【従来の技術】従来からガスファンヒータ等の温風暖房
機は、略直方体の本体ケースの前面パネルに形成された
温風吹出口に横ルーバを上下に複数段備え、このルーバ
の間から、バーナや電気ヒータ等の加熱源で加熱された
温風をファンにより吹き出して室内を暖房することが知
られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、こうし
た温風暖房機は、温風を器体の正面へ真っ直ぐに吹き出
すため、室内全体に温風が広がりにくく、室内の温度分
布が不均一となり、使用者にとってあまり快適ではなか
った。そこで、室内の温度むらを減らすために、ファン
と前面パネルとの間に可動整流板を複数平行に設けて、
この整流板を左右に振る温風暖房機や、図6に示される
ように、固定整流板20R,20Lを上から見てハの字
状に、つまり左右外側に開いて配置して温風を左右両側
へも導いて横ルーバ22の間から送出する温風暖房機が
考えられた。しかし、このように整流板を設けても、フ
ァンや整流板を収納するケースの内側左右側壁21R,
21Lに温風が当たってしまい、吹き出し角度が狭く、
温風暖房機の左右は温度が低いままであった。特に、図
6の右側の吹出し通路23では、右固定整流板20Rを
設けても温風が右側壁21Rにも沿って流れるため、温
風が右側へあまり広がらなかった。また、横ルーバを上
向きや下向きに傾斜させた温風暖房機も知られており、
こうした器具では温風の上下方向の向きを変えることは
できるが、左右方向の向きは変えられない。本発明の温
風暖房機は上記課題を解決し、室内の温度分布を均一に
することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決する本発
明の請求項1記載の温風暖房機は、本体ケース内に、加
熱源と、該加熱源へ空気を送ってその温風を吹出口から
器体外へ供給する送風機とを備えた温風暖房機におい
て、上記本体ケースの前面パネルを半円筒状に形成し、
上記吹出口を該前面パネルの左右両端近傍まで延ばして
形成すると共に、該吹出口に該前面パネルの半円筒面に
沿って略水平方向に延びる円弧状のルーバを設け、該ル
ーバの上面を放射方向へ向かって上向きに傾斜させて円
錐面状に形成したことを要旨とする。

温風暖房機は、加熱源で加熱された空気が送風機により
送られると、その空気は、放射方向へ向かって上向き傾
斜した円錐面状のルーバ、つまり、外周が内周よりも高

沿って左右外側へ向きを変えて広がりながら上向きに吹
出口から送出され、室内全体を暖房する。

【発明の実施の形態】以上説明した本発明の構成・作用
を一層明らかにするために、以下本発明の温風暖房機の
好適な実施形態について説明する。
【0007】本発明の一実施形態としての温風暖房機に
ついて図1〜図4を用いて説明する。温風暖房機1の本
体ケース2は、正面部となる前面パネル2aと、側面と
背面とからなるバックケース2bと、操作部15を備え
た頂部となるトップパネル2cとからなる。
【0008】この本体ケース2内には、中央よりもやや
左寄りにバーナ3とファン4とが設けられ、このバーナ
3は、上部が開口した燃焼室5内に配置される。また、
燃焼室5の右側には、図1に示されるように、収納部1

吹出口を該前面パネルの左右両端近傍まで延ばして形成
すると共に、該吹出口に該前面パネルの半円筒面に沿っ
て略水平方向に延びる円弧状のルーバを設け、該ルーバ
の上面を放射方向へ向かって上向きに傾斜させて円錐面
状に形成したことを特徴とする温風暖房機。Claims: 1. A hot air heater having a heating source in a main body case, and a blower for sending air to the heating source and supplying the hot air from an outlet to the outside of the body. The front panel of the main body case is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape, the outlet is formed to extend to near the left and right ends of the front panel, and the outlet is formed in a substantially horizontal direction along the semi-cylindrical surface of the front panel. A warm air heater characterized in that an arc-shaped louver extending in a direction is provided, and an upper surface of the louver is inclined upward in a radial direction to form a conical surface.
