Description of the Related Art A conventional road sign installed on a center line or the like is required to be able to withstand being stepped on a vehicle or the like at a considerable speed, to be restored, and to be able to withstand such a situation a considerable number of times. It is said. Therefore, the base material itself is flexible, and stress tends to be concentrated when trampled, and there is a tendency that a joint that causes separation is not formed as much as possible. Therefore, usually, a method of integrally forming the pole portion including the cap portion and the base portion by injection molding or the like is often used.

The fact that a proper number of stocks is required and that stocking in a shape with poor space efficiency requires a large amount of space, which is extremely inefficient.
In order to avoid such a situation, the production is performed after receiving the order, so that the delivery time becomes long, and it is not possible to promptly respond to the request of the customer.

A method has been proposed in which a pole part and a base part are separately stocked in a state of parts, and if necessary, each member is fastened and assembled with bolts, rivets, etc. so that it can correspond to various shapes and heights. ing.

At the same time, in order to secure strength, fastening is performed at several places. Is necessary, and the man-hour for fastening is not small. In addition, bolts, rivets, etc. are exposed, making the appearance unsightly, and rust is also feared at the exposed portions. Further, fastening means such as screws and rivets are usually harder than the resin member constituting the road marking body, and there is a possibility that defects such as breakage and cracks may occur from near the hole of the fastening portion when stepped on a vehicle or the like. .

A cap portion having an insertion portion having an outside diameter of the base portion and a base portion, the insertion portion of the cap portion is inserted at the upper end of the pole portion, the insertion portion of the base portion is inserted at the lower end of the pole portion, and the inner surface of the pole portion and the cap are inserted. The portion and the outer surface of the insertion portion of the base portion are fused and integrated with each other.

It is possible to form road markings of various heights only by changing the length of the pole portion. In addition, the fusion bonding of the members makes it possible to obtain a strong bonding force with almost no apparent joints in appearance.

The cylindrical hollow columnar body that forms the pole part has a certain length in stock and is cut to an arbitrary length as necessary to make the pole part, and the cap part and base part that are also in stock By fusing together, it is possible to respond quickly to orders. The pole portion is merely a cylindrical hollow columnar body, and the cap portion and the base portion are also limited in shape, so that the inventory can be made in consideration of space efficiency, and the space of the inventory can be reduced.

Since no heat is generated by the bonding method, it is preferable that the bonding force is sufficient because there is no fear of deformation due to release of molding distortion of the resin due to heat.

However, considering that the fusion members are cylindrical, a substantially constant fusion strength is obtained in the entire fusion portion. It is more preferable to perform rotary fusion, which is easy. The cap or base is inserted into the pole part, and pressure is applied from the outside of the pole part to press the members together and rotate either one or both in the opposite direction. The frictional heat is generated on the surface, and the resin melts on the contact surface due to the heat. After cooling, the resin is integrated and firmly joined. The fused portion is the inner surface of the pole portion, and the joined portion is hardly noticeable in appearance.

It is preferable to adopt a structure for improving the appearance and preventing a decrease in the strength of the fused portion. The outer peripheral wall may be provided on the outside of the insertion portion by forming a groove into which the tip of the pole portion is fitted by integral molding with the base portion, and after the insertion portion of the base portion and the pole portion are fused. A separate cylindrical member may be provided on the outside of the fused portion by welding or the like, or a cylindrical member having a bottom may be fitted to the fused portion of the base portion and the pole portion to anchor. When the bolt is screwed to the base anchor and fixed, the bottom of the cylindrical member may be sandwiched and fixed between the base and the road surface.

However, a hollow column having the same inner diameter is obtained continuously. The preferred method is hollow extrusion molding or spiral molding. When molding a hollow column as described above, extrusion molding has higher productivity and efficiency than injection molding, and a continuous hollow column can be obtained, so that a hollow column of any length can be formed, It can be stocked as a hollow pillar having a length corresponding to the length of the pole portion.

However, it is preferable to use a method of fixing with an anchor bolt. In the present invention, since the cap portion is integrated with the pole portion, it is difficult to screw from above the pole portion at the construction site, and an anchor bolt is implanted in advance in the base portion when forming the base portion. The method of rotating, screwing and fixing the main body to the road surface is simple, reliable and preferable.

From the viewpoint of recycling, it is preferable that the material of each member is the same. However, even if different materials are used in consideration of strength, etc., the area of the joint portion is not so large. Is small and can be easily recycled.
