Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 中継局として作用可能な複数の移動局と、複数の基地局とを備えたセルラ 無線通信システム内の局間でデータ送信する方法であって、 各基地局が、隣接する基地局の有効サービス範囲の区域と重複しない有効サ ービス範囲の区域を有するように、複数の基地局を配置し、これによって基地局 間の縮小されたサービス範囲の区域を規定し、そして送信局から宛先局へのデー タメッセージを少なくとも1つの中継局を経由して中継する方法において、 少なくとも1つの送信局と、宛先局と、前記少なくとも1つの中継局は、縮 小されたサービス範囲の区域内に配置されることを特徴とする方法。 2. 宛先局は基地局であり、また送信局は移動局である請求項1の方法。 3. 前記少なくとも1つの中継局は、宛先基地局の有効サービス範囲の区域内 に配置される請求項2の方法。 4. 送信局からのデータメッセージは、前記宛先基地局に関する縮小されたサ ービス範囲の区域内に配置された少なくとも1つの中継局によって中継される請 求項2または3の方法。 5. 宛先局、送信局および前記少なくとも1つの中継局は、全て移動局である 請求項1の方法。 6. 各基地局に関する縮小されたサービス範囲の区域は、基地局によって使用 される少なくとも1つの資源が削減されている区域である請求項1から5のいず れか1つの方法。 7. 資源は、送信電力、送信タイムスロット、周波数チャネル、変調効率およ びコードを含む請求項6の方法。 8. 資源は、基地局の縮小されたサービス範囲のそれぞれ重複する区域中の2 以上の基地局間で共有されることによって、削減されている請求項6または7の 方法。 9. メッセージを基地局に、または基地局の有効サービス範囲の区域中の移動 局に中継するときは、前記基地局との干渉を回避するために、中継局はその送信 電力を調整する請求項1から8のいずれか1つの方法。 10. 前記基地局との干渉を回避するために、中継局はその送信タイムスロッ ト、周波数チャネル、変調効率およびコードの少なくとも1つの使用を調整する 請求項9の方法。 11. 中継局は、基地局へのおよび基地局からの、および/または他の移動局 間のデータ送信を監視し、そしてデータ送信が起こっていないときにメッセージ を適時中継することによって、他局と資源を共有する請求項1から10のいずれ か1つの方法。 12. 中継局は、基地局へのおよび基地局からの、および/または他の移動局 間のデータ送信を監視し、そして前記データ送信との干渉を回避するために、十 分に低い電力でメッセージを中継する請求項1から10のいずれか1つの方法。 13. 中継局は、基地局へのおよび基地局からの、および/または他の移動局 間のデータ送信を監視し、そして前記データ送信との干渉を回避するために、増 加された信号対干渉比が利用できるときは、より高い効率の変調を使用してメッ セージを適時中継する請求項1から12のいずれか1つの方法。 14. 中継局として作用可能な複数の移動局と、複数の基地局とを備えたセル ラ無線通信システムであって、 各局は、他局へデータ送信および他局からデータ受信可能であり、 基地局は、各基地局が隣接する基地局の有効サービス範囲の区域と重複しな い有効サービス範囲の区域を有するように配置され、これによって基地局間の縮 小されたサービス範囲の区域を規定し、 移動局は、送信局、宛先局、および中継局として作用する移動局の少なくと も1つが縮小されたサービス範囲の区域内にあるときに、送信局から受信したデ ータメッセージを宛先局へ中継するため適用されることを特徴とする通信システ ム。 15. 各基地局に関する縮小されたサービス範囲の区域は、基地局によって使 用される少なくとも1つの資源が削減されている区域である請求項14の通信シ ステム。 16. 資源は、送信電力、送信タイムスロット、周波数チャネル、変調効率お よびコードを含む請求項15の通信システム。 17. 資源は、基地局の縮小されたサービス範囲のそれぞれ重複する区域中の 2以上の基地局間で共有されることによって、減少されている請求項15または 16の通信システム。 18. メッセージを基地局に、または基地局の有効サービス範囲の区域中の移 動局に中継するときは、前記基地局との干渉を回避するために、中継局はその送 信電力を調整する請求項14から17のいずれか1つの通信システム。 19. 前記基地局との干渉を回避するために、中継局はその送信タイムスロッ ト、周波数チャネル、変調効率およびコードの少なくとも1つの使用を調整する ように更に適用される請求項18の通信システム。 20. 中継局は、基地局へのおよび基地局からの、および/または他の移動局 間のデータ送信を監視し、そしてデータ送信が起こっていないときにメッセージ を適時中継することによって、他局と資源を共有するように適用される請求項1 4から19のいずれか1つの通信システム。 21. 中継局は、基地局へのおよび基地局からの、および/または他の移動局 間のデータ送信を監視し、そして前記データ送信との干渉を回避するために、十 分に低い電力でメッセージを中継するように適用される請求項14から20のい ずれか1つの通信システム。 22. 中継局は、基地局へのおよび基地局からの、および/または他の移動局 間のデータ送信を監視し、そして前記データ送信との干渉を回避するために、増 加された信号対干渉比が利用できるときは、より高い効率の変調を使用してメッ セージを適時中継するように適用される請求項14から20のいずれか1つの通 信システム。
