A process for managing information related to a user associated with the user identification information, a process for receiving identification information of the user from a user terminal, and a connection from the user terminal to a specific computer. Transmitting, in response to the request, information about the user associated with the received identification information to a predetermined resource of the specific computer; and identifying the information received as a response from the specific computer. A recording medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute a process of outputting a response to a connection request to a server computer of the specific computer together with a forwarding instruction to a predetermined resource of the specific computer.
