Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.空間内で変動する姿勢をとり、取り出し連結部分を備え、液体を貯蔵した密 閉容器から液体を取り出すための装置において、 開放気孔多孔性を有し、かつ一体的ボディーの形態をなす貯蔵媒体と、 前記貯蔵媒体が、容器の中に少なくとも前記取り出し連結部分の端の領域に おいて配置され、かつ少なくとも時々、液体と接触すること、とを特徴とする 、前記装置。 2.容器内で、少なくとも前記取り出し連結部分の端の領域に配置され、かつ容 器の内壁面に接触する貯蔵媒体を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.貯蔵媒体と、 前記貯蔵媒体が、前記取り出し連結部分の端の前に、前記取り出し連結部分 の外部に配置されたことと、 前記貯蔵媒体が、容器内で、少なくとも前記取り出し連結部分の長さの一部 において、容器の中に突出した前記取り出し連結部分を包囲すること、又は、 前記貯蔵媒体が容器の容積の大部分を充填すること、を特徴とする、請求項 1及び2に記載の装置。 4.前記取り出し連結部分の端の、実質的に前記取り出し連結部分の内部に配置 された貯蔵媒体、又は、 前記取り出し連結部分の端の、前記取り出し連結部分の内部に配置され、更 に、少なくとも前記取り出し連結部分の長さの一部において、容器の中に突出 した前記取り出し連結部分を包囲する貯蔵媒体、を特徴とする、請求項1乃至 3に記載の装置。 5.前記貯蔵媒体における前記取り出し連結部分の端の領域のキャビティを特徴 とする、請求項1乃至4に記載の装置。 6.前記貯蔵媒体としての、焼結粉末からなる安定した形状のボディー、或いは 、 前記貯蔵媒体としての焼結していない粉末であって、容器の一部分を完全に 充填し、粉末で充填された一部の容積が、液体浸透性壁によって容器の残りの 容積から分離される、前記焼結していない粉末、或いは、 前記貯蔵媒体としての、繊維を編んだ部分、繊維を織った部分、繊維のフリ ース(fleece)、又は繊維を固めたもの(wadding)、によって特徴づけられ る、請求項1乃至5に記載の装置。 7.前記貯蔵媒体を形成する粉末又は繊維がプラスチック材料、セラミック、ガ ラス、金属、又は天然物質からなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6に記載 の装置。
