Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一つの個体の心臓に間葉幹細胞の心筋細胞産生量を投与することよりなりそ れを必要とする心臓に心筋細胞を産生するための一つの方法。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法であって、ここで間葉幹細胞が心臓組織の少 なくとも1個の損傷部分に直接投与されることを特徴とする方法。 3.請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法であって、ここで間葉幹細胞が注射により投 与されることを特徴とする方法。 4.請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法であって、ここで間葉幹細胞が薬理許容液注 射可能担体で投与されることを特徴とする方法。 5.請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法であって、ここで間葉幹細胞が開腹手術手順 の間に投与されることを特徴とする方法。 6.請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法であって、ここで間葉幹細胞が注射により投 与されることを特徴とする方法。 7.請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法であって、ここで間葉幹細胞が液状形態で注 射可能でありまた損傷した心筋細胞の部位で半固形になる生物適合性媒質で投与 されることを特徴とする方法。 8.請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法であって、ここで媒質がコラーゲンおよびそ の誘導体、ポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸および細胞外基質よりなるグループから 選択されることを特徴とする方法。 9.請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法であって、ここで間葉幹細 胞が固形の可撓性基質である生物適合性媒質で投与されることを特徴とする方法 。 10.請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法であって、ここで固形可撓付基質が開腹手 術手順の間に心臓の少なくとも1個の損傷部分に適用されることを特徴とする方 法。 11.請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法であって、ここで固形可撓性基質が半固形 生物適合性媒質に含浸される1個もしくはそれ以上の線維層を含むことを特徴と する方法。 12.請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法であって、ここで間葉幹細胞がヒトである ことを特徴とする方法。 13.請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法であって、ここで間葉幹細胞が治療され る個体に自己由来であることを特徴とする方法。 14.請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法であって、ここで少なくとも一部の間葉幹 細胞が外因性遺伝子物質を含むように修飾されていることを特徴とする方法。 15.請求の範囲第14項に記載の方法であって、ここで外因性遺伝子物質が成 長因子、筋原性因子、転写因子、サイトカイン、ホメオボックス遺伝子、血管形 成刺激因子および血管再生強化因子よりなるグループから選択される発現産物を コード化することを特徴とする方法。 16.間葉幹細胞を含む一つの組成物であって、その少なくとも一部が成長因子 、筋原性因子、転写因子、サイトカイン、ホメオボックス遺伝子、血管形成刺激 因子および血管再生強化因子よりなるグループから選択される発現産物をコード 化する外 因性遺伝子物質を含むように修飾されている組成物。 17.請求の範囲第16項に記載の組成物であって、ここで間葉幹細胞がヒトで あることを特徴とする組成物。 18.請求の範囲第16項に記載の組成物であって、ここで間葉幹細胞が自己由 来であることを特徴とする組成物。 19.心筋細胞を必要とする個体の心臓に心筋細胞を産生する一つの方法であっ て、心筋細胞に分化するために試験管内で誘導された間葉幹細胞をその心臓に投 与することを含む方法。 20.個体の心臓組織に心筋細胞を産生する一つの組成物の調製のためのヒト間 葉幹細胞の使用。 21.受容体の心臓に移植される心臓弁に細胞を再植民する一つの方法であって 、この心臓弁を間葉幹細胞に生体外で接触させ、ここで間葉幹細胞が弁に浸潤し 再植民することを含む方法。 22.梗塞を起こした心臓組織の瘢痕形成を少なくする一つの方法であって、梗 塞組織に間葉幹細胞の心筋細胞産生量を投与することを含む方法。
