に配設し、該作動杆には円筒体を逆転防止手段を介して
該作動杆に対して一定の方向にのみ回動自在になるよう
に取り付け、該円筒体の外周には突起を形成し、本体ケ
ースには円筒体に対応する円筒部を備えさせると共に該
円筒部の内面には円筒体の突起に対応する螺旋溝を形成
し、該円筒体の突起を該円筒部の螺旋溝に摺嵌すること
により、円筒体が円筒部内を下降するときに該円筒体が
前記一定の方向に回動し、該円筒体が円筒部内を上昇す
るときに該円筒体が反対の方向に回動するようになし、
作動杆と本体ケースとの間には下降した作動杆を上方に
戻すための戻しばねを取り付け、 前記作動杆の上端を手で押下して作動杆を下降させたと
きに、作動杆に取り付けられた円筒体が該作動杆に対し
て前記一定の方向に回動し、下降した作動杆の上端から
手を離したときに、作動杆が戻しばねの力により上昇し
