Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 部品(1)を支持部(2)、特に金属製支持部に固定するためのプラスチック 材料のクリップであって、該クリップは部品(1)と一体化されそして本体(3) の寸法よりも小さな寸法のノーズ部(4)によってその一端部を終端される中空 の本体(3)と、弾性によって支持部(2)のエッジを受容しそして一体化クリッ プを支持部に保持するように形成されたスナップ‐固着区域(8)を画定するよ うにノーズ部(4)から突出した少なくとも1つの実質的に三角形のスナップ‐ 固着リム(5)とから構成されることを特徴とするクリップ。 2. 本体(3)は、支持部(2)に対する一体化クリップのための接合部として作 用するリブ(7)により伸延されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクリッ プ。 3. ノーズ部(4)はより大きな厚さの本体(3)に結合された交差プレート(6 )から突出していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のクリップ。 4. 本体(3)は2つの台形の側部により構成され、ノーズ部(4)はその側部の 各々がスナップ‐固着リム(5)を担持したV字形であることを特徴とする請求 項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のクリップ。 5. ノーズ部は、交差プレート(6)に結合された本体(3)の側部分の幅よりも 小さな最大幅の側部によって交差プレート(6)に取り付けられていることを特 徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のクリップ。 6. 本体(3)はノーズ部(4)の幅よりも大きな幅であることを特徴とする請求 項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のクリップ。 7. 接合部(7)は、ノーズ部(4)のスナップ‐固着リム(5)に対して支持部 (2)を保持するように作用することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一 項に記載のクリップ。 8. 開口(2f)の周縁部はフランジによって囲繞されていることを特徴とする請 求項1記載のクリップ。 9. 交差プレート(6)は、支持部(2)に対して押圧してシールを提供する2つ の突出した可撓性のリップ部(7a,7b)によってクリップの軸方向に延びてい ることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のクリップ。 10.請求項1から9のいずれかに記載された少なくとも1つの一体化クリップを 含む熱可塑性部品であって、一体化クリップ(11)は熱可塑性部品(1)と共に 射出成形されることを特徴とする熱可塑性部品。
