SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve this problem, the present invention relates to a method of printing a film made of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol on one side of a printing material to be printed on a printing surface thereof. Affixed to the printing surface of the printing material with an adhesive so as to face the printing surface of the printing material,
The gist of the present invention is to wait for the adhesive to solidify, and then wash the film made of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol by washing with water to remove the film from the substrate.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First, a first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 will be described.
It is a printing substrate such as a plate made of wood or a plate made of metal. Reference numeral 2 denotes a film made of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, and one side of the film 2 is subjected to printing desired to be provided on the printing surface 3 of the printing material 1. Reference numeral 4 denotes the printing unit. The film 2 provided with the printing unit 4 on one side as described above is bonded to the printing surface 2 of the printing object 1 with the adhesive 5 so that the printing unit 4 faces the printing surface 2 of the printing object 1. At this time, heat and pressure are applied from above the film 2 within a predetermined time. The film 2 having the printed portion 4 provided on one side of the printing material 1 is bonded to the printing material 1 with an adhesive 5, and the adhesive 5 is allowed to solidify. The film 2 made of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol is washed off with water and washed. Remove from print 1.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 1C, the printing portion 4 remains on the printing material 1 in a state where the ink is buried in the adhesive 5, and the printing is performed. In the first embodiment, the film 2 made of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol is completely rinsed off with water and removed from the printing substrate 1. However, as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. It is also possible to wash with water so that the film 2 made of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol remains thin.

Next, a third embodiment shown in FIG. 3 will be described. In the case where a film 2 made of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol which is bonded to a printing surface 3 of a printing material 1 is as thin as possible. It is difficult to attach the film 2 made of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol to a film 6 made of nylon, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, etc.
The printed portion 4 is provided on the exposed surface of the film 2 of the laminated film 7 attached to the substrate 1 and the printed material 1 is formed on the substrate 1 by using the laminated film 7 in the same manner as in the first embodiment or the second embodiment. It can be in a state where printing has been performed.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged sectional view of a main part of a fourth embodiment in the case where a plate made of wood is used as the printing material 1. The film 2 provided with the printing portion 4 on one side as described above is used. By bonding with the adhesive 5 along the unevenness 1a on the surface of the printing material 1, the ink of the printing unit 4 is completely placed on the unevenness 1a surface of the printing material 1. In this case, it is also possible to wash with water so that the film 2 made of water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol remains thin if necessary.
