して、当出願人は既に特願平11−325925号にて
出願済みのものがある。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の技術で述べたも
のは,完成した支柱の内壁に夜光塗料を塗布する方法で
あったが、この方法では製造コストが高くつき、且つ品
質にむらが生じ易いという問題点が有った。 【0004】本発明は、従来の技術の有するこのような
問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とすると
ころは、支柱を簡単な作業により夜光塗料を塗布すると
いう工程を省き、且つ確実に発光剤を均質に配合できる
という、安価にして外観的にも高品質な支柱を用いた発
光ステッキを提供しようとするものである。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、本発明の発光ステッキにおいては、中空な支柱の内
側に発光体を有する発光ステッキにおいて、発光部を構
成する中空な支柱に、適量の夜光顔料を混入した原料を
使用することにより成形加工された、プラスチック製の
中空な支柱を取り付けたものである。 【0006】そして、上記発光ステッキの支柱には、残
光性が大きく、且つ支柱の成形加工時の熱で変質しない
耐熱性の高い夜光顔料を用いることが好ましい。 【0007】また、樹脂に混入する夜光顔料の混合割合
は、3〜10%(重量)程度がよい。 【0008】更に、中空な支柱の内面は、できるだけ真
円であり且つ滑らかに成形されていることが効果的であ

環状円形でもよく、また特殊な表面形状を有するもので

づき図面を参照して説明する。図1において、中空な支
柱1は、握り部3と鞘7の間で貫通ピン9により鞘に保
