However, if the thickness of the substrate 2 is made uniform over the entire length in the major axis LC direction in order to increase the holding rigidity of the wire bundle 1, the bending rigidity of the substrate 2 in the thickness direction is reduced. Since it becomes higher, it becomes difficult to bend the substrate 2 in the thickness direction. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
In order to hold the wire bundle 1 at the corners of the panel 5,
Two wire retainers 10, 10 must be placed on both sides of the corner. For this reason, there are disadvantages that the number of holders 10 to be used increases and that the work of holding the wire rod bundle 1 at the corner portion is troublesome.

The above-mentioned drawback is that the thickness of the substrate 2 is reduced,
It is thought that this can be solved by lowering the bending rigidity in the thickness direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 13, when the thickness of the substrate 2 is reduced, the bending rigidity in the thickness direction becomes low and the substrate 2 can be bent in the thickness direction. Therefore, as shown in FIG. Even at a portion, the wire rod bundle 1 can be held by the single wire rod holder 10. However, when the wall thickness is reduced to reduce the bending rigidity, the holding rigidity of the wire rod bundle 1 decreases, and twisting around the major axis LC is likely to occur. Therefore, as shown in FIG. If the surface is a surface, the weight of the wire bundle 1 causes a twist around the long axis LC in the vicinity of both ends of the substrate 2 in the long axis LC direction, and the wire bundle 1 cannot be properly held on the panel 5. When the panel 5 shown in FIG. 13 has a flat downward surface, the weight of the wire bundle 1 causes the substrate 2
Not only can not hold the wire bundle 1 properly as shown by the chain double-dashed line, but also if the corner portion of the panel 5 in FIG. The board 2 hangs down as shown by the chain double-dashed line, and the wire bundle 1 cannot be held properly.

In such an improper holding state, the wire bundle 1
Is held on the vehicle body panel 5 of the automobile, the wire bundle 1 swings due to vibration during traveling, and collides with the vehicle body panel 5 and other vehicle body constituent members to generate abnormal noise.
Therefore, the holder 10 for the wire rod in which the thickness of the substrate 2 is reduced
Then, its use will be limited.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the substrate can be easily bent in the thickness direction without lowering the holding rigidity of the wire rod, and the wire rod bundle can be properly used not only in the flat panel but also in the corner portion of the panel. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wire rod holder that can be held at the same time, and that can reduce the number of uses at the corners to one to save the labor of wire rod holding work.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a holder for a wire according to the invention as defined in claim 1 is a substrate having a long axis in a direction along the axial direction of the wire, and An engaging portion that is erected on one surface and that can engage with a locking hole of a mating member, and attach the wire member by abutting the wire member on the other surface of the substrate and winding the winding member. In the holder for the wire rod, the thickness of the substrate is reduced near the both sides of the engaging portion of the substrate in the major axis direction so that the cross-sectional area in the minor axis direction orthogonal to the major axis is cut in the minor axis direction of the substrate. It is characterized in that the bending permitting portion set to be smaller than the area is provided so as to extend in the long axis direction.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the cross-sectional area of the substrate in the minor axis direction is larger than the cross-sectional area of the bending permitting portion in the minor axis direction, the wire holding rigidity can be increased.
For this reason, it is possible to prevent the substrate from being twisted about the major axis and downward from sagging, so that the wire can be properly held. Furthermore, since the bending allowance portion is thin and the cross-sectional area in the minor axis direction is set to be smaller than the cross-sectional area in the minor axis direction of the substrate, it becomes easier to bend in the thickness direction,
The flexural rigidity of the substrate in the thickness direction is locally reduced in the flexion allowance portion. Therefore, the substrate can be easily bent with the bending permitting portion as the bending point.

Further, the length of the bending permitting portion in the major axis direction is 0.
If it is less than 5 mm, it is difficult to mold it with a cross-sectional area in the minor axis direction in which the bending allowance part is set, and if the length in the major axis direction exceeds 3.5 mm, twisting around the major axis in the bending allowance part will occur. And downward sagging are likely to occur.

Further, since the bendable portion is provided on the other surface side of the substrate in the thickness direction of the substrate,
It is possible to suppress the tensile stress generated in the bending allowance portion when bent in the thickness direction to be small and delay the breakage of the bending allowance portion due to deterioration over time.

The wire holder 10 is made of a strong synthetic resin such as 6,6-nylon or 4,6-nylon, and is bent near both sides of the engaging portion 3 of the substrate 2 in the major axis LC direction. The permitting portions 7 and 7 are provided so as to extend in the major axis LC direction. As shown in FIG. 4, the bending allowance portions 7 and 7 have a thickness t smaller than the thickness T of the substrate 2 and a dimension w in the direction of the short axis SC orthogonal to the major axis LC of the substrate 2. W
As shown in FIG. 5, the cross-sectional area A1 in the short axis SC direction is set smaller than the cross-sectional area A in the short axis SC direction of the substrate 2, and the substrate 2 in the thickness direction of the substrate 2 is made smaller. Is provided so as to be biased to the other surface 2B side.

In this way, the thickness T of the substrate 2 is made thicker than the thickness t of the bending allowance portions 7, 7, and the cross-sectional area A in the direction of the minor axis SC thereof is the cross-sectional area A1 of the bending allowance portions 7, 7. Since the holding rigidity of the wire bundle 1 is increased by making the wire bundle 1 larger than the above, even if the panel 5 is a flat upright surface as shown in FIG. The wire bundle 1 can be properly held without any twist (see FIG. 15). Even if the panel 5 shown in FIG. 3 has a flat downward surface, the substrate 2 does not hang down due to the weight of the wire bundle 1 (see FIG. 13), and the wire bundle 1
Can be properly held.

On the other hand, the thickness t of the bendable portions 7, 7 is set to the substrate 2
By setting the cross-sectional area A1 in the direction of the short axis SC smaller than the cross-sectional area A of the substrate 2 by making the cross-section area A1 smaller than the wall thickness T, the bending allowance portions 7, 7 are easily bent in the thickness direction. Board 2
The bending rigidity in the thickness direction can be locally reduced in the bending allowance portions 7, 7. Therefore, the board 2 can be easily bent with the bending allowance portions 7, 7 as bending points. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the board 2 is bent at two points along the corner portion of the panel 5. One wire holder 1
With 0, the wire bundle 1 can be held, and the labor of wire holding work can be saved. Moreover, because of the above-described reason, the holding rigidity of the wire rod bundle 1 is set high, so that the weight of the wire rod bundle 1 causes the substrate 2 to hang down even if the corner portion of the panel 5 faces downward (see FIG. 14). ), It is possible to properly hold the wire bundle 1. Therefore, even if the wire bundle 1 is held by the vehicle body panel 5 of the automobile, the wire bundle 1 is prevented from swinging due to vibration during traveling,
It is possible to prevent the wire rod bundle 1 from colliding with the vehicle body panel 5 or other vehicle body constituent members and generating abnormal noise.

If the length 1 of the bendable portions 7, 7 shown in FIG. 1 in the major axis LC direction is less than 0.5 mm, the bendable portions 7,
7 is difficult to form with a cross-sectional area A1 in the minor axis direction, and when the length l in the major axis LC direction exceeds 3.5 mm, the bending permissible portions 7 and 7 around the major axis LC Since the twisting and the downward sagging are likely to occur, the length l of the bending permitting portions 7, 7 in the major axis LC direction is 0.5 mm.
By setting the range to 3.5 mm, preferably 1.5 mm to 3.0 mm, the molding can be facilitated and the wire bundle 1 can be appropriately held.

By providing the bend permitting portions 7, 7 in the thickness direction of the substrate 2 so as to be biased toward the other surface 2B of the substrate 2,
As shown by the solid line in FIG. 8, when the bending allowance portion 7 is bent in the thickness direction, the tensile stress generated in the bending allowance portion 7, that is, the tensile stress generated on the one surface 7A side of the bending allowance portion 7 (arrow σt1 ), As shown by a chain double-dashed line, when the bending permitting portion 7 is provided in the thickness direction of the substrate 2 on one surface 2A side of the substrate 2 and is bent in the thickness direction, It can be suppressed to be smaller than the tensile stress (arrow σt2) generated on the one surface 7A side of the bend permitting portion 7 shown by the dotted line. Therefore, it is possible to delay the breakage of the bendable portions 7, 7 due to deterioration over time, and prolong the life of the wire rod holder 10.

That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, since the cross-sectional area of the substrate in the minor axis direction is larger than the cross-sectional area of the bendable portion in the minor axis direction, the wire holding rigidity can be increased. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the substrate from being twisted about the major axis and downward from sagging, so that the wire can be properly held. Further, the bend permitting portions provided in the vicinity of both sides in the long axis direction of the engaging portion so as to extend in the long axis direction have a thin wall thickness so that the cross sectional area in the short axis direction is smaller than the cross sectional area in the short axis direction of the substrate. Since the bending allowance portion is set, the bending allowance portion is easily bent in the thickness direction, and the bending rigidity of the substrate in the thickness direction can be locally reduced in the bending allowance portion. Therefore, the board can be easily bent with the bending allowance portion as a bending point, and thus the wire can be properly held by the one wire holder that bends the board along the corner of the panel. Therefore, it is possible to save the work of holding the wire rod. Moreover, it is possible to prevent the wire rod from swinging due to vibration and to prevent the wire rod from colliding with the panel or other members to generate an abnormal noise, so that there is no restriction in use.

According to the second aspect of the invention, by setting the length of the bendable portion in the major axis direction within the range of 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm, the cross-sectional area in the minor axis direction is set. It is possible to facilitate the formation of the bending allowance portion and prevent the bending allowance portion from being twisted around the major axis or downwardly sagging, so that the wire rod can be properly held.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the bend permitting portion is provided so as to be biased toward the other surface side of the substrate in the thickness direction of the substrate, so that the bend permitting portion can be formed in the case of bending in the thickness direction. It is possible to suppress the tensile stress that occurs, delay the breakage of the bendable portion due to deterioration over time, and prolong the life of the holder for the wire rod.
