Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.装着者の体内の流体流れを制御するための移植可能な装置において、 前記体内の管に係合するための係合装置、 作動されるとき前記管内の流体流れを減じるための圧縮ピストン装置、および 前記管の直径を縮小するため前記圧縮ピストン装置を作動させる制御装置、 を有する前記装着者の体内の流体流れを制御するための移植可能な装置。 2.前記係合装置が第1係合要素および前記管を包囲するため該第1係合要素 に結合する第2係合要素を有する、請求項1に記載された装置。 3.前記第1係合要素が第1シェルおよび開放位置から閉鎖位置に移動可能な 第2シェルを有し、前記第1および第2シリンダ半体が結合されたとき全体的に 前記管の周りに嵌着するようにされた内径を有するシリンダを形成する、請求項 2に記載された装置。 4.前記第2シェルが開放位置から閉鎖位置に移動可能であるように、前記第 1シェルが該第2シェルに枢着された、請求項3に記載された装置。 5.前記第1および第2シリンダ半体を錠止位置に錠止するための錠止装置を さらに有する、請求項4に記載された装置。 6.前記係合装置が人の尿道を包囲する内径のシリンダの形状を有する、請求 項1に記載された装置。 7.前記圧縮ピストン装置は、押込み部材が第1位置から第2位置に移動する ように該押込み部材を包囲するソレノイドを有し、前記第1位置は流体流れが体 内の前記管を通ることを許容し、前記第2位置は前記管を通る流体流れを減少さ せる、請求項1に記載された装置。 8.前記第2位置が前記管を通る流体流れを阻止する、請求項7に記載された 装置。 9.プランジャが前記第1位置から前記第2位置に徐々に移動する、請求項7 に記載された装置。 10.前記押込み部材が作動されるとき前記管に接触する複数の圧力点を有す る、請求項1に記載された装置。 11.前記押込み部材が複数の隆起部を有する、請求項10に記載された装置 。 12.前記係合装置がシリンダケーシングを形成するため一緒に嵌着する複数 のシェルを有し、該係合装置は体液が前記管の外側から該係合装置中に流れ込む ことを許容する複数の入口を有する、請求項1に記載された装置。 13.前記制御装置が前記圧縮ピストン装置を作動するためのコードを有する 電磁場を生成するための電磁場生成装置を有する、請求項1に記載された装置。 14.前記制御装置が前記圧縮ピストン装置を作動するための磁石を有し、該 圧縮ピストン装置が前記スイッチの近傍で波動する(waved)前記磁石によって作 動されるスイッチを有する、請求項1に記載された装置。 15.装着者の体内の管内の体液の流れを制御するための方法において、 前記管に到達するため前記装着者の体内に切開部を作る段階、 前記管の周りに制御可能な圧縮装置を配置する段階、および 前記圧縮装置を前記管が該圧縮装置によって係合される閉鎖位置に錠止する段 階 を有する装着者の体内の管内の体液の流れを制御するための方法。 16.前記装着者から括約筋を除去することをさらに含む、請求項15に記載 された方法。 17.前記管の周りに制御可能な圧縮装置を配置する段階が、第1シェルを前 記管上に配置すること、および前記管の少なくとも一部を包囲するように第2シ ェルを前記第1シェルに結合することをさらに有する、請求項15に記載された 方法。 18.体管の周りに嵌着するための流体流れ制御装置において、 第1シェル、 第2シェル、 開放位置および閉鎖位置を有する組立体を形成するため前記第1シェルを前記 第2シェルに枢着するためのヒンジ、 前記組立体を前記閉鎖位置に錠止するための錠止装置、 前記体管を通る流体流れを制限するための圧縮装置、および 前記圧縮装置に流体流れを制限させるための制御装置、 を有する体管の周りに嵌着するための流体流れ制御装置 19.前記錠止装置がヒンジを有する、請求項18に記載された装置。 20.前記圧縮装置は、係合された前記管を通る流体流れが制限されるように 作動されるとき圧縮位置中に移動させるためのプランジャを備えたソレノイドを 有する、請求項19に記載された装置。 21.装着者の体内の流体流れを制御するための移植可能な装置において、 ある直径を有する前記体内の管に係合するための係合装置であつて、該係合装 置は体液が前記管の外側に流れるのを許容する複数の入口を有する、前記係合装 置、 作動されるとき前記管を通る流体流れを制限するための圧縮装置、および 前記管の直径を減じるべく前記圧縮装置を作動させる制御装置 を有する前記装着者の体内の流体流れを制御するための移植可能な装置。
