態で、このレバーを固定
位置に変位させることにより、裏機構セット盤Eに固定
された玉タンク90の縁に前記アーム部がフックされ、
その結果、外枠Aに対し裏機構セット盤Eが若干開いた
状態で固定保持される。
【0025】上記の前枠・裏機構セット盤の開放保持機
構を設けることにより、裏機構セット盤の裏側点検、制
御基板の点検・交換、遊技盤の裏側目視点検、遊技盤の
着脱、裏機構セット盤・制御基板・遊技盤の修理等が容
易となる。

材25を収納するための係合孔を遊技盤Cに設けた態様
である。図16に示されるように、この係合孔Csは、

5の向きの場合)には鍵部25bの挿入が可能であり、
逆に鍵部25bが水平方向を向いている場合(即ち、図

は鍵部25bの脱着が不可能となるような形状や大きさ
を採る。例えば、図12に示された、施錠操作部24に
設けられた鍵孔部24aと同じような形状や大きさ、即
ち、施錠操作補助部材25の鍵部25bの断面形状より
も若干大きく設定された鍵状孔や、楕円孔(長軸径が鍵
部25bの最大幅より大きく、短軸径が鍵部25bの最
大幅より小さく設定)が挙げられる。なお、本実施例に
おいては、施錠操作補助部材25の軸部cの長さ(即
ち、鍵部25bの付け根から長手レバー25aの付け根
までの長さ)が、遊技盤Cの厚さと同等以上に設定され
ている。
【0028】施錠操作補助部材25を収納する際には、
まず、施錠操作補助部材25の長手レバー25aが水平
になるように持ち、鍵部25bが鉛直方向を向くように
して、係合孔Csに差込む。そして、鍵部25bが遊技
盤Cを完全に貫通した段階で、長手レバー25aを回転
させ、長手レバー25aを鉛直方向に向ける。この操作
により、図16に示されるように、施錠操作補助部材2
5は遊技盤Cから抜けなくなる。この状態で長手レバー
25aを裏面側に引くと(操作者の立場に立てば手前に
引くと)、遊技盤Cが引き出される。なお、この状態の
まま、裏機構セット盤Eや前枠Bを閉じ、通常遊技を行
うことが可能なように、他の部材に干渉しない構成を採
ることが好適である。この構成を採ることにより、施錠
操作補助部材25の収容スペースとしても利用できる。

施例3を説明する。

成であるが、実施例2における施錠操作補助部材25の
軸部25cの途中に鍔部を設けた点で相違する。図17

d及び鍔部27eとからなる。そして、第一軸部27c
の長さ(即ち、鍵部27bの付け根から鍔部27eの付
け根までの長さ)が、遊技盤Cの厚さと同じかやや大き
く設定されている。他方、図17に示されるように、係
合孔Csは、実施例2と同じく、施錠操作補助部材27
の鍵部27bが鉛直方向を向いている場合には鍵部27
bの挿入が可能であり、逆に鍵部27bが水平方向を向
いている場合には鍵部27bの挿入が不可能となるよう
な形状や大きさである、図17に示されるような鍵孔形
状を採る。
【0031】施錠操作補助部材27を遊技盤Cに取付け
る際には、まず、図17及び図18の想像線で示される
ように、施錠操作補助部材27の長手レバー27aが水
平になるように持ち、鍵部27bが鉛直方向を向くよう
にして、係合孔Csに差込む。そして、鍔部27eの正
面が遊技盤Cの裏面に当接するまで施錠操作補助部材2
7を押し込み、当接後に、図18の実線で示されるよう
に、長手レバー27aを回転させ、長手レバー27aを
鉛直方向に向ける。この操作により、図18に示される
ように、施錠操作補助部材27がその前後でしっかり固
定される。この状態においては、実施例2のように遊技
盤Cを引き出すことが可能であると共に、遊技盤Cの把
持手段としても機能するので、遊技盤の取付けや取り外
しの際に、この長手レバー27aを把持することがで
き、持ち運びに極めて便利である。更に、この状態(施
錠操作補助部材27が遊技盤Cに固定されている状態)
のまま、裏機構セット盤Eや前枠Bを閉じ、通常遊技を
行うことが可能なように、他の部材に干渉しない構成を
採ることが好適である。この構成を採ることにより、施
錠操作補助部材27の収容スペースとしても利用でき
る。
