Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling case with an index, which makes arrangement and storage convenient by simply coupling and binding the plastic cases by fitting of a recess and a protrusion, which can make a thickness of the case very small by virtue of an one-piece function of convertibly doubling as a bottom and a lid without reference to a conventional concept of a box wherein 'the bottom' and 'the lid' are paired by a fitting mechanism, which overcomes problems such that a thin side surface of the case cannot afford indication and such that only an uppermost surface can be seen during stacking because the indication of contents is given to only a top surface, and which facilitates retrieval of an object by providing a device at one end of the case so as to mount the index for clearly indicating the contents. SOLUTION: Upper recesses 4 and lower protrusions 4 are provided in places which are not hindrance to an article 8 housed in the case 1, and fitted for coupling into the protrusions 4 and the recesses 4 of added case 1. An index fitting device 7 is provided at one end of an outer hull of the case 1 so as to fit the index 6. When used for a CD, the case 1 is provided with a columnar locking segment 2 and a placement base 3 in a central part.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention can be used in various cases, and in particular, can be used in the case of CDs or DVDs which are used in large quantities for IT-related computers these days.

2. Description of the Related Art Cases are usually single articles, and when arranged and stored and stacked, there is no other way to find out what is in which place than by taking out each one and checking it, which is very inconvenient.

The prior art has the following disadvantages. (A) Taking a computer-related example as an example, a CD case is usually formed with a thickness of 1 cm and is a single product made of plastic. In the case of the CD according to the present invention, a columnar lock 2 for preventing movement is provided at the center of the case 1 and the CD magnetic surface is not in contact with the CD.
A mounting table 3 is provided. When the present invention is used in the above structure, the CD8 is stored in the first case and the upper part is covered with a wrapping, or the CD is prevented from jumping out with a simple one-plate cover. The concavities and convexities 4 of both cases are connected by pressure bonding from the second sheet to be added. Since the case thickness does not use a pair-by-two system, it can be made extremely thinner than before.

According to the present invention, the shape, effect and handling are completely the same as those of the prior art, and since it is a one-sheet system, resources can be saved and the price can be reduced.

[Claims] 1. A case in which an index mounting device 7 is provided on a case 1 and an index 6 is mounted on the case 1 to make it easy to search the contents of a case 8 storage. 2. A case where concaves and convexes 4 are provided at appropriate places of the case 1 so as to be fittable, and are combined with the concaves and convexes 4 of the additional case 1 to be connected and overlapped.
