Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an ink used for a marking pen for writing on a writing board made of a synthetic resin plate, a painted plate or the like. [0002] As a conventional marking pen ink for writing instruments of this type, an ink in which a dye is dissolved in a volatile organic solvent is known. However, the dye is adsorbed on a writing board and complete wiping can be performed. There were drawbacks that were not possible. Further, an ink in which a pigment is dispersed in a volatile organic solvent is also known, but the dispersion stability is poor due to the effect of a release agent, and not only does the pigment coagulate and settle to form a hard cake, but also a handwriting is required. There was a disadvantage that the pigment was fixed to the plate and it was difficult to wipe it off. [0003] Accordingly, the present invention is intended to provide an easy-to-wipe handwriting on a writing board, the pigment does not aggregate over a long period of time, and the pigment has good dispersion stability. To provide a marking pen ink for a writing board. [0004] A volatile organic solvent, a resin,
A marking pen ink for a writing board comprising a pigment, a release agent, and epoxidized soybean oil. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. As the solvent used in the present invention, a volatile organic solvent composed of a volatile ester solvent, a volatile ketone solvent, a volatile aromatic solvent, a volatile alcohol solvent, or a mixture thereof can be used. As volatile ester solvents, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, n-propyl acetate, isopropyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, n-amyl acetate, isoamyl acetate, methyl propionate, ethyl propionate,
N-propyl propionate, isopropyl propionate, n-butyl propionate, isobutyl propionate, n-amyl propionate, isoamyl propionate, methyl butyrate, ethyl butyrate, n-propyl butyrate, isopropyl butyrate, n-butyl butyrate, butyric acid Isobutyl, n-amyl butyrate, isoamyl butyrate, methyl lactate, ethyl lactate, n-propyl lactate, isopropyl lactate, n-butyl lactate, isobutyl lactate, n-amyl lactate, isoamyl lactate, and the like can be used. As volatile ketone solvents, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl n-propyl ketone, methyl isopropyl ketone, methyl n-butyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, methyl n-amyl ketone, methyl isoamyl ketone, 4-methoxy-4
-Methylpentanone-2 or the like can be used. As the volatile aromatic solvent, benzene, toluene, xylene and the like can be used. As volatile alcohol solvents, n-butanol, n-pentanol, n-
Hexanol, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monopropyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 3-methyl-3-methoxybutanol, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol monoethyl ether, propylene glycol monopropyl ether, Propylene glycol monobutyl ether or the like can be used. In the present invention, the above-mentioned volatile solvents can be used alone or as a mixture. Particularly, a mixed solvent of a volatile ester solvent and a volatile ketone solvent is preferably used. The solvent can be used in an amount of about 55 to 95% by weight based on the total amount of the ink. The resin used in the present invention is used for dispersing a pigment, and includes styrene-acrylic copolymer, polyacrylic acid resin, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl butyral, ketone resin, phenol resin, xylene resin, cumarone resin, polyindene. Resins soluble in the above-mentioned volatile solvents, such as resins, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymers, nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, and polymethacrylic acid resins, can be used. In the present invention, the above-mentioned resins can be used alone or as a mixture.
About 0% by weight can be used. As the pigment used in the present invention, conventionally known organic pigments and inorganic pigments can be used without any particular limitation. Examples thereof include azo series, phthalocyanine series, anthraquinone series, dioxazine series, indigo-thioindigo series, and the like. Organic pigments such as verinone / berylene, isoindolenone, azomethylene azo, carbon black,
Inorganic pigments such as mica, titanium white, pearl pigments, and metal pigments such as iron oxide, aluminum powder, and brass can be used. It is convenient to knead these pigments into the above-mentioned resin to form processed pigments, since they are easily dispersed when mixed with a solvent. Alternatively, a commercially available processed pigment in which a pigment has already been kneaded into a resin may be used, and microlith using ethyl cellulose as a carrier resin Yellow 4G-A, microlith Scarlet RA, microlith Blue 4G-A, microlith Black CA, microlith using vinyl chloride / vinyl acetate copolymer as carrier resin Yellow 3G-KP / microlith DDP Red BK / microlith Blue 4G-K / microlith Black C-KP, microlith using rosin ester as carrier resin Yellow 2G-T microlith
Red BR-T / Microlith Green GT / Microlith Bl
ack CA (above, processed pigment manufactured by Ciba Geigy) and the like can also be used. Since the pigment does not stain the writing board, it is preferably used for a marking pen for a writing board,
It can be used in an amount of 1 to 20% by weight based on the total amount of the ink. As the release agent used in the present invention, a release agent soluble in the volatile solvent can be used, and petroleum hydrocarbons such as liquid paraffin, higher fatty acids, higher fatty acid esters,
Higher aliphatic alcohols, polymer glycol ethers such as polyethylene glycol monolauryl ether, and the like can be used. In the present invention, the above-mentioned release agents can be used alone or in combination.
About 0% by weight can be used. In the present invention, epoxidized soybean oil is essential. When the epoxidized soybean oil is mixed with the volatile organic solvent, resin, pigment, and ink composed of a release agent, handwriting written on a writing board can be easily wiped off, and
The dispersion stability of the pigment is improved. In the present invention, the epoxidized soybean oil is used in an amount of 0.1 to 10% by weight based on the total amount of the ink.
Degree can be used. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. Example 1 Isoamyl acetate 40.0% by weight Methyl isobutyl ketone 40.0% by weight Vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer 4.0% by weight Carbon black 4.0% by weight Liquid paraffin 10.0% by weight Epoxidized soybean oil 2.0% by weight The above-mentioned carbon black and vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer were charged into a three-roll mill and mixed, and then mixed with the remaining substance using a propeller stirrer to obtain a viscosity. 7.0 mPa
* Black ink of s (25 ° C) was obtained. When the ink was drawn into a batting-type writing instrument and written on a white board, clear handwriting was obtained, and the ink was easily erased when lightly rubbed with an eraser. In addition, the stability over time of the ink was excellent. When the writing implement was set up with the pen tip up for one month, the pigment did not agglomerate or settle. Example 2 n-butyl acetate 40.0% by weight Methyl ethyl ketone 40.0% by weight Microlith DDP Red BK 8.0% by weight Liquid paraffin 10.0% by weight Epoxidized soybean oil 2.0% by weight Was mixed with the remaining material using a propeller stirrer to obtain a red ink having a viscosity of 6.5 mPa · s (25 ° C.).
As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a marker for a writing board which is capable of easily wiping off handwriting, does not coagulate or settle over a long period of time, and has good pigment dispersion stability. Pen ink.
