For example, when a work material having a large bending stress such as a rectangular tube material is worked by cold working, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, a portion in contact with the support portion of the work to be bent is deformed so as to be crushed. There was a problem. For this reason, when processing a material to be bent having a large bending stress, hot working or warm working is performed by heating the material to be bent at a high frequency or the like. The processing cost is high due to the labor and time spent and the heating device itself being expensive, and there is also a problem that the danger is greater than in cold working, and the processed product is easily oxidized. Was.

The material to be bent is placed over a pair of support members provided at an interval on a receiving stand, and the upper surface of the material to be bent is pressed between the two support members by a pressing element to press the material to be bent. In the bending method of cold bending a bending material, each of the support members is constituted by a fixed block for fixing on the pedestal, and a movable block loaded on the fixed block, and an upper surface of the movable block. A work support surface that comes into contact with the lower surface of the work material, and the two blocks are slidably joined to each other by an arcuate concave sliding contact surface and a convex sliding contact surface that fit together. In this case, the angle of the workpiece support surface changes according to the angle of the lower surface of the workpiece to be bent when the movable block is pressed by the pressing element.

It is preferable that the angle of the presser changes in accordance with the angle of the upper surface of the material to be bent when pressed by the presser, and the material to be bent is fed to the tip side according to the process. Preferably, the portion to be processed slides.

In the bending method of cold-bending the material to be bent by pressing, each of the support members is constituted by a fixed block fixed on the pedestal, and a movable block loaded on the fixed block, The upper surface of the movable block is provided with a workpiece support surface that comes into contact with the lower surface of the workpiece, and the two blocks are mutually connected by an arcuate concave sliding contact surface and a convex sliding contact surface that fit together. By slidably joined, the movable block, the angle of the workpiece support surface changes so as to follow the angle of the workpiece lower surface when pressed by the pressing element,
The material to be bent can always be supported on the surface, preventing stress from being concentrated at one place, obtaining suitable deformation, and being able to be processed by cold working, without the need for heat treatment etc. It can be processed at low cost.
